Bought a machine and sulky with these guy three & four weeks ago. When I purchase something new, I expect equipment to be perfect and ready to go. The sulky tire was not grease at all and when I started to work on a customer house, tire was scraping all over the grass when I got them new and now they are selling me a new tire. Bought thing from them. Really disappointed this time.

The sales people were very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. He took the time to answer all my questions and also made sure we both understand what I needed. I got top of the line equipment and service at an excellent and fair price. I am so glad I went to them for my fathers day gift and if and when I need another present I will be sure to get it from them. Thanks so much Turf Machine!! #turfmachine #norcrossga #bestservicebestpeice

Recently placed an order on their website for pickup, upon arriving I was told all parts were not available and the prices on their website were not accurate, there had been a price increase. This should not be the customers problem, any reputable business would honor their web pricing and make necessary updates on the site to avoid this issue in the future. Their site allowed me to complete my order for pickup & needless to say they would not honor the web pricing. If bait and switch is the way a brick and mortar store conducts its business its only a mater of time before they are going the way of the horse and buggy!!

Worst mower business I ever experienced. Will never buy from them again or spend a dime for their labor. And I advise ANYONE who values their time and money to do the same.EDIT: what the response says is absolutely FALSE.1. Mower is still under warranty that pulley just wasnt covered2. My review had zero to do with the warranty. My review was based on an employee interrupting my conversation by calling me a liar.Your response is EXACTLY the behavior that leads to reviews like this. You specifically look for why the customer is wrong instead of trying to work out the problem. I understand you cant make everyone happy. But you literally care NOTHING about customers who have already made a purchase and only care about potential new customers. Once you have the money, common decency goes out the window.Again I strongly suggest no one wasted their money here because you will regret it.

Not a fan. Referred to Turf Machine for a warranty repair of fuel line on tiller. When contacting Turf Machine was told that not only would a warranty repair take longer they would not know if repair was warranty until I dropped off the tiller. No problem until I asked about what if it wasnt covered. I was told I would be responsible for a $25 service fee and $7 warranty request fee. Sounds flaky to me. Person could or would not even give an idea of what the fee was for non-warranty fuel line replacement. If Turf Machine doesnt want to do Mantis warranty work. They should just stop doing it.

Perhaps, I misunderstood. If you are willing to apply the $200+ credit for my repair to the cost of a new mower, that is all I asked for, and I think that would be fair. Please state the Toro model of mower that you are referring to for this buyout/exchange.I have been a long-term client of Turf Machine for equipment acquisitions and repairs. I own a small landscape company but subcontract out lawn mowing services except for a few postage stamp-size lawns. I have purchased all of my mowers from Turf Machine and always purchase mowers based on their recommendations. As of today, I realize that Turf Machine does not stand behind their repair work. They recently repaired one mower (1 week ago and used one time to mow a small lawn), but it didnt work properly the first time we used it. We returned it, and they stated that their warranty on repairs is 30 days. However, the current problem now they state is a different issue and would cost an additional $150. It was clearly stated to me before I approved the initial repair and complete service that the mower would be diagnosed and returned in good working order. The combined cost to repair the mower now is not worth the the value of the mower itself, so I asked them to apply my repair cost paid (1 week old) to the cost of a new mower that I would purchase from them today. Turf Machine refused my proposed solution. As a result, they have lost my business, so decide for yourself. The manager stated to me that he did not care if I wrote a bad review - they have plenty of business.

My first experience with turf machine was when I needed my Husky BT145 repaired. I was quoted at a different dealer almost $200. A new machine would be closer to $300. I gave Turf Machine a shot and they did the repair and got it working for about $80. It’s been a very good experience since. The folks that work the front sales area are friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them if your looking for service or repair.

Went to the Big Blue store no help, went to the Big Orange store no help. Went to Turf Machine and was greeted with a smile and very knowledgeable staff. They helped me pick out a lawn mower put it together and even helped load it into my car. All I did was take it home and start it up. Best part was that there prices are the same as Big Blue and Big Orange.

I had a zero turn mower that was in there shop a number of times because it was cutting uneven. After spending hundreds of dollars the mower was still not repaired. The customer service up front is just horrible. Lead by a lady who dress inappropriate and is always kissing on one of the mechanics. I have called up there a number of times and no one would answer the phone. I went to pick up one of my mower first thing in the morning and it was cold. The mechanic said we open in about 5 minutes to step in the shop only to be told I needed to leave the shop for because I there 4 minutes early. When I told the owner about it he started yelling at me in there showroom. So I took the mower that was cutting uneven to another shop to find out that turf Machine added washers to one of my blades on the spinal but charged me for hours of labor and parts I never needed. There is so much more I could type but that’s not how I want to spend my time. They have helped me in the past and that’s why I’m giving them 2 stars.

Im super impressed by the service rendered by Turf Machine. Ive tried other shops closer to my location that were supposed to be Husqvarna repair shops only to find they were only rip-off artists. Then I tried Turf Machine to repair my blower and they fixed it in only a couple days wait in peak season. They also came out to pick up and deliver my riding and push mowers and attachment tools for routine oil changes and servicing. Im extremely happy to tell all about the good team at Turf Machine.

Can’t speak for new equipment but I would not recommend bringing equipment for repair here. I had my throttle replaced on my Husquvarna blower last year for 135 (almost 1/2 price of a newer one). It lasted 3 uses before it started sticking again. When I brought back in i was told to kick rocks as it was just outside 90 days since it had been “repaired”. Anyway it was used 3 times (I don’t own a lawn care company was for home use only) and it broke again. I understand the purpose of a limited time warranty on their end but I’m honest and was only used 3 times . Anyway I would not go back here and do not recommend repairs —Oh I also asked for the leaking gas cap to be replaced and it was not -Just another reason to stay away—

This store has never failed me! First off they work very efficiently and are very progressive thinking by cross referencing every part they dont sell! I brought a broken belt in that I didnt have an item number for and they simply measured it and pulled it from their stock before I had went to or call 4 different stores (even the place I initially brought the belt from!) I usually run to my nearest lawn pro shop first which never can service or has anything I need. When I go to Turf Machine they always have the most unique part Im looking for, they serviced (2) flat tires the same day, their prices are always competitive so I dont debate whether I should go here or there, and they CARE about their reputation and they treat all their customers like they have 10 yards to cut in a day (like me). I recommend anyone in a 20 mile radius or more to go there..Im sure you wont be wasting you time.

Avoid this company. Our Husqvarna riding lawn mower has an issue with the belt falling off. They picked it up, put the belt back on, returned it, and three seconds into a test mow on our yard, it fell off again. Spoke to Matt who told us they would be charging us for another pickup. When we complained that they didn’t resolve the issue and that this was unfair, they immediately copped a bad attitude and condescending tone. He also refused to give out the owners name, at first. After a couple of conversations with Matt, we then spoke to Kevin, who said he was the owner. He was even worse. More rude, even more condescending and he didn’t care that we were unhappy and still had a non-functioning machine where the belt keeps falling off. Said he “didn’t have the time to sit on the phone all day and argue with me”. Therein lies the problem, Kevin. When you have an unhappy customer, you take the time to listen to them. They won’t stand behind their work and they insisted that, surely, WE must be doing something stupid to make it keep falling off. No integrity here, no customer service whatsoever. They do not care if their customer is satisfied and quickly adopt a serious attitude when there is an issue. You can read for yourself in these reviews, that when the customer is unhappy, they reply with accusations and excuses instead of adopting concern and good customer service. A little kindness goes a long way, but a bad attitude towards your customer will go even farther in the opposite direction. I’ve already reported them to customer service at Husqvarna corporate, as Turf Machine represents their brand... poorly.______________________________________________________________________EDIT: There you go again, instead of simply apologizing and moving on from your bad review, you squabble over the details of the incident. Ive read other review where you do the same thing. You do realize, this makes you look EVEN WORSE to other potential customers, right? EVEN IF YOU WERE RIGHT... which you are not. It doesnt make me look bad, because Im not the small business in question here. Its not my reputation at stake. In any case, Lanier Machine found the problem (bent tension arm) and fixed it right away. Even told us the machine was still under warranty and filed the necessary claim, so no charge. Unlike YOU who charged us $100 for absolutely nothing.

Went to TM looking for a Toro zero turn, after viewing different models, brands, features, all of which the sales staff was supremely knowledgeable in, decided to go with a Snapper because it was much heavier duty with a fabricated deck and had a Kawasaki engine, best of both worlds. Im giving 5 stars because the process was painless and fast, and even though I lived outside the delivery zone, my sales rep brought it out a couple days later himself and made sure I was satisfied, thats customer service TM!

I brought my lawn mower with the agreement that a total maintenance would be completed, including the installation of a new blade and filter. When I returned to pick up my mower I asked the employee to show me what was done and not only was the filter dirty and not replaced but they attempted to sharpen the blade instead of replace it and I could see that it was not even sharpened correctly. The employee and manager both proceeded to argue with me in front of two customers and when I asked for them to at least change the filter they said it would be an additional cost and when I asked this to be done they claimed to not have the type to fit my mower, what type of company doesnt have something as basic as a filter??? So $62.41 later the filter was not replaced and the blade was not replaced or even sharpened correctly. Apparently because I am a woman they thought I didnt know my stuff, they were wrong. I will NOT be returning and I urge others to save their money by going elsewhere and if you do go there check everything because they are not honest.

DO NOT use Turf Machine for repairs – they do not know what they are doing in spite of being an authorized Toro dealer and repair shop. These guys are like a bunch of keystone cops.I dropped off my Toro 22” lawnmower with a typed list of what I needed done. (Hard to start, sharpen blade, .lubricate, winterize, etc.). I was told it would take approx. 5 days. After 8 working days I phoned and was told they were waiting on a paper filter cartridge for the air filter that was on order. Well I know there was only a sponge used as the air filter, but I said OK.When I picked up the mower today (2/3) I immediately checked the filter…only the original sponge was there-no paper cartridge. Upon questioning this I was finally told that this model did not use a paper cartridge!! But it was still on my bill. They did not know what they were doing…and charged me for it anyway!I specifically asked these guys to winterize (drain the gas and carb, etc.) the mower for storage (in writing). Upon pick up (they had the mower for 2 weeks) I was told if I had and hour they could drain the gas and winterize the mower. GIVE ME A BREAK!Mower was hard to start. Still is. I had to ask then if they had actually changed the oil like requested. They said they had. I still checked…they had.

I went here because they are a Husqvarna authorized dealer...and I needed the attachment on my weedwacker completely replaced. In terms of professionalism/knowledge as far as this seemingly simple task....this little girl Dani...couldnt even manage to match up the model number correctly and sent me home with the WRONG attachment. Taking my money without a second thought. I return a SECOND time...only for them to offer me a refund, then basically turn me away when I suggested he (Im guessing Danis lil boyfriend) fix the situation. I had to call Husqvarna MYSELF.I ( the customer)Provided this man with a list of parts required to fix...and he expects me to pay more than originally quoted. First of all.....blaming a customer for YOUR MISTAKE is bad business. PERIOD. You can stand up for her all ya want...the fact remains YALL screwed this up...NOT ME!REMEMBER?: I called before even making a trip out to your worthless store and Dani told me you had the part in stock....now why would she do that? If she has so much experience...maybe she woulda realized right then and there that it was indeed the WRONG part and shouldnt have wasted my time in the first place!See how easy this all would have been....but nope. Lack of knowledge and professionalism is all this boils down to. Take the high road all you want....I took it to the BBB! you had a chance to make it right and you chose not to.Everybody got choices. Just cause yall got a few good return customers dont mean you didnt treat me like garbage, dear. Ok? We all have our moments...and clearly this wasnt your best.
