Staff is friendly, although, I did not go through the sales process at this dealership. I have used them a few times for service, however, and that has been mixed. My car (still under warranty) had a squeal coming from the wheel area. Their first attempt to regrease the shaft seal failed. I took it back and they said it needed a new seal. So they ordered the part and said they would call me in about 7-10 business days when it came in. They never called me, it was there when I followed up in week 3. I scheduled the repair and received a loaner. I live ~7 miles from the dealership. They supposedly give you a full tank of gas and charge $4.50 per gallon if not full upon return. I returned the car with about 15 added miles on it. I was billed for 2.5 gallons of gas. I called (out of principle) and they told me it was full when I left and to go pound sand. Although it was only ~$10, Im pretty disappointed that they would use me to top off their courtesy car. At ~20 mpg I should have gotten 50 miles of use. I used ~$2.25 in gas (market price). Keep the change Jim!

Great experience at Wynn with John Davis. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Electric XC40 Recharge. Took the time to answer all our questions. Absolutely none of the usual high-pressure selling that most dealers indulge in. Gave us the vehicle to test drive on our own, for as long as we wanted. I cant recommend Wynn Volvo enough. My wife loved her XC40 but felt like it was time for something a bit larger. Don was a help from the second that we walked in. The whole team was helpful throughout the entire process and it was absolutely the easiest and most relaxing car-buying experience that weve had. No hard sells and no fluff, everyone wanted to make sure that we were happy and we left with a brand new XC60. The people where nice, but I went in because my driver side seatbelt was not working. I asked one of the workers there if he could give me a estimate on how much it would cost to fix my seat belt, which was not releasing. I gave him my key and he got upset because I dont have a key lock mechanism, so he had to touch my key he then came in and went in the back and got me a printout on how much a key lock system will cost, which was $450 . I came in there for a safety reason and your going to show me something about a key like mechanism cuz you didnt want to touch my key. It will cost $478 for my seat belt to get fixed, its a safety feature they have recalls on it but not on a 2000 car there is no recalls on the seat belt that will not release so Volvo is just too high on the prices, they dont care about safety, they just care about the money . All them people in there they looked at me and they went in the back and they did not come back out to help me with my seat belt issue. I didnt like the experience I got from the dealership. Off to the junk yard
Went for routine maintenance on my 16 xc60 and a issue with e-brake was discovered. Mike Mitchell assisted me with getting my issue corrected and completed my 70k services in a timely manner.A-1 service
The overall experience at Volvo was excellent. From beginning to end, my questions were answered. Gino was extremely helpful throughout the process of deciding on my car. Bought a 2021 XC90 T8 Inscription last week.Started with an online enquiry, then reached out to Ben directly who was upfront with pricing and honest in providing feedback. Later worked with Anthony on the deal and we got all wrapped up in less than a week. Never visited dealership in the whole process except for signing docs and taking keys. I would like to provide a review from my personal experience. I live in northern jersey, was looking for an XC90 T8 Hybrid with a unique interior exterior color combo. Couldnt find any in tristate area. Found one at WYNN Volvo, but it didnt have the add-ons I wanted. John Davis and Ben(Manager) was instrumental in getting a perfect match I am looking for(I found it in Virginia and they brought it in to PA) and struck me a good deal at the price point. I took my car in for some work to the first time ever at this location. I felt like I was treated both professionally and respetfully. They gave me a great loaner car and were communicative about the work I was having done. Just came home with my new 2018 S90. Worked with Don Morrison and Ben Cook who are simply incredible. From Dons deep knowledge of the cars to Bens honest and open style the whole process couldnt be any better. I have always been a difficult customer but Don and Ben were completely transparent and removed the need to spend days on end trying to get to the best possible price. I walked in, chose the car, and was able to quickly get the kind of deal that others spend weeks working towards (Im active on the car shopping forums). I wish other dealers would treat their customers the way these guys do.
I had never heard of Wynn Volvo before, and was walking into the place nervous about buying my first car. Matthew, the salesman, made the whole experience awesome. Had a great attitude, thoroughly explained the process, and made sure I was purchasing the right vehicle. I bought a 2011 Scion tC and having it for a couple days, really showed me I made the right purchase. If and when the time comes when I need to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely make a stop there. Highly recommend anybody to stop there, look at their inventory, and ask for Matt.
We were searching for a pre-owned van for about 6 weeks. We went to several dealerships. I actually dreaded going. Going to Wynn Volvo was so different, beginning with our first contact through email. Anthony answered all my questions quickly. And I sent several, especially about the price and other fees. When we went out to test drive the car, Don, the salesman we met with, was great. He was not pushy at all. He answered all our questions and when he wasnt sure of the answer he found out immediately.. When we went to pick it up, he helped us get the bluetooth phone set up and took the time to show us all the features. The paperwork was done quickly and again there was no pressure from the business manager to buy the extra warranty. We are very satisfied with the entire experience.

Wynn Volvo Cars was excellent in my used car purchase. This review will show the integrity and honesty of the sales representatives who assisted me. I worked with Anthony Petaccio and Ben Cook, Sales Manager.Being out of state, I had to depend on their words. This was especially important as there was an issue with the paint being damaged from removing the painted pin stripes that included the previous owners initials in the stripes. So I had to trust them on the operation of the car as well as the appearance of the paint areas. In the many photos and videos from Anthony, the silver paint made it difficult to accurately see the paint blemishes. Instead of simply saying (giving an opinion) that the paint is fine or hardly noticeable, Anthony sent many detailed pictures and said that the it IS noticeable and you will see the blemishes. Anthony was very patient and always included detailed answers on the car and certainly the paint situation. Again, he could have honestly said that it was not that bad, etc. Instead, he risked my not buying the car due to his honest and accurate description of the car.Anthony immediately replied to my questions as if I was buying the most expensive New Volvo versus the $19,000 Used Mercedes Car.....I am very glad that I bought the car as it is an excellent car. And Ben provided an excellent shipping company that delivered the car 2 days after I bought it. For as much as could have gone wrong here, Anthony and Ben made this a simple and honest transaction even with me being across the country. I bought a car from them without seeing it live and without driving it. And I definitely would buy another car from them without seeing it live or driving it. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience with Ben Cook, sales manager at Wynn Volvo. We made a good deal with Ben for our trade-in and new order. Due to production capacity circumstances at the Volvo factory, we had to wait seven months for our new vehicle to arrive. During this time, Ben kept us up to date on a regular basis every step of the way from car production, completion, shipping, arrival and delivery. He is very responsive both on email and phone. Ben delivered on everything we asked for and he didnβt miss any details of the special requests we had for delivery prep. Ben made this a positive car buying experience and we will do business with Ben again in the future. Don Morrison was also very helpful on delivery day getting our Volvo On Call set up and answering questions we had with any features and getting acquainted with our new vehicle.

We had a terrific experience working with Don Morrison at Wynn Volvo. My wife and I were considering getting a bigger car for our growing family and spent some time test driving various 7-seat vehicles on the market. After test-driving the XC90 at Wynn, both of us walked out impressed with both the car and the customer service.Just to give you some background, weβre the kind of people who conduct extensive research, multiple test drives, and thorough investigations into dealerships that weβre dealing with. But after just two meetings with Don, we had pretty much decided that we wanted to go with Volvo. The reasons were varied: the car had unsurpassed space in its class, its look and feel were outstanding, it was extraordinarily fun to drive, and Volvos priority for safety is second to no other manufacturer. But perhaps most importantly, we also felt that we had connected with Don and would continue to receive the kind of customer service that we wanted.Don made himself readily available to us at a momentβs notice, was responsive to phone calls and emails, and incredibly patient with us during our search. We bought a used car that they certified was fully inspected and prepped for sale. Immediately after purchase we notified them about issues with wipers, brakes, and transmission. We offered them a chance to rectify problems. They replaced the wipers, but one actually flew off. Two dealerships determined that brake pads and rotors were damaged and needed repair, both told us to take them back to dealership where we purchased the vehicle, that they never should of passed. Wynn refused the recommendations and refused to do any repairs to brakes. The issues with transmission are covered under extended warranty. I spent over $17,000 on the used vehicle and they refused to pay a $313 repair. The used cars they get at auction do not get the proper work and repairs and they basically try to sell them β as isβ. Buy one of their used cars at your own risk!

After driving my VW Beetle for 12 years β I found myself in need of another car. As my Beetle was totaled by my insurance.When I started to look for another car I automately returned to Wynn. The entire 12 years I had my Beetle it was serviced at Wynn.A bitter sweet time was made a lot easier by your sales person Matt Durkin. We looked at many options β new & used. I settled on a 2013 Rogue. Mostly due to the ease on getting in & out (I am 6β tall β with very long legs).His help was so welcomed & much appreciated. He made a difficult time for me great.
Its been a few months since we ordered our Volvo XC90 and I still get excited every time I drive it! The polestar was definitely worth the money! Every time I drive the car I think I love this car and sometimes message Ben to tell him as well. I have never been more confident And safe in a car. My husband is a car guy ( 8 cars in 4 years) but he is not allowed to make me trade in this one! He also has a Volvo s90 and loves it! Wynn Volvo is nothing but acceptional! Whenever someone is looking for a car we recommend them even if they arent interested in Volvo/ VW because we just want our friends to have that same service. My husband and I have traveled all along the east coast for the best deals on cars but we dont have to anymore... its right here in our backyard. Bonus is when you are there for service with small kids they are super accommodating and have a kids area! thank you Wynn Volvo family!

I had never been as excited to get a new car as I was my 2019 Volvo XC-40. Beautiful vehicle inside and out! The Maple brown exterior with blonde leather interior is stunning. I cant thank Anthony enough for his assistance to make my dream come true! Anthony was amazing to work with - honest, genuine, informed and respectful - with a great sense of humor, too. I can be a handful, especially with the many questions and the high level of particularity I bring to the table. He was very, very patient and helpful. I consulted several dealers and I felt most comfortable working with Anthony at Wynn. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and accommodating and the facility is very spiffy! I am very happy with my experience working with the Wynn Team! YAY! I just want to drive my new car all day long and if it were warm enough out right now, I would sleep in it! After our previous workings we knew there was only one place to shop when we needed to replace our XC90 after an accident. We had such great support from the whole Wynn team and they knew right away what I would be looking for.Within a few hours of the request Don and Ben had sent me info on two almost perfect replacement XC90s. Within a few days (and around my crazy schedule) we had a the test drives done and we drawing up the paperwork for the purchase. The process couldnt have been any easier.The Don and Jon were well prepared in getting the paper work ready for our purchase. The process was pretty quick and smooth. I spent quite a lot of time with Don in trying to understand the technology and he was genuinely happy to repeat himself as I was slow in picking it all up!I really appreciate the support and help from the Wynn team and we will definitely be back!

Don Morrision was my wifes sales rep at the Wynn Group. He was such a great help and informed us everything he was doing every step of the way. He assisted us even to the extent of opening the door for us on my wifes new car. The other staff members offered us water and other refreshments as soon as we entered the building. The experience was great. I ended up purchasing a brand new Scion FR-S at Jerrys Toyota 2 days later and it was one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I literally wrote a 3 page review stating everything that happened at Jerrys Toyota and explained that the Wynn Group was such a huge help in comparison. All other dealerships should learn from the Wynn Group regarding their customer service, hospitality, and professionalism.

This is the third car I have bought at Wynn. I previously had VWs and my experience at the VW side was great. The service at Wynn Volvo was also excellent - in many ways, superior. I went through a lengthy negotiations process, and at the end, got exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. When I picked up the car, I particularly liked that the sales associate walked through the car in great depth and what struck me the most was the overall sense that the sales person strongly cared about me knowing about the car in full, so I could utilize all of the features. I love my car, probably one of the best vehicles I have ever owned, and I am super-particular about cars. I would not hesitate to recommend Wynn to family and friends, whether it be the VW side or the Volvo side.
Wynn Volvo was everything the ratings online indicated. Their online prices are fair, not inflated like most used/new car dealerships. The salespersons I worked with (Sandy and Ben) were delightful, informative, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their company and cars. It has a family business feel, which isnt something you find everyday in a dealership.At no point in the negotiations did I feel pressured. I had noticed that their listed price is already fair (based on bluebook, Edmonds, and NADA estimates), but they were willing to discount on top of that without much pressure from me.Of the Volvo dealerships my wife and I visited, this was easily the most enjoyable experience. I would definitely come here again for another Volvo down the road if I need one.

Lets say this has to be the worst dealership i have ever dealt with. From buying the car to dealing with their service, worst attitude you will ever see. I bought xc 90 from them and i wish i didnt. I have to admit thou that i didnt do my homework when i first bought the car because i found out that their prices is much more expensive compare to other Volvo dealership in the area. Every time you drop off your car and pick up a loaner, they would somehow insist that I scratched or did something wrong to their car even thou its clear their loaners are not in a good shape at all. Its like they want me to pay to fix their loaner cars.Bottom line, if you are interested in a volvo, buy it from any other dealership.
I bought a Passat yesterday at Jim Wynn VW....My salesman Simo made this an absolutely great event. He was totally professional, but with a warm and friendly attitude. The facility is stunning and so is my new car! The whole operation is stellar! This will be the first place I will go to when buying another car. I highly recommend it.
