Great deals currently and excellent customer service but store seems fairly empty. Not sure if they are doing a stock change or if this is a new look but I was surprised by how little merchandise was there.

Took my daughter here to get some shirts. Shes into 90s Hip Hop, R&B and Rap so we grab a TLC, and 2 Pac tee-shirts. The customer service was great. We were meet with greetings upon entering the store. The sales associate gave us details on which sales that were available and told us shell be around if we needed any help. At the register, the cashier asked if we found everything ok and made sure we had all we needed. She rang up our purchase, counted back my change, thanked me, and told us to come back again. Overall my experience was great and Ill definitely return in the future. Keep up the good work guys.

Always fun to shop here! I appreciated that they reminded me I had $15 off $30 on my account so I got an additional t-shirt for just a few bucks more.

They have a lot of cute tshirts and hoodies!

This Hot Topic had more room to walk around in than other Hot Topic stores I have been in. The products were well organized but the staff was not as knowledgeable about the sales and products than my home store. The positive to that is that they were not borderline harassing me while I was in there. I would return to this location.

Its okay. I used to visit every couple of weeks or so to check out their plugs/tunnels. It seems their catalog shrinks a bit with each visit. That aside, the people who work there are pretty helpful.

If you ever want to get the chance to really understand your 14 year old and get down to a level Within take him to Hot Topic walk around check things out and ask them what its all about. You can meet them on a level that you can understand them and they will respect you for it.

Discovered this place by accident and they have some of the most unusual things that you would never expect

Excellent service! Stress free shopping, and no judgement from staff. I felt like I would be out of place, but the atmosphere was welcoming.

Im a fan of breaking stereotypes, so Im happy to see that the employees here are not all stereotypical groan and cry like the world would suggest they are. The staff are certainly eccentric, but that seems to be the style of Hot Topic, so Im not one to complain. Overall a good store, though crowded and often hard to navigate.

Sales representative tried to save me money and get me the best discounts they could.
