I had been frustrated for some time trying to determine why one of my tires on my new VW Atlas Cross Track was very slowly losing tire pressure. I tightened the valve, filled the tire with sealant and still after a few days the tire indicator light would come on.I stopped in the Mr. Tire store and the gentleman put the car on the lift and quickly found a very small nail hidden between the tire tread. I had checked and checked without seeing anything! He promptly repaired the tire and sent me on my way.It is so nice to encounter a professional, honest, friendly repair person who did not try to sell me a new tire or services or products I did not need.You can bet I will use this tire center for my future tire needs!

I had a nail in my tire and needed it plugged. Stopped by without an appointment as it was an emergency. They had me in and out in 30 minutes and didnt charge me anything. The guys here are professional and focused on customer service!

First visit...I went in because my car was having issues that I believe were related to the alternator. (Brake light coming on and off at random, battery light as well, light leveling not working)They opt to replace the battery, my wipers, and charge me about 500.Second visit, less than 5 days later...I go back for the same issue I first had. Also now my turning signals and AC are no longer working.They test the alternator and THIS time it tests bad, they charge me 700 for the workIll be there again tomorrow because none of my problems were solved from what I requested during the first visit... and my ac still didnt work.

Free Service??? Never!! No Way!!! Yes the great folks at Peachtree Corners fixed two tires and did not charge a dime. Dashed in with strange flat tire noises because we were close by., Ten minutes and they checked, found screw in one tire and nail in another. Totally refused payment!!! Amazing. Fixed both and we were on our way in less than 30 minutes no worse financially and LOT safer. Great work guys

Every time I’ve been into this shop, the people there have been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Their service is also quick! It’s rare that I feel I can trust a car shop, so it is refreshing to know I can trust them! They even patched my tire for free.

Ive been coming to this shop for all my car repairs and maintenance for over 5 years. They are always super friendly and quick to get work done. If there is a way to save me money they find it. I tell everyone I know to go there for anything car related.

The tech did a poor job of securing the under engine panels after changing the oil, I had to stop at another shop where they removed the panel. I brought it back to Mr. tire location to get it screwed on correctly its damaged and scuffed

I had a battery fail within the warranty and it was adjusted quickly and fairly. Highly recommended.

Saturday came in for an alignment since my car was slightly gliding! Did not drive my car at all Sunday Monday I work 12 hours today leave early and don’t get home till 10 o’clock at night as soon as I hit the interstate yesterday my car starts shaking my teeth were vibrating so I don’t know if they did a reverse alignment but it’s 100 times worse than when I brought it in tried calling all day nobody picked up and tried calling all morning today nobody picked up and I am currently sitting out in front of Mr.Tire for the past 25 minutes and they were supposed to open almost an hour ago nobody in sight! I work a lot during the week 55 to 60 hrs. a week so I try to get what I need done on the weekends so I’m not out any time or out out any money during the week and here I am wasting my time because I don’t want my all my tires to get ruined And now it’s costing me money because I’m not working!

It was 7:30 in the morning. My brother had a biopsy at 9:00AM. Unfortunately I had picked up a nail in my rear tire the day before. I needed to get my tire patched in record time. I don’t want you to miss your doctor’s appt” was his reply. 15 minutes later we were back in the car with a newly patched tire headed for the hospital. I stopped in today to have a flat tire fixed after I picked up something on the road on the way back from Florida yesterday. They found the hole and patched the tire and I was on my way in about 30 mins...and they wouldnt accept any payment. Very friendly and kind...I will definitely return next time I have the need.

They got me in for an appointment the day before for an oil change. They were running a bit behind due to being short staffed Jeremy discounted my windshield wipers. Overall good experience. Be patient guys, everyone’s just trying it make a living.

This place was a life saver. I’m from NC working in Atlanta and noticed I had a large screw in my tire one Saturday afternoon. Worst experience ever!!! I went in today for a standard oil chance before I taking a trip to Florida to take my daughter to Disney World and an hour after I left my check engine and oil light came on then my engine blew. Now I have to FaceTime my 4 year old daughter and tell her that I won’t be able to take her to a trip we have been planning for a YEAR while she’s already down there in Florida waiting on me with my mother. This is ridiculous. I have to wait until tomorrow for them to assess the damages but you can obviously see in the pictures that whoever worked on the car didn’t seal the oil because it leaked all over the tow truck bed when he towed the car and caused the engine to blow. My heart is broken because it’s every fathers dream to take their child to Disney and all of this happened just because a “minor” mistake of someone being too careless to pay attention to their job which not only caused me a wasted plane ticket for my little girl but also 3 Disney World tickets as well. Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!

Quick oil change, patched my tire for free (didnt even know I had a nail in one), and gave an honest assessment of my cars condition (e.g. there is a slight oil leak but cars with this many miles have that a bit when theyre warm, tires are in good condition but one is more worn out - should last for about 6k more miles, etc.)

Andrew, Rich (sp?) and team are all awesome. I have been to Mr. Tire a number of times over the last 2 years and have consistently been treated well, theyve been honest and transparent and they have been great with sharing information, which to me, is power They always lay out the issues, repair options and never push for anything - they leave room to research and allow the customer to make thoughtful repair decisions, which I appreciate so much. I have been a regular of this establishment and plan to continue coming here for my car care. Definitely recommend this place.

Im visiting from out of state and had a flat tire emergency. I googled the nearest tire shop and found mr tire. Jeremy and Andrew took care of my vehicle like it was their own! The atmosphere in this shop is astounding! I was greeted promptly by the managers Jeremy and Andrew. They were quick to listen to and understand my concerns. My vehicle was serviced in no time! Their recommendations werent excessive or overbearing like some other shops. It was just simple preventative maintenance to keep my vehicle running. Its hard to find an honest shop these days. First they broke one of my TPMSs. Alignment was not not done properly so had to come for re-adjustment three times! It used to be my place but not anymore. The guy (manager/supervisor) was not nice to me. The guy didnt even apologize for the improper alignment and the fact that I had to visit three times for rectify their fault...
