We are beyond frustrated with our most recent experience. We have used Reynolds multiple times before and always have been pleased (which is why we went back) but something has changed. Originally told repair would take 5 days; over 2 weeks later and we cant get an answer from anyone on when we can get the car back. We asked to be called if more work was going to be required beyond the estimate: never happened. We have called probably a dozen times over the last week to try to get a status report and no one ever calls us back. Most unprofessional, horrible customer service EVER. You have lost our business and our good will. What the hell happened to you guys?

Im very satisfied with Reynolds Collision they have been great and they are very professional. Kelsey went over and beyond to make sure my car was to my satisfaction and she let me know every detail with my insurance. She knew about my car and how it should be.... she was strictly professional in every way, very pleasant as well. Awesome

Extremely satisfied with their service. My car is current being repaired from a wreck. I was hit by a car and ran off the road. Thankfully no one was hurt but this was my first wreck. Reynolds Collision Center has been amazing. They have updated me on the progress of my vehicle. The front desk coordinator was amazing. She and another staff member actually helped me get my car seat out my car to put my rental. These guys are truly awesome!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I walked in (no appointment) with a minor problem and they let me know exactly what I needed and actually fixed me up right there within 15 minutes. Everyone was so nice, highly recommend!

Would not recommend to anyone in Oklahoma. Just a bad experience overall.
