My Overall experience with Beach Auto Brokers has been well; however, my experience with my car man Evan has been phenomenal. He is very personable and attentive to your needs which makes it so much easier to make a good decision. Not to mention he’s freaking hilarious so the process didnt feel like a sale at all, more like hanging with a friend. But his job doesn’t stop after the sale, he keeps contact and checks in to make sure you are not only satisfied with your purchase but to make other suggestions that may feed your needs or wants even better. Ive seen people posting this already, and I really dont think that itll probably make much difference if I post this here, but they really dont even deserve one star. They post their vehicles on every car app possible, like CarGurus, AutoTrader, Carfax, you name it. Their vehicles will stay as online listings for months after they have already sold. Either they are guilty of trying to be deceptive by making clickbait, which is old school sketchy car dealer conartist behavior, or their person in charge of online sales is so old that they have no idea what theyre doing. I have visited the lot looking for a specific Jeep (a wrangler unlimited) and an FJ Cruiser (a white 2010), and both vehicles STILL show up on all of those apps and their website, but they dont have them on the lot. False advertising. Just avoid them. Once you realize their tiny lot doesnt have what youre looking for, they will try to talk you into some other overpriced under-qualified garbage. Truly, most of the dealers have no idea what theyre doing.

Beach auto brokers has some of the best staff I have ever seen. Their team is very helpful, nice, and friendly. They helped me get into the truck of my dreams. I seriously couldnt be any happier with their service and my new vehicle. I highly recommend them for your next vehicle.

The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because overall I love my truck. HOWEVER…the process surrounding the purchase of it was horrible. Axel helped me with my purchase and he is not a man of his word. He ignores your texts and calls, makes promises he doesn’t keep, and quite honestly is a coward. He ignores you if he can’t follow through but is suddenly available when he thinks he can pacify you with a shiesty answer to keep you off his back. The guy actually owes me $200 for a referral I sent his way but I never got it. The referral I sent him thinks he is shady as well. The referral and I are both in law enforcement so we know dishonest people when we see them. I could write a book on how unprofessional this place is but they don’t deserve another minute of me typing about them. These people are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Stay away!

I initially came here with a friend to see if they had a Camaro I could snag and I worked with Lance Rey to see what all they had. He asked me a whole bunch of questions to figure out exactly it was that I wanted, showed me what was at their location, then drove myself and my buddy to their other location to see what they had their. They didnt have what I was looking for, but Lance spoke with the Sales Manager and the Owner of the store and they ended up purchasing one with me in mind.I was looking to trade in my 17 Colorado ZR2 and when I came in to run #s with Lance he was completely up front with any and all information whereas in the past dealing with sales people they were only interested in making a sale. He got me more than any other place was offering for my trade in, walked me through all the numbers (which he was very patient when I couldnt understand what certain things meant or what they were for), and when I stepped outside for a moment I saw a 13 Dodge Challenger that had everything I wanted in a car. We ran the #s on both and my mind was absolutely blown by the deal he was able to work for me!!In all my history of purchasing vehicles I have never worked with a person who legitimately made me feel almost like family with how I was treated. At no point did I ever feel obligated to go through them for a vehicle, but I am glad I did!! Drove 2 hours to look at a black 4 door 4wd toyota tacoma today called and verified it was on the lot before leaving for the drive. Get to the lot and see a nice 4door black tacoma on the lot. Yet no one verified it was the 4wd one I specifically asked about. Plus the truck on the lot was 40k (for 2wd) and not 34k like the website listed and called about truck.Regardless I took the time to check it out and a toyota tundra on the lot for over 15 mins. I had to go into the dealership and ask for help. A salesman said hed grab the keys. Comes back with keys to tundra and says he cant find keys to the tacoma but it wasnt 4wd which I called in about but never personally mentioned to him when I got there. When he told me it was 40k and 51k respectively I told him I could almost buy a brand new one of each for 5 grand more with a full warranty and it would be my truck never would have been anyone elses. He said man I tell people all the time right now isnt the time to buy a truck and says youd never get this tundra for 51 cause itll cost you 80k I called bs on that. He walked away I guess to go look for the other keys he never said. While he was gone I looked on mechanicsville toyota and they had a brand new exact same color and body style etc 2021 for 56k. I waited another 10 mins and finally said well he must have gotten hung up with another customer even though no one was on the lot so I walked back over and into the office area. As I walk up I see the salesman sitting at his desk eating a hamburger and some BBQ I walk in and catch him off guard and he jumps up acts like hes looking for the keys. I hand him the keys to the tundra and said well I guess bbq is more important than a sale as I had a certified check in my pocket for 34k for the listed but not on the lot truck and the other was a avail for either the additional 6 or 16k for the two that were actually there. Dont deal with this dealership theyre more worried about eating at 3 pm than helping a customer. Additionally they have other vehicles listed that I didnt see on the lot as well.

Do not do business with this dealership. I saw a vehicle advertised on their website, and set an appointment to come see it. I drove 45 minutes after work to view a vehicle that was advertised on their website, I had made an appointment with one of the salespeople to see that specific vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership the salesperson was not there and the truck was not there, when I walked into the dealership there were at least three employees in the office, all of whom sat on their cell phones and computers for a full 5 minutes before even acknowledging I was in the office. After finally talking to one of the employees it turns out the truck had been sold two weeks prior to me contacting them. They basically lied to get me to their dealership. What might they lie to you about?

I dont complain or review much, but just wow man. No issues Ive asked to be resolved or at least worked on has been addressed. Ive asked for help for multiple things. My tires blew out within 5 days of driving off the lot....( ill see what I can do they said). I was left with no lugnut key to change the tires to a spare at least and no way to change a tire. This is within less then a week. Im just amazed that I put 20,000 dollars down and this is the service I get. If i put 20,000$ down and recieve no help or anything for defects in the vehicle what are they going to do for you if something goes wrong? I work hard for my money and I would give back this vehicle today if they would let me. All they care about is the sale, not you. Shop somewhere else. Ive also notice on bad reviews for these guys that they cannot comment on legit complaints. They love to comment on the good stuff though. Sure sign of people who dont really care and once again, just want your money.

Purchasing a used car can be a stressful experience. I had been milking the last few miles out of my old pickup truck for the last couple of years. I called to get more information and spoke to Jim. Jim probably fields a lot of calls from curious people who never buy anything. I cant even imagine dealing with that. I had a few questions and Jim was extremely courteous and patient. That evening after work I went to Beach Auto to take a closer look and meet Jim.I was impressed by the large number and variety of quality used vehicles on the lot. I interacted with Jim and several other members of the Beach Auto team. Everyone was professional and friendly. Armed with current data from the internet, I was well informed regarding the value of the vehicles I was looking at as well as the trade-in value of Old Betsy. For reference it is worth about as much as dinner at Ruths Chris Steakhouse. The experience was top notch. No pressure, no arm wresting, no up-selling and fair and honest pricing. I was prepared to get my own financing, but the rates quoted by these guys from a local lender at the same interest rate I had been quoted by my own bank. Closing the deal was as painless as it can be. Im a very satisfied customer.

Highly recommend going somewhere else! Place is really shady. I’ve brought a lot of vehicles and this by far was my worst experience. The vehicles look nice to the eye but have hidden issues. Spent $20K on a Jeep Grand Cherokee just to have to put more money into it. When I purchased the vehicle I was told my vehicle would be ready that day because they had to get a new inspection and fix the thing I wanted fixed. That was a lie... Had to come back two days later to get the vehicle because they were closed for New Years. I came to pick up my vehicle with my girlfriend to head directly to ATL to pick up here things cause she had just moved down. They didn’t detail the vehicle there was grass still on the back seats. Due to being in a rush and having to get on the road for the long drive. I didn’t notice that they left me with literally no gas... Then... an hour into the drive the engine light came on...... Just here to try and save someone else the headache...

Went to look at a vehicle that was not on the lot when we arrived. Manager apologized and had one of his employees take us to where the vehicle was since we had driven over 30 mins. No pushing to sale which is definitely a plus.

I bought a truck from Beach Auto Brokers in July. They said they had to inspect my truck and put new brake pads on it before I could take it off the lot. Three days ago I started experiencing strong, abnormal vibrations coming up through my steering column and there was an audible grinding/rubbing noise. I pulled over to inspect my front tires and found that both rims were scalding hot. I had it towed to the nearest garage and they told me the calipers had gone bad. How can they go bad, they were literally just inspected I thought. When I called Beach Auto Brokers they said the calipers were working fine at the time of their inspection and hid behind the fact they were not covered under warranty. Its not about the warranty its about the service. How can a mechanic not be able to tell a major component of the braking system is worn and at the end of its life? I hardly find it a coincidence that all of a sudden I have brake issues and the last to work on my brakes was Beach Auto Brokers. Do not buy a vehicle from here.

Traded in my truck for a car from beach and it had an unexpected mechanical issue and I wanted to return it they offered me a plethora of options from fixing the car to getting me into an entirely new car. In the end they bought me out of the car and let me keep my truck. I highly recommend going to beach auto they are very professional and will always go the extra mile to make a deal!

If I could get this place negative Stars I would so on a Saturday I went to purchase a 2012 Dodge Challenger RT from them they told me to take the car and the banks will approve it on Monday so when I went back later on to take the vehicle I noticed that the radio did not work and the front bottom bumper was hanging off the car so I sent pictures and also told my salesperson about these issues my salesperson then told me that I will have to pay half to fix the radio that was not working when I first got the car which would have been like $300 so I was like no why would I pay $300 for radio that wasnt working when I first got the car so they try to feed me some BS and at the end of the day I end up replacing the radio myself with a $300 radio plus more for the double DIN kit then after that they told me that they will fix the bumper on my first oil change so long story short I was in the whole car for a month while they kept telling me that they had a deal done and I was good to go turn to find out there was never a deal I got approved for and the manager Marty refuse to give me my money back for the $300 radio that I put in a car and the double DIN kit because he said I put over 4,000 miles on the car while the time I had the car but they also told me that the deal was approved so why wouldnt I put as many miles on the car as I wanted to. And on top of this all my salesperson who worked with me first on the deal quit before the deal was even finished or attempted to be finished my credit was ran numerous of times during this process so Im out of about $425 and a car. I would never recommend this dealership to anybody stay away!!!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE. Our jeep has spent a couple weeks in a shop and the initial problem still isnt fixed. At this point I am started to feel as though we were knowingly sold a faulty jeep.... We originally had a very good experience and wouldve given 5 stars (we even recommended the dealership to friends!), NOT anymore. As the problem continues, it has been harder and harder to get in contact with the head guy..hmmm...just save the hassle and go somewhere else.

They sold me a truck with a brand new inspection sticker. Frame was almost rusted all the way through. Bent rim and sand in the tires. Dont buy older vehicles here unless youre going to put it on a lift and actually inspect it because these guys dont care if what your driving is dangerous. Just trying to rip you off. I got lucky and had a free frame replacement with Toyota but the more I work on it the more obvious things I find that should have been corrected in a state inspection. Long story short they will slap an inspection sticker on anything regardless of the safety of the vehicle and will not help you if it breaks. Do not buy from here.

Call before you drive is what they told me. I did!!! Was a waste of gas and time. They did however drag me around the lot showing me higher mileage and way higher price. $5,000 over kelly blue book average? No prices shown so they can play games with numbers. No Deal!!

When purchasing a new car everyone hopes the car they buy turns out to have no problems. When reading reviews I wanna hear from the people who’s car had problems and what the dealership did for them. Unfortunately in my case my check engine light came on and the engine had a miss on the drive home from the dealership. I Called as soon as they opened again and was told to bring it in to the mechanic and they would take care of it (these things do happen.) brought the truck in and was told It was corrosion on the battery...sounded funny, but I’m no mechanic so ok. The truck was driven back to me (they gave me a ride home because the truck took longer than expected) and it was a few days before I drove the truck again. First time I drove it the light came back on and the engine miss was still there. Had a friend plug his computer into the truck and the code was a cylinder two misfire. The problem with the truck was a spark plug and this dealership literally lied to me and couldn’t put the few dollars out for a freaking spark plug. I won’t put the salesman on blast, he’ll be leaving soon anyway, but I will never buy another car from these scammers again. I won’t tell you not to, but you should know my truck that we purchased a month ago is still listed for sale on their website.... and Facebook.... and car gurus. Also the Jeep I originally went to look at supposedly failed inspection for two or three things (according to my salesman) and while waiting for my truck to come back from the mechanic I heard another salesman give another customer two or three totally different reasons why the Jeep was listed as wholesale. Buy from these guys at your own risk, but I suggest running away....Update: they are now posting my truck on fb again to lure customers in. How are you gonna respond to my review saying you’ll take it off tour website, then not.... then repost it to fb?
