I love Walgreens in Niles Ohio. My Auntie B works there.
Theyre always super super helpful at this Walgreens they know what coupons you have and how to use them and if theres a mistake they know how to fix it right away and way better than any other Walgreens
Didnt have to wait. Had what I needed.
The employees here are always great, but today I got truly exceptional customer service at the pharmacy. Dr. Rebekah and Heather went above and beyond to make sure I got my prescriptions at the absolute lowest price possible by checking through both the W card (that I hadnt signed up for yet but I did today) as well as my goodRx discount code. They really didnt need to take it upon themselves to do that (I didnt expect it or ask), but the fact that they did just to help me save money meant the world as someone who is uninsured and whose industry has been hit hard by covid19.The staff at this pharmacy really goes out of their way to help patients receive and understand their prescriptions in a timely fashion. Considering all the rules and regulations a pharmacy is subject to that can make their jobs harder, I really think that the only way they are able to provide such exemplary service time and again is because they genuinely care. Ive been coming here for years and never had a bad experience but its about time they got this review. Thanks for everything you guys!
Slowest people EVER!!!! In line for 30mins behind 2 cars. Than spend another 30 mins behind 1 car before I even get to the window. Than I’m sitting in my car for 25mins waiting for her to bring me my order.... just freaking ridiculous!!!!
When you call prompts dont allow you to talk to someone
Friendly and knowledgeable workers, comparable prices and clean and organized store
Past couple months I have had a issue with getting my prescription filled. Each month they seem to be out and I have to wait almost a week before i get my percription filled.. And for many people we cant wait a week without are percription to get filled..
A couple of my prescriptions can be difficult to get but are imperative to my ability to function well in my daily life. Like pretty much everything in healthcare, they can also get pretty expensive. Ive had so many problems at other pharmacies that wasted a lot of my time, but Im glad I started going here. One pharm tech in particular, Angela, always seems to be looking out for me in that she makes sure I have my prescriptions when I need them and takes an extra couple of minutes to be sure that she has gotten me the best possible price. She really goes above and beyond for someone who is basically a stranger and I have appreciated it so much. Thank you Angela and pharmacy team!
Very poor customer service from some lady that said we arent even open yet, as you can see. I dont have any techs here yet. Pharmacist was rude and thetech loooked unkempt with a wrinkled scrub top on, who was also rude. Wont go back there again
This stores Pharmacy is incompetent !!!They messed up my blood pressure pills prescription twice now. Swore at me and kicked me out because I called them on it.
When I called to see what time the pharmacy was open until, (because the website states that the store hours are 8am until 10pm), and when I asked the guy he was rude, and hung up on me. The hours should be properly listed, including the pharmacy.
I just left so happy I love my lipstick the lady in cosmetics is awesome
Ive gone to this walgreens for years for my prescriptions. The pharmasis Ken is rude everytime i go in or call. Ive seen him be nice with younger women but never older women or men. He never asks if i have any questions or explains my medicines. The two ladys that work back there are great though. Very nice, helpful and fast in atenting to me. Ive never once been rude or impolite to any of them. The cashiers are usually nice and fast.
If I had the option to give this pharmacy location zero stars I would have. I am horribly dissapointed in the pharmacist Rebecca. I went in to the store and said I was waiting for my sisters prescription because she had just had surgery. After 35 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on with it. Rebecca responded that insurance was down and I said it would have been nice to know that. She said it literally happened 3 minutes ago I said so you mean to tell me my prescription wasnt typed for 32 minutes. There is absolutely no excuse for that. No OARS check no outside vendor delivery check in should inhibit the pharmacy from typing a waiter for 32 minutes. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely dissapointing. With the competition of other chains such as cvs I really hope that problems like this are corrected at Walgreens.
They usually have what Im looking for and are at a great location
Pharmacy staff is always helpful and courteous.
Nice staff very helpful
