This is the BEST place to look for a prom dress or evening gown! An amazing selection at great prices!! My daughters dress was gorgeous!!

Horribly rude and unprofessional! As soon as I walked in, a sloppily dressed woman looked me up and down, asked me what size I wear (i told her 12, I think) and she immediately told me they only have dresses in size small or medium. However, it was painfully obvious she only saw my brown face, and nothing else. I knew her game and said, Uh huh. Well can I just look around anyway? I proceeded to look around the store (no other customers were there) while she followed me around at a distance. So, not helping me at all, just watching me. Looking around I saw several random dresses in my size. There was one that I liked very much. When I started to leave, I let her know that although I saw a dress I liked, there was NO WAY I was going to give them my business. I made it clear her behavior and the lie about dress sizes was the reason. There are hundreds of dress shops around here, and I am sure they would appreciate my business.

This store is amazing! I went there looking for a prom dress with my daughter. We were overwhelmed with the selection of beautiful dresses. The ladies that work here are helpful and work with you to find a dress within your budget. I dont understand all of the negative reviews theyve received, because they were honest and so helpful in helping my daughter pick out the right dress for her. We had to have alterations on the dress and they did a perfect job. This is THE place to go for a prom dress or any special occasion dress. After youve gone to every dress store around, stop here cause you will probably find the perfect dress!

I love this place! i went to the store last year and got a dress for a graduation dance, and they fixed it up PERFECTLY. i decided to go there again recently for another dance and the dress turned out perfectly! they are so wonderful and nice here!

I had to go three times. The first time was to pick out my dress. The second time was to get my dress altered. The third time was to pick it up. Everytime I went they were great and I had a great experience. If u have good communication with them, u will get great results. My dress is beautiful. I will definitely go again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! RUDE! Wow I have never received treatment like I did today in this store. We were looking at dresses and were encouraged to just to try it on. Tried on a few dresses and then was told “ No more trying on” and they pointed to the small sign about the 3 dress try on rule that no one told us before going in the fitting rooms. Too bad I actually liked one of the dresses but after feeling like they were kicking us out will never go back here. How they expect to sell anything with a ridiculous rule and attitude is beyond me.

Check out - Fashion Elegance - 4815 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60625 - instead of this place they have the same exact dress at a more reasonable price and here is why!Where do I start, my fiance went dress shopping here with my mother, future mother in law and sister for dresses for our wedding. The ladies who were helping them were extremely rude, short and disrespectful. Not to mention they only allowed them to try on three dresses... per day! Stating that they do not allow customers to try on more than three dress per day because we do not want to waste our time and if a dress is purchased it would be extend it to five dresses. Needless to say we will never be returning to this shop and will never recommend anyone to do so as well.

I give the Chinese lady 5 stars shes the sweetest but the other two Russian workers are so rude. Talking in there own language I would never go back! They rush you to do everything. If youre big they call you fat. They only treat skinny people with respect but if you dont buy something then you lose it. They lie. My friend wanted to buy a dress but couldnt find one that she liked. Th Russians told her she couldnt try anymore on and then the Chinese lady came and told her to try one on but the Russian lady said oh no she said no more for her when shes the one that told her she couldnt. They have horrible customer service if they dont like theyre job why even work there I wish I can rate this 0 stars

WORST PLACE EVER. I decided to ignore the reviews and go check it out. They were asking me if I know what dress Im looking for. How am I supposed to know what kind of dresses they have? Then they kicked my mom and I out after trying on three because I already tried onto much. Literally a waste of an hour just to get here. DO NOT GO IM TELLING YOU. I dont even know how they are still operating. Their costumer service sucks. Im seriously upset.

They might have cheap dresses from cheap material and expensive as f*** and the customers service omg. They cut and alter it like crap. They had to cut my dress length and measured it 2 time and did it like crap. And after I payed $60 for someone to mess up my dress. The ladys over there try to be nice but the owner is a pain in the but. I would not recommend someone to go there anymore because you can get way much nicer dresses from somewhere else and get what you pay not a cut like crap dress and then you get. Go the wedding tomorrow like this and come back Monday Ill fix it. F**** that I will never recommend someone so go there again

If you ever plan on visiting this place, please keep in mind what you are looking for because you are only allowed to try on 3 dresses!!! customer service is not the best, personally I would never go back.
