The team members were great I went in around 9:20 9:30 ish to find a dress to make my daughters costume .Ive havent been to a target in so long every single person that helped me was incredible. I encounter 4 great people one lady was in the girls department .2 were in customer service the guy was new and another lady came and helped him and them when I went to check out there was another new team member whos personality was outta this world. I really wish I would have got their names cause I felt like family from start to finish

Love love love!!! So I use the drive up app the most now a days. I absolutely love this and I hope they never get rid of it. Yes with the pandemic it is 100% helpful but having young kids and needed to just run in real quick- this has been a HUGE game changer! It’s always quick and easy. Love it!

Cashier Nate was extraordinary today around 0830 am. He was very kind and polite and carried on an entire conversation with my very chatty son. He went beyond what he was required to interact with us and my child just kept mentioning hiw nice he was all the way back to the car. Thank you, sir.

Ordered a coffee maker, due on the 1st. after the 3rd check and for 3 days sat at one spot. First target gave me a 5$ gift card for inconvenience. Then after 2 more days it sitting They said lost in transit and gave me a refund in a egift card for cost amount that was left along with 5$egift card that they already gave for total purchase. Asked why not just resend item they stated never had at store. So that made the refund made $5 egift card void for my inconvenience. I wanted money refunded to credit card that was used and not a egift card. I hardly shop target they just happen to have the product. Plus I paid for shipping so Im still out of cost for shipping due they paid me for item cost only.

Very nice store for shopping right from clothes to grocery to stationary to house stuff... They have good collection of cosmetics. Better then Walmart. Definitely in top 3 places for shopping in North Canton. The staff also helpful . They place is well maintained and kept clean.

I have had the best customer service the past few days at this location! I’ve been in for different items and each time the I’ve gotten a 5 star customer service.Update: I was at this location on Thursday and observed this young man named Nate, working in customer service area giving wonderful service to another customer. He was so personable and cheerful like you could tell he really enjoyed doing his job. Once it was my turn to pick up my curbside purchase, Nate didn’t miss beat he was still cheerful and had that same infectious attitude which was nice because I was having a bad day and it actually put me in a better mood instantly. Its kinda hard to stay down and dreary when you’re around someone who being upbeat and positive as this gentlemen was!

Placed order easily online, paid went to pick up at store. While standing in line an employee asked if anyone had online pick-ups, I raised my hand, he went and got it and I was out of there. Bypassed the whole waiting inline! Great idea Target!

The team members are extremely helpful. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for (they had to go to the storeroom to get it, and even brought a few options) and checkout was fast and friendly.

It’s your normal run of the mill Target. Nothing special about it. Same store different location..However, I can only give 2/5 stars because we were there shopping last fri(10/27) and none of the restrooms had any toilet paper in them. I’m not sure how three restrooms can be totally out of TP but they were. We had to leave the store without buying anything. When you gotta go you gotta go.

Target is so great. I cannot believe how good customer service is for such a large company. The items they carry are stylish and fun, and the store is always clean. I absolutely love their drive up service and use it several times a week due to the fact that going in a store with two young children is difficult.

Target makes my heart happy. Im on immuno-suppressants, so my family is more quarantined than most right now - we only leave for medical appointments that cant be done virtually. Sometimes I want to make something or actually need something (last week it was Pedialyte, and Target SAVED THE DAY), and Walmart or grocery pickup is the next day at the earliest. This Target has always had it ready within 2 hours, even two days before Christmas. The drive-up workers are so, so nice, and it is more no-contact than other pick-up services in the area. Looking forward to a future where I can go into the store again.

I received a 10% anniversary coupon this week for one time use. I went in and spent over $200 and they only discounted about $4. Turns out the mini print listed many many items not good for 10% off. Really small print, deceiving...............at best. I went for the discount not the con.

The drive up pick up is super helpful for an incoming college freshman that forgot a trashcan, a fitted Twin XL bed sheet, and a Brita water pitcher which Walmart didnt even have. I had to scour Walmart just to find out they didnt have them, so when I saw Targets car pick-up I was like Yes PLEASE!

It was by far the easiest drive up Ive ever done.

Pre order was released on 11/10 i pre ordered on 9/22 and I still dont have my package its not coming today and no indication of it coming tomorrow 11/13 but yet people who didnt pre order were able to buy on 11/10 and recive it instantly.

Danielle the Manager On Duty North Canton, Ohio has implemented a policy her self that even if some one is traveling from a far distance nothing will be held. I have shopped at multiple targets and everyone was extremely nice but Danielle is terrible. If they don’t correct her attitude and make it customer first, this store will close. I am shocked to find such a piece of work and that it was not caught by the district manager. With everything going on in the world you would think people would like to help but Danielle was admit that she alone implemented this rule when I questioned why other stores will hold items for 1 hour. I hope someone can teach her how to act.

I love online shopping with in-store pickup. In and out of the store in a few minutes, with no wandering around the aisles looking for stuff.

There was this beautiful person assisting me in cosmetics tonight. I was literally there solely to get vegetables and almond milk. As always I got side tracked looking at blush. Anyway the skin, the smile and hair on this human, I was like better get my game together when Im at work. Plus, the service was great. So nice to talk makeup, and body products with someone who gets it. Great job!!

Came shopping for our Childrens Christmas party and we bought for close to 130 kids. They had a dedicated checkout line and we dealt with the store manager a couple of weeks before so they knew we where coming. They where friendly and great with there service. We got there at 8am and we were out within an hour.

Their is nowhere else in the area that has the variety of products Target has with the same quality. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I dont shop anywhere else for my household essentials.

1st visit and floor person was rude she walked away while telling me where a product was and then the product isn’t available after I get to where she directed me only display... will not return only difference between this place and Walmart is the isles are bigger

The merchandise and prices are good, but the stores condition is only fair.First, the floor throughout the store is dirty.Second, the aisles are cluttered with stock. I was unable to go directly from cleaning supplies to cookware because of the oversized displays of Tide blocking the main aisle.Third, restock carts and pallets are left in aisles, which also block customer access to merchandise.I shop at Target at least weekly, but enjoy the experience less than before.

In a new Target customer and I love it. I love the wide aisles,the lovely merchandise in all dept. and most if all the staff cross the board are great-friendly and so willing to help. And oh yes. They actually have more than one check out line. Its definitely my big box choice now!!!!!

Efficient and fast checkout, no matter how busy. I usually am using coupons, cartwheel and gift cards and the cashiers process them without fuss, and they also know HOW to process each discount, a very good thing.They have ample stock of sale items and the store is a modern up to date since renovating a few years ago. Their food section is one I often shop.

This pharmacy is the BEST. Arielle is the kindest most caring pharmacist I’ve ever met. Her service is second to none.The store is pretty ok as well.

Inside and Curbside experience is rough. Very busy location and the staff always seems new or poorly trained.Multiple orders were messed up (items ordered were damaged and/or missing) and the target associates I interacted with for resolution do not seem to be adequately trained or they just don’t care. Green location executes everything much smoother. Perhaps due to better hiring practices and training of their team? I will drive out of my way to go to Green.

If you are going grocery shopping at Target today 03/15 dont bother. I went for bread and got the last loaf. People have already swept the shelves here 😷

App never works properly. Things should just be on sale or not. Clothes are cheaply made. Poor selection of quality shoes. Zero athletic shows for women right now, just cheaply made boots and flats. Couldnt find most of what we were looking for and ended up shopping elsewhere. Prices are still higher than they need to be.

I support targets corperate ideals and mission statement. Very enjoyable experience. BUT FIX YOUR GOOGLE PAY SCANNERS. It declines everytime

I have always liked target. They have a great selection and I like their children, men and womens clothing. They also have a great organic selection. I do not like all the construction at this location, their online order to store process needs changed. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for my order to make its way to the front. So I wait in line then I have to wait for my order.This target is in a busy plaza and area. Its always clean and the staff is friendly.

I absolutely love the selection at Target they have a lot of preemie clothes which was my planned visit of course ended up buying more LOL

I just bought Threshold flannel king sheets. Steve helped me he was so nice. He actually opened them up so I could see the fitted sheet. Wanting to make sure that it had elestic all around it. I also needed very deep pockets. The first kind we looked at didnt have either option. Steve was very helpful in this departement.

I shop here all the time and have never had an unpleasant experience until today with Katie. While I was looking in the makeup aisle for one product in specific that I was having trouble finding, an associate was stocking shelves behind me and kept walking in and out of the aisle saying excuse me. After the tenth or so time, she walks past me and says excuse me and then says to her coworker less than five feet away from me, I love when people just stand in the middle of the aisle and the girl she was talking to laughed out loud. I asked her for her name and went to customer service where I was told it would be handled. Sounds like Katie loves her job at target. Where people stand in the aisles. And shop. (Its called shopping) 🙂
