You need to train your cashiers on the true meaning of buy one get one free. Not have the customer train the cashier on the proper pricing. When I prompted her to remove the price for the free item she fixed ig without any apology. Probably wont be coming back.
Joke of a company. Only shop here if you want to waste your time and money. I bought a few items online from this store. Some of them were massively out of size. What they called a medium was an XXL to everyone else in the world. So I go to this store to return them. I am told that they do not accept returns from online. Doesnt make sense when every other clothing franchise is able to figure out how to do returns at their store, but regardless I go home and go through their website to find how to return the items. Turns out their website specifically says that you can indeed return items in stores. So whatever, this is just one clueless branch right? Nope. Once you go online they proceed to charge you $7 to process your return for each order you made. Whats the point of returning a $12 shirt if you only get $5 back? None right? Exactly. So I thought this was ridiculous and went through their customer service system and asked for a return without the charge. The person agreed and gave me the code PACRET11 to put on the return to not be charged this $7. I do the two returns, and they manage to get it right for one, but then the second one they charge me $7 for. I have no clue how when it said in large capital letters on the entire blank part of the receipt PACRET11. Regardless, I think whatever, this is annoying, but Ill just ask for my $7 back. The next random guy Im talking to now agrees again that it was wrong and says hell put in an order to give me my $7 back. I wait a few days. Wait a few more days. Turns out he didnt. I email back and ask for them to send the $7 this time. They say they need my credit card info now because they dont have it in their system anymore. Turns out they only call you or you can only call them during the times that normal people work. So if you have a job and are a productive member of society good luck getting your money back. And if you dont and can email and call them 100 times a week, good luck getting the money anyways.
