The selection was ok. Not the greatest though. The staff was pleasant

You can usually find a good deal at this store. Most of the time the staff are polite and helpful. Columbia makes good quality coats, shoes, pants, shorts, fishing shirts, lounging shirts, t shirts, hats, gloves, and cups.

Large selection of small and medium clothing; also in the clearance section! Doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out that if all you have left in clearance are you smaller sizes then the few larger sizes are whats selling in your store. How about getting in more larger sizes!!!!

Amazing staff and a great selection! There are a ton of limited edition items here that you cant find anywhere else (I checked the Columbia website) and honestly theyre some of the favorite clothes I own. Definitely worth stopping by and seeing what they have in stock!

Nice sale prices. But do need to watch the prices as they ring up. Had an item ring up at full price when is was about 60% off. But they were quick to correct the issue once I pointed it out.

Wish it was bigger. Good selection of items, but not enough of each item. Probably will be guaranteed to find any accessories you may want to get right away in store, but you probably will have a hard time finding the clothing in your size on the spot.

Seems like a pretty good store. Nothing really stands out here except the prices which was a given considering the brand. They did have some sales but this place seemed pretty empty.

Fairly limited selection of styles. I came in looking for trail runners size 11, a rain jacket with vents, and a wool t shirt. Found none of those things but did end up ordering the shoes online. Good selection of mens fishing shirts, though.

Not bad but I always liked their gear

They have an enormous selection of jackets and all kinds of Columbia attire. I came at the right time because everything was 50% off. I got an awesome vest for $15. I definitely recommend this store for all your cold weather and outdoor gear. They also have shoes and tons of accessories.

Staff was pure awesome, the got me rung up and out the door. When I came back in a few minutes later after I checked I bought wrong size they corrected my issue. Great price and great quality.

Love Columbia products. Got some great deals. They always have sales going on and they also have a military discount. Their warranty on products is top notch. Definitely always try and buy from their outlet.

The store has decent deals on their low and mid-range gear. 50 to 70 percent off and $20 off coupons at the food court main indoor room.

Went in Sunday and purchased 3 clearance items. One of the items didnt fit, went back Monday to exchange. When I went to the register the item was an additional 50% off. So my $20 item now rung up for $10! When I questioned the cashier she said they do not do price adjustments! So had I just returned the item for credit and repurchased the item in the correct size I would have saved $10! The cashier was very nice however, that really is ridiculous that Im physically in the store and they wont honor the new sale price since I was there the day before and paid more. Thats just bad business!

It would be 5 star if they served all of the public. My daughter had no choices as did others. Shop online was her best bet...

Polite and professional staff. Certainly you might assess customer interactions during a stressful, busy period, but observe how they interact with coworkers and address store needs during slow hours to get a feel for employee value and commitment to the product. Well done.

The new outlet is very nice with a good variety of stores. Walking around we seen lots of sales and discounts. Columbia Factory Store had a 50 percent sale. Good variety of items and sales all over the store. Will differently go back and take advantage of the variety and sales.

The choices are numerous for such a small space. Every staff member was helpful towards me. The prices are affordable and sales are frequent.

You cant go wrong coming to this outlet location. I was able to find a womens bomber jacket that was originally $150 for $17. Thats an amazing price. I use to be a very loyal eddie bauer buyer but after finding columbia at these prices Ive switched. They always have the size you need even in the clearance section and its never busy in there. You also dont have to wave down an employee for help.

Limited supply of various sizes

Your typical Coulmbia factory store... I base the rating off of Columbia stores, not off of the best stores in the world. Its clean, neat, and well organized. I just wish factory stores would put the $ that they want stuff sold for on the tag and not so.e ridiculous jacked up price with 40 to 70 percent off (I sert Cumbia here).I think the one in Williamsburg, while smaller, has more selection.

No one greeted us upon entering. Staff was to busy talking amongst themselves. Only one worker was working on adjust and fixing displays. When I ask them to hold my purchases, yes I had to ask them, so I could continue to look around they appeared to be put out on having to do their job. If it wasnt the fact I love Columbia polo shirts for their quality I would have left without purchasing anything.
