I was there earlier today and the staff honestly was probably the most helpful and accommodating staff of any store I’ve ever been too. They went above and beyond and helped me find shirts/shorts and shoes. I think Under Armour needs to recognize this store in particular or atleast the staff that was on the clock this morning. Thank you everyone!

Store is a joke! CDC and the VA Governor lift vaccinated mask requirements for Covid-19 but store employees are still hounding people to wear masks. Ohhh they sell the $50 UA masks and need to sell the remaining stock I guess before they follow the laws and supposed science. I used to spend way too much money in their store anyway, will not return!

My wife and I went in to the Under Armour outlet in Norfolk and was checked out by Destiny she was very helpful and even saved us money on our purchase by checking the shoe rack for us. Destiny was awesome!!

Went to the outlet mall to buy a new pair of shoes today went in to the Under Armour outlet and was met by avery friendly employee that was very helpful and even saved me an additional 20% on my purchase by checking online for coupons Melissa was awesome!!

In the past two weeks I have been to this store twice. The manager is absolutely amazing and accommodating to her customers. Her employees on the other hand need some training on how to treat their customers. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. The first time I went in this one cashier did not even look at me, just completely ignored me and said to her manager “can you handle this” and walked away all because I wasn’t wearing a mask. Mind you, her mask was under her nose and not being worn properly. The manager apologized profusely on her behalf and gave me a discount. Today I went in to return something and another employee had an attitude right off the bat and was rude in her demeanor and tone with me because I was not wearing a mask. Once again the manager stepped in. They really need some training on how to treat people and be understanding of others. I probably won’t step foot back into this store because of them. The manager needs to be recognized for her kindness.

The door man was not socially distanced and did not greet me.The two associates talking while not socially distanced to the right of the door did.At least one customer violated my personal space in the worst way possible.The aisles are not set up for socially distant shopping.The products were at the standard I expect for UA. The gloves wore out fast though.Motorcycle-scooter life needs heavy duty; the pair I picked out were youth baseball gloves so th Im not even mad, they still look great.Please improve on your stores quality of service. It doesnt match the quality of your product.

Running a 50% off store wide sell which makes it an even better deal on nice athletic clothes! I personally wear their golf pants for work because of how comfortable and light they are in the summer heat!

They have a lot of nice clothes here for less than normal retail price.

We shopped here for only our first time. There was a terrific selection of items, the prices were excellent, and they offered an additional military discount, something that is always appreciated. The cashiers were just as pleasant amd helpful as they could be.

Cashier Josie was rude placed my change in the counter after it was given to her in her hand. When I asked for her name she said “WHAT”. Not going there again and she was in training I believe and her trainer said nothing. Lesson learned not going back! I treat you with respect and u should do the same . PERIOD!

I love under armour and always hunt the clearance wall. Usually score and it was great this time.

They have a nice selection of sneakers. They are currently having a sale and the lines arent too long. I am happy I walked out with some durable shoes that are really nice and less than 50 dollars.

Good clearance rack and never crowded (Nikes directly across). I wish the store was larger with more options for shoes and clothes.

I got there about 11 minutes before they closed and they told me they were not allowing anyone else to enter the store. I guess they dont want my hard-earned money.

Stopped in here real quick and they had some really good deals. It was extremely busy but the store was kept up well and the staff was fast so even with the long lines we didnt end up waiting very long at all. Seems like they have a good store here.

Overpriced for an outlet store

This has become my go-to place for athletics, sneakers, and other things Under Armour. The prices are great and selection is usually on point. They offer military and veteran discounts on top of the sale. The staff is great! Pretty much everything is 40-50% off. So glad they are close. Store is always clean and organized!

I little expensive if you ask me

Great selection and great prices. Helpful staff and friendly checkout. Get rid of the promotion for $10 gift card if you spend $50. The gift card can only be used with another $50 purchase during a short time frame. Essentially youre getting $10 off $100. Either offer this up front or just get rid of the deal.

The service at Under Armour is amazing. Nothing like the previous posted mentioned. No rudeness, smooth shopping experience. Product was a little messy but expected when they are always busy.Plus the whole store was 40% off. I will be back!! All the managers and staff were fair and exceptional. Couldnt find the right size shirt

I love under armour outlets. They have great prices on most items. Some prices are just below regular price but again most of the store has great deals and discounts. I got a pair of slingshot shoes which normally run $80-$130 for $45. And my husband got two shirts and two shorts for under $50. They have great customer service and super friendly!

Their masks are the best!

They double charged an item and then when we went back to rectify it, they told my wife and I that we were lying.

I dont frequent outlets, I dont shop in person much, but the one store I did shop in I witnessed a man being badgered and talked to disrespectfully for not wearing a mask. Perhaps hes respiratory issues w donning PPE, Id know Im 30 years in IH/H&S. The perception of masks is v over hyped if you really know anything of respiratory protection. He ultimately did use one provided. Not 5 minutes later an employee walks in, no mask, hes 10-15 inside in interior doors behind the counter, hes told to upon which he gives his co employees the finger, then slips on whats likely a well over used mask. Should I say more? As an outlet store, the selection is limited, no surprise. But clean up your act UA, youre being hypocrites and your staff has obvious limited awareness.

They did not apply discount at the check out counter pretending I wont notice and just pay full money (February 12,2019). And as soon as i pointed out she cut 40% off like she absolutely knew what she was doing. Definitely dont recommend this store. Nike and Asics on the other side have super nice staff.

My family and I can always shop here and we always find a great deal! We specifically come here for the golf apparel and the rocks new collection. Would definitely recommend coming during the week as it can get pretty packed here on the weekend!

I converted from a Nike man to an Under Armour man, for life!! Everything always fit me like its custom made. They are aware of the person thats 6-3 250 lb and their competitors Nike typically makes their gear for the 5-11 180 lb man.

This is a great store and you can find some pretty good deals. It is way better than the other outlet that has a swoosh on their merchandise that is endorsed by a washed up former NFL QB who is anti-American.

Nice place and found items I could not get anywhere, and the weekend I was there they took 20% off the list price.

My youngest son is a athlet and he really likes the clothing from this store...sporty, but fashionably casual as well.

Said all items were 40% off, but the items I purchased were re-ticketed at $5 over the MSRP. The new sticker price covered the MSRP so I did not see it until I got home. I was told the red sticker price was a clearance price. Clearance at $5 over the original price? Very sneaky business practice. Really check the prices if you are going to shop there and think you are getting a good deal.
