They made it very easy for me, they are very clear about availability and payment options. Got the perfect sized unit. Brendan was very helpful, courteous, and fun to talk to. Did not expect to have such a nice visit to a Cube Smart! Feel like I’m getting good value out of what I’m paying for.

Brendan was so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a unit to store specific items, near and door on the first floor, but I wasnt sure what size I needed. Brendan took the time to answer my questions and made me feel that he was genuinely interested in helping. A refreshing change from the automatons I encountered at other companies. Funny and smart. This was my first time keeping anything in storage and I am soooo thankful it was Brendan who helped. He was understating of my questions and was able to answer each one. He was able to give me the best price for the actual size unit I needed, from the moment I walked in myself and my family were greeted with an amazing smile and an even better personality. I must say I’ve used other storage companies before and I’ve always been disappointed. The lackluster service I’ve received was pretty shameful. NOT this time. BRENDAN WAS PHENOMENAL. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left. He was such a professional. I had issues with my unit, mainly because of me to be honest. I’m so clumsy with anything in regards to basic life skills and organizing. However, Brendan understood my needs and was more then willing to provide the incredible customer service needed. Everything is done online, you dont have to wait in line for whatever administrative operation. You sign up on their website then get your access code. As simple as that. Once you arrive at the facility, you can use their moving carts and a lock is waiting for you inside your unit.

This was my first self storage experience and every thing went so smoothly. Very clean and organized, and Brendan was such a great help! He was warm, very personable and funny. Thanks for making bringing some fun to an otherwise tedious task :)

These guys are absolute legends. I want to give a shoutout to an employee Brendan in particular. Our movers forgot the storage unit key for a multi-state move where we were out of town and CubeSmart found a way to communicate with our movers and get a locksmith there to complete the move. Im floored; it wasnt their mistake but they provided a solution, and even called us throughout to give us updates. Above and beyond puts it lightly.Besides that, good clean, high tech unit. We enjoyed working with them even before all the above. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

Staff was very professional and friendly. Building / units seem new, and the facility is very clean. There are hand carts available by each entrance to move your things. And there are plenty of storage/packing supplies available for purchase in the front office. The location is good for a storage space - behind a shopping plaza and out of the way. I was able to back our truck right up to the entrance to move my things. The building is very secure as well - access codes are needed for both the entrances and the elevator. Ive never had to rent a storage space before, but Im very happy with the facility itself and the service here.

Looked at other storage places, this one was clean, had the best price and customer service!

I showed up a little after the office had closed with movers to place some contents in storage. We found out during the process of moving in that the cube I had selected wouldnt be large enough. Erik was incredibly helpful in coming over (after hours) to help find a space that would accommodate the contents we were looking to store. Special thank you to Erik for going above and beyond to help me avert potential disaster at the storage facility and make a difficult process (moving) a little easier!The space was clean and well run, with a good price. First let me say I can be and often am a pain as a customer . With that being stated your North Bergen Cubesmart staff especially the manager truly were considerate, kind and bent over backwards to make sure everything that would or could be done to make my experience easier was done. I would I could say it was my charm but I saw them be extra kind on multiple occasions to other customers as well. The are the prime reason that when I return to New York again in the late winter why I will go out of my way to rent there again.

We were not sure about the size of the room we were going to need so we schedule an appointment for the day we thought we’d have everything ready. We had a 10am appointment and ended up showing up like 5 min before the office closed. Yvonne took care of me, showed me the room and started with the paperwork. A few minutes later we were ready to move our stuff in. The place was super clean and everything looked super organized. I give them a 6th star for the super cool music playing in the background which made moving tons of stuff a fun experience.

When I opened my unit in January 2020, the gentleman, James Mendoza helped me, he opened the door to greet me and my wife, he was very pleasant, knowledgeable and caring about my needs, he explained how the security works with putting my Code number in to get into the building and also that I had to do it on the elevator, I really like that. I would say, that working with the public, as I do also, image is everything, and if you hire more employees like James you will have an extremely competent staff throughout your organization.

I live in Jersey City, but snagged a really great priced storage locker here at this new North Bergen location in June 2020 during the pandemic! WAY better pricing and totally worth the 15 minute drive from JC/Hoboken to get there. The facility is very nice, clean and new looking. They have everything, the shop with essential items up front, entrances in the front and back, elevators, and lots of moving carts. The staff is incredible! Everyone was so nice and very helpful in getting me sorted out. If you need a locker and are in the vicinity, definitely save your money and get one here. Lots of specials going on right now, too! And dont forget the #1 rule of storage lockers: you 1000% dont need as big of a locker as you think you do!! Just be sure to box everything up nicely so you can play tetris with your items and really use that 8 feet height they give you!!
