I had an ongoing issues with my front tires shaking for over a year. Went from one tire shop to another and they kept on balancing and balancing. None of them could fix the problem. I Google and found Solo Motorsports. The front desk gentlemen told me they will figure it out and will use a force balance technique. My steering wheel no longer shakes and it rides perfect! I’m not from Georgia but this will be my go to shop from here on out if I ever need any fixing. Thanks again for the excellent job done !

Sub par customer service. Had an appointment for exhaust work setup through email, by a staff member who was pretty unprofessional in communication. Day of appointment the guy to do the work is out, understood the reason but communication would have been appreciated. Recommended a shop down the street who wanted a laughable amount to do simple work. I imagine if had pulled up in a Lamborghini, like the ones in the parking lot, they would have pulled out all the stops. First time and last for me. Seems cool but unprofessional.

Great place to get work done on your foreign car. Staff is friendly and works to figure out the best and least expensive remedy for any issue you have. My cold air intake malfunctioned and I wasnt sure what was going he issue. Their techs looked over the car and reinstalled the intake and its been fine since. They didnt even charge me for the work! This is my first BMW and I feel better owning one with Solo Motorsports here to help. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Unbelievably pleasant experience with Solo Motorsports. I called to get information on tuning for my SQ8, and within 5 minutes we had come up with a plan and they were able to squeeze me in same-day to tune my car. I showed up around noon and I was back in my car headed home within an hour and a half with a new tune! The whole team at Solo was very knowledgeable and could answer any question I posed to them. 10/10 would recommend!

Solomotorsport in Norcross exceeded my expectations! I had my 18’ Audi S4 on the Dyno & they walked me thru the process, explained what all the graphs and maps meant and showed me what I was doing to get plus how each performance part would increase the horsepower. Most technicians are so consumed w/their job they forget about the customer. Not these guys. Very, very happy with my experience.

I had my control arms and my valve gasket replaced on my Audi A4. My contact was PJ and he made sure I was aware of the time frame and the work being done. I was running late to pick it up, but PJ was there to make sure everything went smoothly. I’ve been here for multiple services including a tune and maintenance. Every time I leave I feel confident in the work that was done and I will be back in the future.

I initially went to Solo Motorsports with my 2016 F82 M4 during December 2019 and had a phenomenal experience with them advising me on modifications and the tune process. The results were exactly what I wanted and then more.I followed up with them on some service related work yesterday, left my car, came back to find they addressed everything I asked and actually were going to not charge me anything for looking over my car and doing a minor adjustment. Most shops will nickel and dime you for everything. These guys wanted to make sure I was happy and would be coming back to them with my car for the next project which I definitely will. It was my first time using Solo and I found them off of Google search. What I liked about them initially was they were close and had great reviews. My experience was they were on time and professional. I also felt comfortable leaving my 550 I BMW once I saw so many really nice cars on the lot. I never look forward to servicing my car but when I need it I will go back to Solo.

Very nice folks. I went for an oil change, they filled up the fluids and cleaned up after. They took great care to make sure it was under manufacturer’s specifications. And they suggested different options to another problem the vehicle was having, thank you Benny at Norcross location. After my first experience with them I understand why they have very little parking available- I will use them from here on out.

This place is a scam! I did my downpipe over here! And did my tune! And few days later check engine light came back! And when i went back they started saying i have lot of problems in my car! Though i dont! And they have nothing to do with the check engine light. The guy whom I dealt with his is PJ. He was rude not cooperative at all and literally sort of yelling before hanging up the phone. I would never ever recommend anyone to go over there.

Great service and reasonable prices. Only place Ill bring my 135i from now on. I went once and had great work done in a reasonable time and for a good price. Then just yesterday my car had a major issue (cylinders misfiring, car dying, heavy gas smell, engine shaking and exhaust rattling and chugging) - very luckily just as I was passing by Solo, so I pulled right in. It was 530P and they were just closing up and leaving, which I know is a major buzzkill, but Benny and Jay stayed an extra 20-30 minutes to diagnose the problem and didnt charge for it when they found it (loose oil cap). Thats the kind of extra service that is going to have me come back next month and beyond for regular service from now on. I know it sucks to have someone come to the door just when youre closing, and they handled it like real professionals.

I brought my beloved 04 325ci here and I absolutely cannot express how knowledgeable they are. I was in and out all problems solved and they didnt break the bank! Some of the most beautiful cars in ATL sit in the parking lot and now I know why! Keenan was a pleasure to work with and ill be back for certain!

Solo Motorsports is one of the best Auto shops I’ve ever been to great service, quality work, friendly staff, Very Well Experience in all types of cars you get your money’s worth and a whole lot more. Also there waiting room is very comfortable. TV, Coffee, Sodas, Water. Etc and a clean bathroom all for the customer convenience so I will definitely recommend this Auto Shop to anyone you will never go wrong. I have a Mercedes Benz S550 and they always do great work on my car when I leave I am very comfortable with there work. Try them ask for (Keenan or P.J) but all the other staff is great as well I love this place wish I worked there.

Hands down the best quality and value in town! They’ve tuned my 3 series BMW and my Macan S Porsche. Also brakes and scheduled maintenance on the Macan. Even though they are busy... I’ve Always felt valued and welcomed when I arrive. And the work done thus far has been flawless. I have no complaints. Again they are busy for a reason. So don’t hold them to strict time expectations.

Second time in past 3 months changed Air compressor first and now Clock Spring. Reasonable pricing for quality work. Job done on time once committed no delay no excuses. Now this is my place to go for any future maintenance also need not to do any research calling others as I found this place the best in quality and pricing.

Be ready to wait for a tune. It will be ready in 15 minutes on Friday turns into it will be ready in 15 minutes on Monday. Then it took another hour. I had a tune from them previously and wanted a couple things changed that I wasn’t aware of when I purchased the original tune. No price was quoted when I dropped the ecu off. Then I get a “deal” because I wasn’t quoted. They had the ecu for 10 days, and were rushing to get it finished while I waited for an hour in the lobby.Edit for response: I wrote my name and phone number on the back of the ecu. If you would have contacted me and said there is a problem, this is going to take longer than usual, that would have been fine. And I would have understood the charges. I’m not disputing the 3 hours, I’m disputing the lack of communication on the original sale and the update.

Great staff. Very informative and detailed about how to solve my problem and the cost associated. In and out in about an hour as promised. Will definitely be returning with my 328i. Way better than dealer prices!

Awesome experience with these folks! Took in my track car, an 89 Jetta for an alignment and a few dyno pulls and couldnt have been happier! A bit of a blind guess for me on which shop to take it to, but found these folks really know their stuff, even with my old platform. Certainly will be back in the future!Also, for what its worth, Im a bit of a stickler with taking this to a shop. Normally Im wrenching on it on my own. SMS definitely won over my trust though and look forward to going back!

I found Solo thru reviews. It lived up to its reputation and then some! I took them my 2019 Audi RS3 to have several custom parts installed. I bought the parts online, and then took them to Solo to install for me.They installed new wheels/tires, a performance exhaust, a custom intake and turbo inlet pipe, and installed a new ECE Dogbone mount for the transmission. I also brought them some black badges to replace the chrome stock ones. It took a bit longer than I initially was told, but you cant rush these things. The price was incredibly reasonable! They also didnt charge me to install the badges, which was nice of them!I highly recommend Solo. My only caveat is the parking lot is very crowded and maneuvering thru it is tricky, but thats it. I will definitely return, possibly for a custom tune!

Very impressed with Solo. Quality work and knowledgeable, polite staff. They were in contact before doing any work, always provided quotes, and discussed work in detail.I would rank them towards the pricier side, close to dealership costs, but I do feel that the quality, individual attention, and timeliness is worth it, especially compared to the dealership.

Didn’t feel too welcomed. The job was done, but to be welcomed with a What’s up, and the person behind me being treated with a respectful “Hi Sir, how can I help you”. Just felt that my business was not welcomed. Promised call backs that didn’t come. The customer service was not there. I’d figure if my first service was $1,600, the least I can get is a Welcome and a Thank you.

Sketchy individuals and sketchy operation.They will never be getting any of my business, or any business of anyone i know if i have to say anything about it. If you’ve got a brand new European, might be the place for you. If you’ve got a used vehicle and you don’t want to get absolutely gouged, I would steer well clear. Plenty of better European shops to choose from

The costumer service representative was very unprofessional, everytime I took my car in came back with a different issue, when I asked for an explanation they didnt have a reason why i ask to speak to a manager and they stated that the place was run for themselves that there was no manager that i could talk to PJ was very rude and disrespectful over the phone and hung up on me,, out of nothing as a woman they were very misogynistic i do not recommend coming to this place, I asked for an explanation because the first time my Mercedes bens suv shows some senzor signal for ABS pump, and the AC was perfecty fine when I left the car in their shop, later when I pick the car they hid the fact that the AC wasnt working, when I drove the car back home I noticed and i told them about it and their answer was, that anything can happen to cars while repairing, and I have to pay more money for the problem that was caused in their shop, the pump that they fixed in less than a month ago caused me problems again and I took the car back to them, while the car was there another problem arised, while my car was with me nothing ever happened to it, thats a big lie, my car is not full of problemsI can prove that, that is just a big excuse to justify theyre bad actions, another lie is what they said that I dont want to pay, of course that I wont pay for something that is happen in their shop. I never been disrespectful or rude with nobody they know that thats a big big Lie, is not my style. Also theres camera in their bussiness that can prove that,and there were another costumers around that can prove that also, I was not disrespectful or offensive to anybody Their was something fishy that they were trying to hide about my car. Very bad experience and the worse part was the nasty way how they handled the situation, never gave me an apology for their mistakes.

Best individualized service. I ended up having to go to the hospital while my car was being serviced and couldn’t pick up the car. They brought my car to me which was 45 min away! Very friendly staff and reasonably priced.

The staff is very knowledgeable! And they helped me avoid losing out on 3k I spent on rims.... the company Fitment industries is horrible and really sent me rims for a different car. The staff at solo explained what I needed then spoke to fitment on my behalf. They got everything straight! They also brought to my attention the terrible balance job fitment did. The back tires had a very slight wobble but they found it and showed me. Would definitely recommend Solo!
