I was able to get 2 pairs of shoes for each of my girls without breaking the bank. I just wish the shoes I actually wanted was BOGO

Over priced. I never seem to catch a sell on the good shoes. Its always the ones no one wants. There are better shoe stores in the mall.

Rack Room Shoes in Northwoods Mall in North Charleston is one of my favorite places to shop for shoes and footwear. I am always impressed with the selection of shoes that they have available and the quality of shoes that they have. I usually get more than one pair when shopping here because everything is such a good value. The staff here is extremely helpful and there when you need them. I like shoes and this place offers it all.

I Love shopping at rack room shoes but my experience at this location wasn’t good I came in between 5:30 pm - 6:30 Pm I entered the store the employees was sitting on the floor talking I was never greeted or ask for assistance I shopped the store I asked the employee Jenna for a size she just walked away from me when I checked out she never ask if I was a member witch I am

Always super helpful. Workers always help me measure my sons foot when Ive just about had enough of walking the mall and can not physically bend over anymore. Getting old sux. Oh, and always remind you there is an extra coupon online if you forget!

Had what we wanted

A month ago I came here to buy shoes. I got the help I needed. Also because of their buy 1 get 1 half off sale. I bought a great pair of sneakers that will last me for several months and a cute pair of ankle brown boots for a decent price.

Good shoes, however the Converse store was 75% off, Nike was 35% off and Rack Room items, similar items were only 10% off. Overpriced. Good customer service earned you the third star.

It was the only store that has size 4 kids.

This is just your average discount shoe store. I was there looking around for about 5 minutes or so, came face to face with an employee, and was not offered help, asked anything, or even spoken to... They did have some nice shoe options, but due to the poor assistance from staff, I couldnt find what I liked in my size.
