Great customer service and you can always find what you are looking for.

It would’ve been nice to know before I bought some shoes that it was no exchanges or refunds,(very small print at bottom of receipt) bought a pair of shoes for my girlfriend, tried them on and didn’t fit. Asked to switch for a bigger size, said no bc they were put on. If you want to get gifts here, strongly do not recommend. Lost a good customer ✌ Place is trash

I literally was looking in the window getting ready to go in, and before I could get in good someone approach saying no drinks allowed. Mind you store completely empty of customers with 3 workers. I had an empty coffee cup but that I was about to throw away but I wasn’t even given a chance. I proceeded to throw it away as planned but decided to continue my shopping elsewhere. I had already spent tons in ab&fitch, posh and Michael kors but this poor class rude store can continue to be empty.

The only good thing about this place is that they get most of the shoes that come out. Thats about the only thing good. Ive called twice on two different shoes and they dont even say hello when they pick up. I just heard background noise and waited for them to say something. Still nothing and had to say hi to see if anyone was even there. This past time thy said that dont know if theyre getting them and hung up on me while I was asking another question. Ive also stopped in hoping it was different service in person and well its not. Still rude to everyone in there. All the employees just stand around and talk to each other or act too busy to help. Its never been organized in there when I go and looks like they just got a shipment in but no one was working the boxes. Im no longer dealing with this location at all and wouldnt tell anyone to as well.

Customer service is poor. Went in to purchase a pair of sneakers and they told me they dont allow drinks without lids in the store. Told the guy it had a lid. He said we still cant have it in the store. Spend your money somewhere else they obviously dont want it.

I’ve gone to this store a few times and never had an issue but the last 2 times I’ve gone it wasn’t pleasant. The first unpleasant experience I wasn’t greeted by not a single employee so I just walked out. Today 6/25 my 12 daughter wanted to go in and look for shoes. We were greeted this time by at least 2 employees. She wanted to take a picture of a pair of shoes to send to her uncle. Some young guy runs up on her and told her she can’t take pictures of the merchandise???? Since when? So I asked him how else is she suppose to show her uncle what she wants and he shrugs his shoulders with no resolution. Luckily it was a nice girl who immediately came over to help while that a** walked off. Is he serious? I know they don’t pay them that much their for him to act out of his pay grade. Maybe it’s just me but I’ve never been some where that you can take a picture of merchandise especially sneakers. But that’s besides the point the guy was rude to my daughter whose 12 and lucky for him I’m 7 months pregnant so I couldn’t rip him a new one like I wanted to w/o stressing myself and my baby. Needless to say we won’t be back.....ever.

So my son was told to remove his hoodie by an employee WHO WAS WEARING A HOODIE AT THE TIME!! When I called to inquire about this, the store manager was aggressive and fully unapologetic. I wouldn’t shop at this store, that is, unless you want to pay to be profiled.You can get that for free, so my suggestion is to keep your coins and skip Cream in Norfolk.

It was pretty creamy, really enjoyed said creme. Needs more milk. He need some milk.

Cool spot at the mall and on 21st street for kicks! Clothes and hats are a little pricey tho. Great place to cop hard to find kicks for a sole collector.

I went to this store in August with my boyfriend for the first time because hes such of fan of Bape and he ALWAYS makes it his business to stop by and get something while hes in Norfolk. However there was an asian worker who was so racist towards us i refuse to ever give money or support this establishment. My boyfriend asked if they had a particular item in the back and the worker says huh? we might have it? why are you asking? obviously if hes asking it because hes interested and wants to purchase it. My boyfriend said this to him and he sucked his teeth and walked off in the back like we were asking him to sew the clothes from scratch. I immediately expressed my frustrations in the store and another black guy int he store explained how the Asian guy also disrespected him and felt he was racist. The other black employees did try to apologize to me on his behalf but at the point my mind was made up. I do not recommend patronizing an establishment that hires racist people especially while selling urban attire targeted for blacks at that. Creme isnt a cheap store and If you go in there you better have that bread but to be treated like we couldnt afford to be in that store was pure disgust to me and I will never go back.

Bought a pair of shoes as a gift THAT WERE TOO SMALLand it says all sales final on the receipt..that was after i purchased the shoes..THERES NO SIGN IN THE STORE BUT IN THE RECEIPT...NOW I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A MANGER WHOS NEVER IN.

They have a variety of everything come with the big bucks though 😉$$$

Customer service is TRASH.

My son and I went in and he decided on a shoe he wanted...15 minutes later the young lady never came out with the shoe...needless to say we walked out after 20 minutes without the shoes
