Wow! This place rules. I had no idea what to expect and when I walked into this creepily quiet and empty room, with a single glass office in the corner, I have to say I thought about aborting the mission. The car I was selling was a 1999 Grand Marquis, which was in good condition and the car runs. Even all 4 tires are worth more than $50.00. The price was insulting and it was a waste of time. If, I could give a zero for the rating I would but you have to do at least 1 star. Horrible service. I was able to sale my car for $1,000.00. Dont waste your time with this place.

Lucas at the West Norriton, PA WBAC location made the process easy,. fast and fair. We sold our high mileage car here and did much better than the dealer for our new car offered us and saved the time and hassle of selling it ourselves.

The man who took my appointment was only nice for about 2 minutes until he realized my car was a reconstructed vehicle. Instead of telling me up front that they do not typically work with these types of cars and I could expect a very low offer, he took me through the entire process of driving and inspecting the car (which drives very well). Throughout the inspection process he told me all of the reasons why the car I have been driving is ridiculous and made numerous condescending comments regarding the car itself. After another 10 minutes or so of him circling my car to inspect it we walked inside and he tells me my car is worth negative money and that they dont offer anything for it- but he could try to get a few dollars. I asked why they did not list they do not work with reconstructed vehicles online and all he could tell me was they dont see them much. Finally, as I was leaving he says I dont recommend that anybody drive a reconstructed car and alludes to the idea I was scammed into this car in the first place as I am walking out to my vehicle to drive out.His lack of professionalism was astounding and I do not recommend working with this group.

I made an appointment with Lucas at the Norristown branch. After a very brief discussion about the process and a few questions, he did a test drive and a 10-minute assessment on the car. He went over the things he noticed and offered a good deal! Overall, the process went very quickly and I walked out with a check in hand. I was reluctant at first after reading some bad reviews about this company, mainly one particular location in NJ. Anyway, took a risk and made an appt with Matt Skym because I just didnt have time to look around any more. I was in & out in about less than 45 min. Matt was professional and courteous. No haggling.I got an online quote for a certain amount. Obviously, you cant expect to get what the computer quoted. Only visual inspection and a test drive would review rust spots, dents, and the actual condition of the car. I ended up walking out with a check for the amount thats less than the online quote but still a little higher than expected.In summary.... 1) Dont go in expecting to get the online quote or you will be disappointed. 2) It was a quick & painless process unlike other used car dealers that Ive dealt with in the past. 3) Ask for Matt, excellent customer service.

Pathetic experience by a sad sack of a representative and all within four minutes of requesting the appointment .. What we buy any cars should do is make it very clear that they do and record all of these phone follow ups .. Dont waste your time .. Youll do better at any dealer than is ever possible here not to mention the tax consequence you are making rather than eliminating if you replace the vehicle you sell rather than trade ... And LUCAS proved it...LOL... Biggest losser losser of all their locations is quite likely.... Challenge my knowledge of your field in front of the board of this corporation anytime young man... Surprisingly good experience. Paid more then the trade in value.

First off the place smells like barf. Second the guy who came out to greet us wasnt pleasant he asked if we had an appointment and there was no one else there waiting even thier own site stated there was openings for the rest of the night. Third he was demanding that we didnt give him the keys to the car even though they where in his hand. Forth he was very rough with the car driving it irrationally in a parking lot. Fifth he has no mechanical background and makes assumptions based off of his knowledge of nothing on cars. He thinks a ABS light stands for air bags, after driving a car so rough that it starts over heating then claims the engine is bad even though it was driven to another location for sale. Sixth they low ball you to try scam you out of a car so they make 100 times the profit. Dont bother taking a car over for your sanity, your intelligence and especially your sense of smell. So gross.
