Had a flat tire about an hour before I called Walmart automotive department to see if they could get me in to patch my tire this was a half hour before they closed they said sure bring it in well take care of you, this was awesome, thank you for the excellent service very much appreciated!

Always poorly stocked shelves and a lack of cashiers. We only shop here if necessary (pet food, childrens OTC medicines, and auto oil are the main items). I dont work at Walmart, so youll never see me doing a self-checkout. With that said, the workers are generally doing their best; I blame the stores management and admin.

Better than my local Walmart but still not an enjoyable experience. This location isnt set up like your average Walmart so its especially difficult to find items, and once you find the right area its still hit or miss on whether its actually in stock.

I come here often. Very clean and employees are nice and helpful. Good for clothes and miscellaneous things. Would give 5 stars but not a Super Walmart so if your here for groceries then you might be disappointed

I loathe having to go to this Walmart for so many reasons. Recently I was just trying to park and the truck in the front spot wasnt pulled up all the way. My car rolled forward and hit the truck, not once, but twice as I tried backing up and re-parking. There are huge dips in the pavement from not allowing the pavement to dry and settle before allowing cars to park in the heat, creating the dips. The aisles here are very narrow because it was a built as an older smaller Walmart and then they started building super Walmarts, so they remodeled to cram more product in this store. I would rather they completely demolish this location and just rebuild a better Walmart.

Good shopping experience, but once again very low inventory of cat food.

Like every Walmart its always busy and not enough cashiers. They always have good deals on clothes and is a mainstay in your shopping experience. They do have some of the nicest greeters you can have also.

This customer service is lazy as hell. I asked if they have overalls (for a Halloween costume) the girl who answered said we have carhartt I said oh the gray and tan? No denim? she said no and hung up... welll my sister told me not to listen to customer service they are lazy as I am they work at walmart. Lo and behold we go there they have dickies overalls in denim in my size. Its a sad place to shop unless you are people watching

They lack things that other Walmart’s in the area have, such as a deli, and various other products found in every other Walmart around...on top of that they have terrible customer serviceMy wife was spraying cologne on me testing it which is apparently not allowed, but we didn’t know that. And this lady walks up behind us and stands there watching us for a long time, I looked at her and politely said “oh, I’m sorry, am I in your way?” Since she was stocking the shelves and she said “you’re not allowed to do that” which I said “I had no idea, I’m so sorry, we will stop” and she just got more agitated at us, turns out she called her supervisor before even talking to us, trying to kick us out for violating a rule we didn’t know existed even though she was too nervous to talk to us herself...if a rule is being violated then by all means enforce it, but enforcing it is not just standing there with a dumb look on your face watching paying customers do something that is apparently wrong and not saying anything, that’s just creepy, worst Walmart I’ve ever been to...if it wasn’t the closest one then i wouldn’t go here again, can’t wait to move so that it won’t be the closest one anymore. These guys stink!

Walmart location is important. Some locations are not taken care of as well. I went to the Walmart on the Strip in N. Canton. I found what I was looking for, made my purchases at the self serve check out and left. Appears to be a clean store.

Got some great Black Friday deals.

The set up for the food aisle was different from other Wal-Marts. The aisles were next to the cash registers, which makes sense for a quick in and out for your food purchases. One word of advice, attempt to shop at a different time than the first of the month. The shelves were nearly bare and finding a specific item took longer as I had to check all the items still on the shelf. Still not use to the self checkout not taking cash.

Always busy, pretty cluttered, and food selection is lacking. But I guess it is a Walmart....

Never had any problems here. Today, I had an older gentleman named Bob who checked me out. Most pleasant gentleman! Bob is awesome!

Great place to shop for anything you need

I did not get her name but the woman who was in front of the doors was extremely rude. I am not your child I am a grown woman do not speak to me as if Im a kid. I had my children with me one had to use the restroom I had just bought groceries so I had the cart outside and was helping her to the restroom this woman starts yelling at me because my cart is too far on the white line as Im trying to wrangle my toddlers and get one into the restroom safely.... I dont really care that my cart is in a spot that you dont like. Then as we try to leave the building she literally screams at me that we are going out of the wrong side and forces us to walk all the way around and use the other door( while its pouring rain) Then she proceeds to literally scream at the people behind me who also had children that they needed to go around sounds to me like you need to get somebody who understands that kids are a part of society to man the doors.

Still love your selection,and its always a great experience with Wal-mart.

We had a difficult time with pickup. Attempting many times to call them and say we were on our way and here for pickup and the line was busy and the mail box was full. Went inside to Customer service. Waited for them to contact pickup and no answer. So Cameron walked us to the pickup place and he got us our groceries. He apologized for the long wait and inconvenience. We will think twice about using online shopping and pickup at the store.

Employees are standing around while one works. The store is disorderly and messy. The past few times they never have what I went there for. Its easier to buy online and have it shipped home for free.

Clean and easy to shop. Very good selection of beer and wine. Very good price for Seagrams escapes and other hard seltzers.

The place was trash.. Employees for major companies were there wondering why their shelves were not stocked. With the correct products that are supposed to be in those lots.The store needs a complete reset.. It set up like a 1990s Walmart.They have plenty of space to set it up like any other super Walmart.Limited selection.Is due to employees being lazy and not restocking and/or not scanning correctly items in after theyve been sold.Truthfully worst Walmart I have seen in the United States thus far.

Terrible inventory, half the staff was standing around while a singular elderly woman rang up about 20 people in a line ina row. Self check out was no better, jam packed full of customers whats more is their self checkout was credit only furthering the wait. Worst Walmart yet.

Grocery selection for The Strip store is lacking, but they might have a better non-grocery selection. The Walmart on 62 has a much better grocery section, but still not quite what youll find in Alliance, which is probably the best one in the area.

Everybody loves Dairy Queen and this is the one that my daughter works at so in my opinion this is the best one even if it is six and a half hours away

A mask must be worn to shop here.Clean well maintained shopping experience for most any need. Clothing, pharmacy, grocery, hardware, sporting goods, ect. The employees are helpful and friendly. Reasonable price in the Walmart tradition. Parking is easy and multiple handicap space is available.

Not bad for a wal mart. I always preferred this one. Decent bathrooms. Quick check out. And they offer self check out too

North Canton Walmart is my favorite. I reside in Akron but its worth the trip driving to this specific location. Even though they are not a Superstore u can always find what I need. Stores appearance is Always clean, courteous Staff from the greeters, to the Auto staff.

The store is very large with a great selection, but forget finding any help. If you do find an employee, they’re guaranteed to be less than helpful.And forget about doing a “pickup”. You spend an hour on the phone, continually being sent from department to department and listening to their repetitive jingle on hold! I’m convinced no one works here (at least no one that actually does their job)! Go elsewhere!

Very nice first experience here. The staff seemed to all be working diligently and they were very knowledgeable of the store and its products. The cashier was very nice and even wished a Merry Christmas which was wonderful... Great store!

The service was quick and friendly. The lady at the jewellery counter put a new wrist watch band pin in my watch and didnt charge me a dime. Very pleasantly surprised.

Trying to find some die-cast cars for my boys, there pegs have been bare,utterly nuthing for well over 30 days now, I look at social media see other stores with this product, its not just this wall mart it seems to be a problem at several from talking to adult collectors and hearing there feedback, guess im gonna use EBay.

Very small and not much inventory on shelves. The greater is very nice but closes to early so hard to get to after work.

I hate to shop but it was ok today. aisles wernt crowded with stock . everything was easy to find an employees efficient

Went in to shop for jeans, tried on 7 pairs & walked out with 3. Spent more time in check out line than the time i spent shopping & trying things on. May have been a bad time, was the middle of afternoon, 20 registers only 4 were open. Self check outs, closed...

This location will typically have items not found at other Wal-Marts. Plus, I like the self checkouts take both cards and cash.

No cash accepted at any of the self check out lanes anymore.

They are .owing the food around now so you cant find anything and the workers dont know where things are

Amazing how different vibes are in the Walmart locations! We had no choice but to Walmart HOP last week. Three different locations in fact. The associates in one location compared to another is mind blowing!!!! Come on folks its the holidays and all you do is make YOURSELF look pathetic!
