Had to go here for tire replacement and brake lights. Staff was great, service on point, and all done faster than most truck stop locations for sure. Overall great place if you have to get stuff done in Norfolk.

Misleading prices for recap tires. I was told $208 for the tire, after the job was done they added $80 per tire. That was $160 extra for 2 tires. Not really what I was expected. Pay attentionUpdate:3 days after replacing the tires one of the casing blew out. Tried calling Sean as he asked in his Response. As he was not available, left him a message. No call back as of yet.

Definitely has a mechanic atmosphere. I believe they focus on more commercial business. I needed a particular tire and according to their website they had it in stock. I was told that the tire was no longer available and had been replaced with a similar model - it was installed pretty quickly. My only real criticism would be that the “ out the door price” that was listed on their website of the tire I purchased, was 30 dollars less than what I was actually charged. Got my tire. Got it quickly. Happy enough.

My SUV was coming up for a state inspection and my coworker recommended Colony Tires to do it since it is only a few blocks away from where I work. I was thinking I needed a tire balance as well since my SUV has steering wheel vibration around 60-65 mph. I dropped it off at the location and request the state inspection, tire balance and rotation, oil change, and alignment. I get a call from the service desk around lunch time and I go pick it up. A male at the service desk gives me the paperwork and shows me the alignment was off. I pay and drive it back to work. At work, I noticed that my front tires did not appear to be rotated since there was prior brake dust and it looked untouched. The rear tires did not have brake dust prior to the service and were still in the rear. I looked at the receipt and noticed tire rotation was on my paperwork but I was not charged and I was charged for the tire balance though. I called Colony Tires and advised them of my concern that it looked like my tires were not touched. He pulls up my paperwork and talks to the mechanic who stated he balanced the tires but did not rotate them since they looked good. When I checked out, no one told me the service was not done and why. I drove on the interstate and the steering wheel vibration was worse at around 60-65 mph. Four days later I take my SUV, which is not my daily driver, to a Jiffy Lube close to my house to get the tires rotated and balanced since I questioned the work done at Colony Tires. Manager advised me that the front passenger tire was off by 3 oz and rear passenger tire by 2 oz. How could the balance be off in a few days? Since I don’t know if the oil change was actually done at Colony Tires, I got another one done. Needless to say, I drove on the interstate after the work was done and the steering wheelvibration is gone at around 60-65 mph. Money down the drain.

Recommend to anyone who’s looking for an honest mechanic.

My tires arrived in better shape than I was expecting. However, Im curious as to why there was grease in them. Lots of it.why is that?

Fantastic place to get tires and general maintenance. Probably the best prices in town. Usually fast turn around times unless they are busy but you can call ahead for an appointment. Great for fleet service as well. Be sure to ask for Doug Jr.

These Guys do the best job. You might have to wait awhile. But its the best money can buy.

I had delivered some products to them but I must admit that these guys are very good at what they do. Big trucks to the smaller vehicles, the boys do good work. I used to have them work on my vehicles until I started working in a different area.

Made arrangements over the phone. Showed up and in and out in good time.

Large selection of truck/equipment tires in stock. I had in the past had a hard time finding a decent supplier for some of the equipment tires I need - not anymore! These guys have a large selection, good prices, and the folks I worked with there were great! Will be shopping there again for my Unimogs, Power Wagons, and other military vehicles.

I am a professional driver and Colony is a professional tire dealer. I have a problem and they fix it, promptly and correctly. Theyre close to my regular route but are able to perform road service as well when needed.

They might be OK with commercial accounts but someone off the street that needs help, not so much. They were not rude or anything like that.

Greg at the front desk sucks! He told me my vehicle would take a hour but it ended up taking 3 hours to get done. If they dont know you there (i.e. a regular) expect for your vehicle to have the least priority. Its not a first come first serve type of place.
