Took my 86 Cadillac in for a repaint and very minor cosmetic repairs 18/ Dec/20.Received a call 12/Feb21 informing me that my car was ready for pick up, upon arrival and inspection, I noticed a rough like texture in the paint ( orange peel), when I inform the shop manager about it, I was told that this is the way all new cars are painted, I informed him that my car wasnt new and that I wanted the same painted texture as when it was painted from the factory...I removed the car from the business, later on I receive a call from one of the owners, stating the shop foreman was fired and apologized for the inconvenience and to set up a date where the paint can be corrected via buffing. 29/April/21 I returned the car to the shop and was told that all would be corrected. Picked up the car today 10/June/21 and inspected the car to find out the orange skin texture still exists and none of the discrepancies pointed out and noted 29/APRIL/21 corrected....1st and Last time doing business with these guys.

Fair, honest, and they did great work. Mizelles and Rays was a life saver!Brought the car in to Mizelles for a second opinion. I was told by another shop that the frame was bent.Mizelles and Rays looked at it and and thankfully it was just some bent bolt on the subframe and they were able to straighten it out and did the work I originally needed.

My old 2001 4Runner failed the state inspection due to a few rust holes that developed on the frame. I called around and most places wouldn’t ever consider working on it due to the nature of repairing rust. Mizelles & Rays didn’t hesitate to take a look and the estimate they gave was a great price for the work they needed to do. Heidi, who runs the office, is incredibly kind and understanding. She was such a big help and communicated clearly and in a way i would understand what they were going to do. They made the repairs quickly and even fit me back in to repair something that was left un-repaired. I Absolutely recommend them without a hesitation!

Heidi, Mark and Robert were awesome! I took my restored 1970 C-10 to them for an alignment and custom 3.5 exhaust. Alignment was spot on, but the exhaust work was PERFECT! A complete custom dual exhaust kit with numbers bends and obstacles to work around and Robert finished in half a day, all welded. Can ask for better service and pricing in my opinion. I will highly recommend their shop to anyone I know needing custom work!

The guys at Mizelles did a great job repairing panels & spray with Raptor Liner in my 86 K10 truck cab. From start to finish, the owner and his crew communicated impeccably and offered suggestions on different aspects of the job from their years of experience. Throughout the job, they allowed me to stop in and take a look at the progress which many shops simply wont do for various reasons. Anyone who has undertook a job like a full cab off resto knows the many variables that come up, having a local shop like Mizelles that is willing and able to offer quality work at a very reasonable price and most importantly keep you informed of issues is beyond its weight. Great job, A+++ Also one of the only shops around that can align big trucks, theyve kept my Duramax in check for years.

I cannot say enough positive about the alignment experience I received from Mark and his crew at Mizelles. They do not work in a red and green world when doing alignments, close enough is not good enough for them. They could have done a close enough alignment and sent me on my way. They fond an issue and told me about it, I got the issue fixed brought the truck back and they got the alignment perfect. This kind of service will not be found at any of the Box service centers. Mark and Heidi thanks for excellent service you provide.

I dont write many reviews but these folks did such a great job I felt I had to. I went in to see if they could fix my frame on my old truck and Mark said it would be no problem. So I thought Id push my luck and ask about some other things I was hoping to get done. Not only did I get the frame fixed and looking brand new. They also Line-Xd my old homemade Rock Rails so they look brand new, replaced a Power Steering line, fixed my sagging Gas Cap Door, and Realigned my truck with a detailed report. All within a couple days at a good price. These are old school Master Craftsmen who take great pride in their work, something that is increasingly hard to find these days.

Excellent repair service and very reasonable fee for the repair (front bumper body work). Highly recommend their services.

Had frame work done and it was fixed when they gave it back. Both sides of truck frame about 6 foot section had rotted/rusted away. Alot cheaper then anyone else too. The only downside was them replacing the muffler and never told me until it was time to pay.

The people are very nice but the workmanship is not great

Was told free estimate over the phone and in person, described issue with detail and was charged $25. They said body work estimates are free not the frame work. I told them over the phone what was going on. Its not about the amount of money its about the way they handle this business. Advertisement was Free estimates and they didnt honor their advertisement.
