Excellent body work on my truck (passenger side). Looks new. It appears that they also buffed out a long mark on the drivers side, which I did not ask them to do. Truck looks great. On time and on budget; estimate was significantly lower than another local body shop. Highly recommend.

I came here for cosmetic damage repair for my Hyundai. After consulting with the owner and mechanic, they gave me a free consultation, helped me save money by showing me what I could buy to fix the damage on my own, and had an awesome sense of humor. I cannot explain how professional and patient Phillip was with me. I found them on google and read the reviews as I am not from here. He and his assistant where extremely nice and handled everything with the insurance company, I didn’t have to do much. But my car though!!! It’s was impeccable I mean it looked better than when I brought it in. I am extremely satisfied. I will definitely recommend and they’ve got a lifetime customer in me. (2015 Chevy Malibu in a 3 car accident, I was in the middle, rear and front bumper damage)

First of all, the work performed was flawless, couldnt have been happier. Then they also dealt with the insurance company 100% I didnt have to do anything. I had a nasty door ding and wanted to get it fixed like new at a reasonable price. They popped the dent out and buffed out the scratch and had the door looking new. They were fast and courteous and did the job for under half of what some competitors in the area were asking. I was so impressed, we came back the next day with my fiances car to have them fix up some scuffs and scratches. Top notch work.

We have taken two of our cars here for dent repair as well as getting scratches taken out. I have taken my car to other places in town and the other shops were unable to get some of the scratches out like Leons was able to do. The crew here is helpful, knowledgeable, and they have no problem answering any questions you may have. They also in such a timely manner that our cars were done in no time! I highly recommend them for scratch and dent repair.

Quality work & quality staff!This shop is unique to the industry in that it is a family-owned and community-oriented business. It is very obvious that the staff here pride themselves on performing excellent work and taking care of their customers. An 18-wheeler blew out a tire in front of me on the highway and I didnt manage to get the claims number so unfortunately it was up to me to get my fender fixed. The staff at Leon Pierce were quick, genuinely kind, and fixed my car in a few easy steps.

Leon Pierce Body Repair provided me with the best service I have yet to receive for my vehicle. Heres why:* Angel and Steve consistently communicated with me via phone and email. I stated that I preferred email because I would be able to communicate if I needed to, while at work, etc.* Leons communicated with my insurance company as needed.* As for my vehicle, the repairs are A-1 quality!If needed, I will ONLY go to Leons, and I will refer anyone that is needing body repair.* They made appointments and kept them. None of that 2 or 3 other people scheduled for the same time slot. They are right on time!* Bonus: When I picked up my car, the interior had been cleaned beautifully! Big surprise!

Phillip and his staff made me feel like I and my car repair were important to them. I got a quick and fair estimate, and it took only a few days to repair my seriously whacked up front end. Cannot recommend enough.This is how you run a successful business. They were up front with all the costs, helped me pick and choose which options I needed and what I could afford at the time. They were also very reasonably priced and their free estimate came in several hundred dollars under competitors. Their customer service is top notch, they really care about you and your situation and are genuinely helpful. Bonus: They detail your car before returning it and also have some cool technology throughout the whole process.Overall this is the go to body repair shop in the Norman area and I will absolutely be returning for any work I need done in the future.

I have a small damage on my fender and bumper so, I took my car to them to be fixed. They intentionally kept the car for too long and prolonged the job for like three weeks and then, later charged me $1200 plus after I bought a new bumper for them (thus $1200 + the bumper cost). The worse of all, they did a very shabby job and poorly fixed the bumper such that only part of the bumper is holding in-place properly as it ought to. Also, they were other accessories connected to bumper assembly that they were supposed to put in-place but they didn’t put them. Never trust them with your car. They are professional thieves and will not fix your car properly but, rather play the delay tactics so they can over charge you more for “the labor hour”. Take your car to someone or somewhere trustworthy.

I just picked up my 05 Altima from the shop and it looks so good. I didnt doubt their repair work as I saw positive feedback on Google. They went above and beyond my expectations by touching up the other areas on my car that was had scratches/chips at no charge. They had my car done in the time frame I was told by the owner. It was nice to give my business to a local company. I highly recommend Leon Pierce Body Repair and will definitely use them in the future for all body repairs.

The staff here are super nice and helpful. One thing they could work on would be their communication. I had to call for updates. On the day I picked up my car, I called them in the morning for an update and they said that it would be ready that afternoon. It would have been nice for me to have known that a day in advance! If I need body work done in the future, I will be returning here.

I will admit, that we are just getting the car back, so I am not actually commenting on the work. I do want to rave about the customer care. Ask for Nathan, he will treat you like family. He will discuss cost cutting options and is a fantastic communicator. They bailed me out of a big jam with my car being in one city, my daughter who owns the car in another and me in a third. I normally feel I am being talked down to and conned, but I was walked through the process and made to feel at ease. On top of that they finished 3 days before the estimate.

Dont believe all the phony reviews 5 star reviews you believe about this place. They are nice guys but do substandard work. I took a 2009 Nissan in to have some body work done a few years ago. I know this is a late review, but I didnt realize I could do one on google. Anyway, after the car was done one of the rims had bite marks on it as it if made by a shop tool. That damage was not there prior to taking it to them. They agreed to split the cost to repair the wheel, but the work was substandard (crappy). The wheel wasnt even part of the original repair so there really was no reason for them to even touch it. The repair job was to be to the front bumper, and surrounding area. All they had to do was mask off the tire. They did a low quality job on the front bumper. Within the year all the paint starting peeling off, bubbling up. That is crappy work. The shop is small, and it wasnt very clean. The guys in the office are nice, but the work is not so good.

Ive taken my car here several times, and this is the only body shop I will use. I was helped each time by a professional staff who gave me fair estimates and knowledgeable evaluations. Before I had chosen Leon Pierce, I had shopped around to see who could fix my scuffed front bumper and install a front lip spoiler, and this body shop was the one that I felt gave me the most honest, fair evaluation. No up-selling of their services, and the work was finished on time with great results.

After Leon Pierce did an amazing job last year, I knew immediately where to take my car this time. Everyone there is great - honest, friendly, make you feel relaxed and assured about the quality you will receive. They went above and beyond, fixing things that were not related to either car accident without charge. Plus, they detail your car - my car never looked so great! They keep you updated on the progress of your car, and are very available to answer questions. Hopefully I dont have to visit again soon, but if needed, I will always go to Leon Pierce!

Im a pretty serious critic - I dont pass out a 5 star rating for just anyone. The staff at Leon Pierce were absolutely wonderful. After a true debacle with the insurance, car rental, and towing companies, they took such good care of me AND my car. There were some struggles with the dealership ordering the wrong parts, but they always kept me in the loop and spoke to me with kindness and intelligence. Being a young woman, this has not always been my experience with auto shops. I highly recommend Leon Pierce Body Repair.

I had a small ding on the wheel well of my car from someone ramming a shopping cart into it. I called Leon Pierce Body Repair, and they got me in for an estimate the same day. After the estimate, I told them about my crazy schedule, and they were able to get me in immediately to fix the damage. And to top it off, the service wound up costing $50 less than the original estimate. The staff is professional and helpful, and its clear they care about their customers.

These guys are awesome. My truck was broken into on Aug 8 2016 and the drivers window shattered. Trim was damaged and some scratches. They wrote an estimate at 10:15 Aug 9 and it was finished by 4pm the same day. All is well with my truck and a great repair job. Thanks all for a job well done and done very quickly!

The said my car was done. It had some minor damage from running over a busted tire on the interstate. I went to see it and the plastic bumper covers were not lined up at all with the rest of the car. I told them that was not acceptable and they kept the car for an extra day and when I picked it up it was much better! So they did a great job, but I had to watch and really check the lines. They are friendly and professional, just unfortunately like most places you have to stay on top of things or you will just get what you get.

Brought my car in to get my fender repaired. At first they told me they couldnt get it done because they were backed up due to the recent hail storms. But after looking at it they repaired it that day at a price that cannot be beat. I will definitely bring my car back next time it needs body work.

I hate to leave a negative review for this shop, because the owner is a really nice guy. But, I think its important to note the problem with this shop.This shop has become VERY successful and is VERY good at what it does. Namely, insurance stuff. However, this has led to a large demand (which I suppose is a good thing). The shop is unwilling to take small jobs or one-off kind of work or single body panel replacement. No cars older than year 2000 are accepted.My complaint is just on principal: It seems that my money is not as good as insurance money. I find that a little frustrating. I suppose theyre doing well enough they dont need my $3K because the insurance companies will cut them $5K+ from a recent collision. Well I cant compete with an insurance company so Im SOL.Bottomline: Great finished work, high price, but bring your insurance work here and go elsewhere for other autobody needs.

Extremely honest and nice people. I took my car here to get my headlights fixed and they saved me a lot of money. They even took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and how I could avoid the problem in the future.

Then someone came out from the office and came up to me to ask if I needed my tire changed. I said yes and he helped me out.
