Omaima and her team are absolutely fantastic. I got married during the pandemic and wanted to buy a dress off of the rack since I was doing a small ceremony. They had a gorgeous array of dresses. The second I stepped foot in the shop, they welcomed my mother and I. We were treated with such warmness and respect. I bought a gorgeous dress off of the rack at a very fair price. The alterations process was in house and easy. They listened to each and every one of my concerns. My experience was so great that I am going back with my bridesmaids in preparation for my reception. Omaima couture has a great selection of dresses! My sister is getting married this Saturday and I picked up a beautiful dress from them. I bought my wedding dress and veil here November 2019. Omaima was wonderful and so helpful. The store inside is beautiful and has the most beautiful selection in dresses I have ever seen. I was supposed to have my wedding in 2020, but it was postponed due to covid. I came back this year to have alterations done. I had several appointments and the whole time Layal and Leen were there helping me out. I absolutely love those ladies! They made the experience flawless, fun, and were so accommodating to my mom and I. I would definitely recommend coming here for a wedding dress or any other dress. I went to omaima couture 3 weeks before my wedding looking for a dress and I found one instantly. The 2 twin girls working there who were helping me were so AMAZING and kind. Dream dress with perfect experience!The entire process of finding my dress at a&be bridal was an absolute dream! Every single staff member had a smile on their face and they were all so welcoming and willing to assist with taking pictures of my group after I found the dress- not to mention the complimentary champagne they had for us to celebrate! Everyone was so knowledgeable, professional, and so personable. My stylist was Layal and she was so fun to work with! She was extremely patient, and listened to every detail and preference I had when it came to trying on dresses from various designers. She did a fantastic job picking out dresses that were a little different as far as neck line that helped me consider different options and ultimately confirm my decision. She also stayed within my budget and was very mindful to only have me try on dress that were within the price range I gave her. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had in shopping for a dress. Layla was superb in helping me find a dress that was good for my body type. I walked in on a random Wednesday, Sonya from Dream Events By Sonya had referred me to the store. Kate greeted me right away. I asked to just look around since I didnt have an appointment. Kate was great about letting me roam around and even offered to show me some dresses if I didnt mind while she finished up with her customer.She was really easy to work with and had a great deal of knowledge.Thanks Kate for taking the time to work with me and making me feel welcomed!

Unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. I had ordered my bridesmaid dresses from here. The staff here (Minus Omaima herself) were rude, they threw our dresses at us still in the manufacturers bags - they didnt even bother to hang them on hangers or steam them out, I had asked for a swatch of the dresses to match colors for our wedding, they would not give it to me, even though they ordered it for me. Kate finally gave me the swatch and told me I had to bring it back- “we only get 1 per year.” I called another store and they said they could send me one- so I knew this was bogus.Also, they are clueless on alterations. They use large safety pins to pull in the sides of dresses and to hem the bottom- they never measured anything. We took one of the dresses, safety pins still in it, to another seamstress and her initial response was what happened here? After correctly getting the dress altered, we went back into Omaima, got the rest of the dresses, left and will never look back! I wished we had a better experience, but at least we got our dresses and were able to take them elsewhere!

I can not say enough wonderful things about my experience at Omaima Couture! I had visited several salons in Chicago/Milwaukee area, but as soon as I walked into Omaima Couture I knew I had found the place where I would find my dream dress. Everyone was so professional and kind, and made me feel so excited to be there. The owner Omaima was so amazing. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, and was able to find me my dream dress at my first appointment. As soon as I put that dress on we all knew that I had found the one and Omaima pulled the whole look together perfectly with an amazing veil and headpiece. Every wedding is different and whether there is only a maid of honor or a large bridal party, everyone who spends their money there deserves attention. I am the maid of honor and the only part of the bridal party and I felt like because it was only the bride and myself that we were not given the quality treatment they should give. For example, when I had my second fitting and the bride and myself expressed we werent happy with the hemline, they didnt show us how high they were going to make it and when we went back it was still too long. Though, they took care of the hemline quickly after expressing again that we wanted it raised, I thought they could have been more attentive to us.

My experience with Omaima Couture was simply amazing!! The store is absolutely breathtaking and the service is one-of-a-kind! I ended up with the gown of my dreams, and for someone whos worn a lot of gowns, I had no idea it was even possible! Omaima, the owner of the store, was actually helping me. From the start I was so blown away that the owner of the store was so involved with her brides! She had such an incredible knowledge of fashion and bridal that made the experience that much better. She would take each critique of a gown and find a way to change it, look for a gown to accommodate it, and would even create something new on the spot! This woman was kneeling on the floor, tucking ivory material under the lace of my gown, and pinning it just so I could visualize what the color of my gown could look like in ivory. As designers, they not only have a memorized inventory of every gown they sell, but a working knowledge of fabrics and fashion that allow each bride to find HER gown--not just fitting her into one of their gowns. I watched as the vision in my head unfolded before my eyes. That was only possible because they listened to every detail of what I wanted, worked endlessly trying new things and wouldnt settle for anything less than what I absolutely loved! They werent pushy in the slightest, but were fun, extremely knowledgeable and provided impeccable customer service. The selection of gowns is so diverse, from traditional to chic and even couture for fashion brides. This place is unbelievable and I had the experience of a lifetime there. The absolute best customer service and products anyone could ask for. I have been to dozens of dress shops and boutiques and after going to Omaima Couture I dont plan on ever going anywhere else. Omaima is the owner and she takes care of the customers, making sure that you find something that makes you happy. They will take a dress and transform it into what you like because they also do alterations on their gowns have one of a kind pieces that they design themselves. My sister found a dream wedding dress here and with only 3 months to her wedding Omaima was able to not only do all the alterations and get a veil, but she did them perfectly. And if she finds that something may not look the way you imagine it or that something may not be the right fix, she will also let you know. Trust her expert opinion, because it is absolutely worth it. After having nightmare dress shopping experiences, this place is a breath of fresh air and I cant wait to have more parties just so I can go shopping here again.

I came into Omaimas store as a last minute effort to look for a dress. I had been searching for a wedding dress for about 2 months and had tried tons of stored and I never really felt like I found the one. The day I walked into her store, I had already spent the whole morning/afternoon looking for a dress and was pretty exhausted. I wasnt expecting much since I had been to so many stores and found nothing. When I walked in, Omaima who is a Designer herself helped me. She asked me what kind of dress I was looking for and I told her I just wanted a very simple fitted dress. She chose 3 dresses for me to try on. When I tried on the second dress she chose for me I instantly knew it was the one. When I put it on, I felt like this was a dress Jennifer Aniston would have picked. It fit me so well and the boning made me look like I had an amazing figure when I didnt. I bought the dress right then and there. I came in a few times for fittings and Omaima was always so kind and helpful from the beginning to the end. She also made me a custom veil with leftover lace from my dress. Wedding Dresses: After you tell them your budget and narrow down your top 3 THEN they tell you the prices of each. PRICES and DESIGNER names are secret until you put a deposit down then they will let you who made the dress. Thats too obviously dishonest to me. Other than that they are nice and compliment how beautiful you are

Omaima is the sweetest! I’m so happy to have found her. Her boutique is very elegant, and she carries the most beautiful and trendy dresses. I bought my Stephen Yearick wedding dress, cathedral veil, and 6 bridesmaid dresses from Omaima. I probably went to Omaima over 15 times to try on my dress, order bridesmaids dresses, look for veils, alterations, etc. Every time I saw Omaima and the rest of her lovely staff, they were always so nice and happy to see me. I never felt like I was bothering them, but instead, catching up on life as if we were the best of friends.Before Omaima, I tried 4 other boutiques in downtown Chicago and the west suburbs. My experience at the other boutiques were no where near the positive experiences I had at Omaima’s. I had sales associates that didn’t care or were not knowledgeable about fittings and designers. After searching for my wedding gown for about 4 months (and going to many, many stores!) I ended up going to Omaima Bridal somewhat by accident, and without a bridal appointment. Omaima was so sweet and helpful and is one of those people that you feel like youve known for a long time when you first meet her, and she graciously let me try on dresses that day despite the fact that my mother and I just walked into the store.I ended up purchasing my wedding dress from Omaima and it is honestly the most unique and beautiful dress that I have seen after months of shopping at the most popular bridal stores and boutiques in Chicago. She has been great at communicating with me about the dress and we are currently working on customizing it even more to my personal style. I definitely recommend trying Omaima bridal if you are looking to stand out on your big day.
