Took 14 months to get my 91 Corvette back .Had to send my attorney down there to talk to him. Knicks and dings all over the paint job, light spots everywhere on the car. Kept giving me one excuse after another why he needed more money up front on the car until he got it all. And the then he lost interest and didnt care any more. If you need a good job done take it somewhere else.

I’ve been a customer for 20 years... I trust this place and have never had an issue. This morning, James saved me a bundle on my broken mirror and did it with a smile. These are honest, hardworking people. Highly recommend them.

Possibly the worst place you can go to fix your car. Theyll leave you feeling helpless

This is by far the worst place you could take your car. They left out fasteners connecting my fender to my bumper, left tooling lines in the large slab of body filler on my fender, and the paint didnt match. They were supposed to order a bumper insert and wheel cover but after nearly 2 months, there is no indication that I will ever recieve the parts that I paid for. If that was not enough, I took my car home to find a gaping hole in my inner fender.I strongly reccomend avoiding this shop if you want quality work or a decent price.

I cant recommend this place. I had a hood and spolier painted here. First time it took a week. The time changed multiple times on a pickup. After coming to pick it up, the paint had runs all over the place, and chips. Spoiler hald orange peel all over the bottom as well. The workers damaged the wiring for the 3rd brake light. Instead of unplugging the wire, they just cut it.I took the car back and got tons of excuses. It took another 4 WEEKS for them to make repairs. My entire engine bay is now covered in sanding dust, I have compound all over my trim as well. The spoiler was not even looked at.We took wifes car to Mills and had her car repaired and repainted. I highly recommend Mills. Steer clear of Norman Body works. Its not the same place as it used to be.Hopefully the paint wont chip, and the color will last.

Jim’s been fixing all my family’s “incidents” since 1972 after friend on the police force personally referred me to NBW to fix my ‘72 Pontiac Lemans GT Heavy-Duty 3-speed. Jim treated the car like he would is and me like a new friend.... an old friend now and still bring my car, my kid’s, my kid’s friend’s cars and all the referrals I’ve every made. Continued success, you’ ve is earned it!P.S. See you soon. I backed into my daughter’s car. The fix has to be perfect, you get it, you always get it.😉😎

Now that Jim isnt currently the manager, I wouldnt recommend their services at this time. Hopefully Jim comes back. He provides excellent customer service and is very fare. Jim has made sure our vehicles were put back together many times. We have been very dissatisfied with the current shop manager who does not provide good customer service and the shop doesnt seem to be running as smoothly. We miss Jim!

Anything I write will be biased since my mom is the office manager and my dad is a body man here. However my family strives to put out the best work possible and works with your insurance company to get the repairs you need.

They did a great job repairing my fender and front end. They did miss connecting lights on one side. I didnt realize it for awhile until I tried to change the bulb and found the problem. I took the vehicle in unannounced and they fixed it on the spot, no questions asked.
