I was extremely happy when a few nights ago the worker I believe his name is Syed I hope I’m spelling it correct. But my card kept getting declined Bc of the system being down and I had no more then a drop of gas and was afraid my truck would die. And the employee offered out of his own pocket to help me not a couple bucks but more then any human would offer to a stranger in this day & age. I politely declined and luckily the system worked and I was able to fill up. I’m hoping this review sheds some light on his stature and the reason I’ll only fill up at this shell station. Thank you!

The machines are a bit old and rusty. The gas prices are only low if you get the car wash as well..which is a waste of money. The machine never gives out a receipt. Inside is nothing but junk food.

We usually go here for gas and car wash sadly today the wash wasnt good.Paid $14 for under the car wash, dirt removal and what comes with a basic wash. Sadly I did not get the under wash and the end result wasnt clean. 😔😕😞The price paid is not worth it.Maybe it is time to look for a different place.

During this pandemic, staff at Touhy Lehigh Shell refuses to enforce the mask “rule” clearly posted on their door. The store is very small, and social distancing is impossible, so the least they can do is make sure they protect the customers that do follow the rules. Every time I go in there, which is almost daily, the same problem occurs. I bring it to the attention of the cashier, and I get a shoulder shrug. I will need to go to a different place, since management refuses to enforce the rules and protect those of us who have prexisting conditions that put us at risk. I will also be contacting the Niles Health Department to see if anything can be done.

This was the slowest car wash ever I had to ask for a refund after waiting in line 20 minutes and watched only 2 cars go thru sad

I frequent this station 2-3 times per week. Yesterday when I was in there, despite a sign on the door, there were 3 customers in that tiny space. I brought it to the attention of the cashier, explaining that he needs to enforce the law, for the sake of vulnerable customers like myself.His answer was a shrug. I repeated my request, but the answer was the same. I am disappointed and disgusted by the lack of respect at this station.

Great gas station to go to! Cashiers are friendly and professional. Safe enviornment. They even have a clean washroom to use (just have to borrow the key). Has everything else you need. Best Shell Ive been to so far.

Went to cash the ticket, and the guy told me to get the f..k out his store. I was shocked! Very poor English and very rude. We work next door but for sure won’t be coming back to this place.

Every time Im here they are always in very rude to me. We started not getting gas from here wanted to get lottery tickets, but they were even very rude in those transactions so we started going to another gas station. You think that they would treat people that live in their own neighborhood with some common decency. Very poor customer service.

Its a typical gas station. Found everything I needed and its close to home. Cashier is professional and everything was decent.

Car wash is always low or no soap. If youre going to charge the price of a hand car wash, you could at least make sure theres actual soap in your machine

Worst gas station ever, had a highest car washing for 10$ but its worthless. There was dirt all around the car, when asked them, they could not help. Customer satisfaction is their bottom priority. I would never visit in future

You have to take a mini quiz just to pump gas. No I don’t want the thousand things you want to market to me. And clean up the station. It’s filthy.

Clean gas station, the car wash is pretty neat. Usual gas station features, no public washroom (I didnt ask.)

This is a magnificent gasoline pumping facility. Great pumping area that is spacious for all sized vehicles including SUVS Small trucks and vans. In the evening and early morning hours when it is dark outside this gas station is one of best lit and safe in America. The pumps are very well maintained and pump quickly and efficiently. The pricing competitive and fair. The management and staff work well together to provide outstanding customer service. There is nothing better than a fresh brewed hot cup of coffee. This place has coffee that tastes better than Dunkin Donuts Starbucks and McDonalds. The selection of soft drinks is magnificent and the expiration dates are very safe. The convience store is very clean and well organized. The restrooms are sanitary clean and provide plenty of hot water and soap. Dirt car? By all means use the carwash.Attend!!!!

Didn’t want to open the other register to checkIf my card was working even after I politely asked if he could. Since I’ve had the same problem before I knew that if he tried the other machine it’ll work. Really need to get a new card machine

After going through the Supreme car wash my car was still dirty. I asked for a refund and was given a number to call that did not work.

Gas station attandent gives you weird looks. Also I had an emergency and needed to use the restroom (they are single person bathrooms) The mens was already in use and the ladies was available. Attandent then yells at me like Im a criminal. Hey guess what? I dont give a flying *****. Never going back unless I can poop on the counter.

Best coffee, best service, best selections ever from a gas station. Second favorite coffee to Starbucks.
