Axel did a great job by himself on a holiday prepping my yard for the spring, probably the most meticulous and complete job Ive seen, straw placed under plants - all in what Id consider miserable conditions (misting and frigidly cold). Ive been a happy customer every year when I have RedPineStraw lay down some fresh pine straw, but this year was particularly good. Thanks Axel!

I am giving 5 stars due to the fast response of coming to my house, the 2 men working diligently in the 90 degree heat & the way my yard looks after 210 bales of straw being laid down! This is our 3 rd time using this company & we will be returning!

This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They are consistently late or they don’t show up. They don’t answer their phone and their prices are inconsistent. I will never do business with Red Pine straw again. Good riddance!!!

Red pine straw did an amazing job, they were the best priced, especially for a larger volume, most communicative during the quote process, and a very well organized company. I’m super happy with the work they did and they were so fast!

These people cant tell time or read a calendar. Supposed to have 70 bales delivered on Wednesday between 3 an 4. Never showed or called. Rescheduled for Friday between 9 and 10. I called at 11:30 and was told they will be there shortly. I had a prior engagement at 1:30 so I had to leave. They call me at 2 and said theyre at my house. I canceled the delivery. I cant waste my time waiting for them to show up without a call or anything! Seems like their time is more important that a customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU CAN WAIT ALL DAY FOR THEM TO MAYBE SHOW UP.

Used them a lot over the last couple of years . They sent someone new that didn’t finish the job. I called and the receptionist said she would get someone out by Sunday to finish the job ( I called on a Friday) and she would call back and update me. No call and the job wasn’t finished, sad part is, they only treat you like this once they have received the check . It’s a shame, bad business . Won’t be back .

Ordered 80 bales of pine straw @ $6.25 each. They showed up and bales are half the size of a normal bale . Even the driver agreed with me and said hey I just do the delivery I called the main office and explained that these bales are half the size of a normal bale and I would need twice as much, to which they offer to take 20 cents off per bale; when I declined that offer they just hung up.

We have used this company before and loved their services. We used them again for a second time and will continue to use them. They are very clear with the prices and they are listed on their website for no misunderstandings. Love the quality and care for their work and customer service. 100% recommend this company!

Staff is great and friendly, service is excellent. Installation was on time and delivered what was promised. Left my yard looking better than any other company has ever been able to, I have a very large yard, the work was completed in a timely and professional manner.I was wary because of the reviews but I’m glad that I was proven wrong. Will definitely inquire for their service again. Keep it up!

Redpinestraw was a great find for our new home construction project. We needed 400-500 bales and their price was considerably less than what was quoted by our landscaper. Eliud was very responsive to my calls and emails. He met us at the site to understand the scope of work. He showed great flexibility around the installation date. Great job on the installation and the job required few bales than originally quoted. Will use them again in the future and will also tell neighbors and friends.

Ive had no problems with Redpinestraw for two years but my recent experience with them was very unprofessional. Last October I scheduled them to install pine straw and on the delivery date they never arrived. I called and left throughout the day and nobody answered or returned my call. The next day I finally heard from them and they came out and installed the pine straw the following....keep in mind that I had to use 8 hours of my PTO so that I could be at home when they arrived. The owner, Yasmin Gonzalez apologized and told me that shed give me a discount on my next order. Its now time to reorder and I sent her three e-mails and called to speak with her about the discount but she has yet to contact me. Its a shame because they did a very good job in the past but at this point I think its best to take my business elsewhere.

I ordered 75 bales of long leaf pine straw for delivery and installation. A single worker (said his name was Junior) came at the appointed time. Straw was lightly spread over designated areas. I watched from the yard or from inside my house and I counted each bale as it was taken from the truck or the pile thrown from the truck. The worker closed his truck and I engaged him on the amount of straw delivered. I counted 35 bales delivered and spread and he insisted that he delivered and installed the full amount of 75. The discussion escalated and the supervisor was called; Amy instructed Junior to deliver the missing straw. When counting out the amount of straw missing, Junior now stated he delivered 45. Any way you look at it I was being cheated out of 30 - 40 bales. I insisted on the missing bales to be left and then I paid what had been the agreed amount. I did not get my monies worth but I averted getting cheated as intended. Buyer beware of Redpinestraw, Inc.

I bought 65 bales and I counted every single one of them while they are installing. They only installed 54 but they dont want to admit.-----Vendor refunded the money by delivering him self. Appreciate the great customer service to solve the issue.

Expensive and they stomped a couple new plants. Another pine straw company you’ll want to count the bales before you pay.BTW - they only sent one guy so I shouldn’t say “they”. Took him several hours.I’ll just call some sign on the roadside next time. Same level of service/theft but without the BS

I was extremely pleased with Red Pine Straw. Amy was helpful and knowledgeable. Francisco and Alicia genuinely did an outstanding job! Professional, polite, punctual. I have used many pine straw companies, and RPS is definitely the best. Exceeded my expectations in every way. Installed 120 bales and my yard has never looked better.

Real shame, this company use to be great. Now the long-needle pinestraw bale is 30% less than before and the price is the same. I brought this to their attention and was ignored. I would buy elsewhere.

I have called the office repeatedly and given them every opportunity to come back out and look at the installation themselves. No one will call me back, NOR respond to my messages. This is very poor customer service and I won’t recommend Red Pinestraw to anyone.

Replying to owner posting. After I drove 32 miles to my house Red Pine cancelled my appt that very morning for my 9-10 am appt. I requested the owner call me personally and instead he posted his reply on google days later. This isn’t a reasonable response to a customer.The owner said there was an emergency the morning my appt was cancelled. His employee that called me did not mention any emergency! Instead she said no drivers came that day because of the weather. I informed the girl it was not raining in Acworth and asked the owner to call me that day to discuss. Still waiting for that call.Smart consumer please look at other posts for this company and see other cancellations. Take your business elsewhere.

Two weeks in advance I made an appointment for pinestraw delivery. A week later they called to change the appointment, fine. Then they simply texted to change it back. Fine. Then texted again to change it. The day before the new delivery date at 9am I called to confirm since there seemed to be a lot of ambiguity. No one called back, so I called again at 6pm. Finally they confirmed the next morning at 9am.At 10:30am the next morning they still did not show. They texted to say their driver did not show and they would be there by noon. Fine. At 12:30pm they still had not shown up so I called them. No answer. I called every 30 minutes and texted, no response. Finally late that afternoon they called to say they were on their way, but I had an afternoon appointment so said that day was no longer good for me, that I already spent ¾ of my day waiting for them. They said they would call back after 6pm to reschedule. No phone call, and I even called them at 7pm without a response.The next morning at 9am I called and they actually answered. They didn’t know if they could come that day or not. After several more phone calls they said they could come. They actually came.For 6 years I have gotten 50 bales and it covered the yard thick and looked great. I tried Red Pinestraw because of the original company I used went up in price and this company received great reviews online. What looked like about 30 bales worth of straw they said I needed to order more. I said no, that 50 bales is always more than enough. They said ok and spread more with little argument and only charged me for 50 bales at the end. They tried to scam me.From start to finish Red Pinestraw was terrible and I will not be using them again.

I called the office twice left the messages, name, phone number,order, Nobody ever replied, or returned my phone call.past 3 days.
