Worst pine straw I have bought in over 20 years. I usually go to Bentley’s but they were out so search for someone near and L & J came up 2 minutes away. One persons review was it was the best pine straw ever so I went there. Not good stuff for me. Every bale was full of sticks, pine cones, leaves and just trash. Hopefully for them this was just a bad batch, but I will not go there again.

I saw on their website that they had a special going of $5.75 per bale installed. I thought great!. When I called the girl who I spoke with said ummmm that might be old and when I asked if they would honor the price that they are still currently advertising she said no. I suggested that they should make sure that their site is updated if they arent going to honor what they are advertising and she stated shes not in charge of the website. So I would say that this is not the best customer service, unfortunately. If she even pretended to care that it was wrong and outdated and that she would talk to someone to get it fixed I would have still used this company.
