Best salon I’ve gone to! Because my hair is long and on the thicker side, I go only here for my hair even though I live 6 hours away in a different state! Always go here to get my hair dyed and cut from Elly! She is amazing and so quick, but also extremely thorough! My dyed hair lasts for at least 3 months which is what I love! Whenever I get my hair done from Elly, people always compliment how good my hair looks and how they love the color! Highly highly recommend!

Perfect for Prom, Homecoming, Formal, Date-Night or just when you want to treat yourself. The staff are always professional, friendly, and helpful. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE COMING HERE!

They cut my hair too short. I didn’t expect it. My hair was too long and curly. After she cut it she iron it to make it long then she cut it more. How i wish i knew how the way she does it. But i will give 1 star for rating. I am Not pleased!!! 😓

My mother in law (Korean), my niece (speaks Korean) and I (Japanese) had our hair done up-do for wedding pictures. Since my mother in law made an appointment, I didnt know what to expect.We were greeted nicely by all the stylists and an assistant (who only speaks English). We put our bags in the small locker. After that, there was a brief discussion if I should get a shampoo or not. All the conversation was in Korean, so I didnt understand. The assistant didnt understand either. I actually wanted to get a shampoo, but they didnt ask me if I wanted one or not. In the end it didnt matter so I seated myself.The stylist did not speak a word to me. Since it was up-do, she used a lot of rubber bands. Im the middle of it, somehow she had to un-tie everything. It hurt. She didnt say a word. She used lots of hairspray to put the hair in place. It was all over my face.When she was done, she gave me a mirror to look at my back of the hair. She did not say a word. The hair looked good.I recommend this place if you speak Korean, knows exactly what you want, and have confidence to communicate that to the staff members. I personally didnt feel I was treated well, but that was all because the stylist didnt speak a word to me. If she did, I may have had a different experience.

I love Park Juns; Ive been going here for years. My experience here has always been professional, friendly, and efficient. My hair comes out healthier and great each time, ask for Elly. (Ellys schedule is packed so you need to schedule an appointment ahead of time.) This time, I got a setting perm with ash brown color and a keratin treatment. My hair feels lighter, smoother, and is better each time. I highly recommend!

They are racist. I had appointment for haircut whith my granson. While i was wsiting for my turn a lady come to me and ask me to wait outside. Coz only 10 allowed inside. But there still people coming after me. Yap Because they are koreans and i`m not. Thats why i end up waiting in parking lot.

I always get my haircut and color here and they do such a great job, if you bring a picture even better they will try and duplicate the style you want and will let you know if the haircut will look good for your face shape. My color always comes out looking nice and vibrant I will recommend doing the milbon treatment after color and it keeps your hair feeling nice and soft

I had my hair cut here. I was so disappointed. They cut my hair like bold man. My hair looks ugly. I am shame to meet others. And they implicitly forced tip to 5 dollar. Total 30 dollars. I really really hate my hair. They cut my hair too too shorter than I asked. If you want to serve the USA army service, go to this shop. But I am a business man.

Good luck communicating if youre not Korean. They do have an English speaking girl but shes not really translating jus paraphrasing the words of the hard to understand stylist. I showed the color of the hair colour I wanted and said its gonna b a 2 step process that will cost $300+ 35 haircut. I showed them the pic over and over again (blonde /caramel with dark almost black undertones) and was reassured that it will be that color then was told it might be lighter blonde since I was coming in With gold and blond hair already. Aftermath, came out with black hair with grayish blue tips?????? Imagine a Jennifer Lopez bayalage and coming out with a Stacy London hair coloring instead. The stylist curled the tips which I appreciated but THE color RESULT was NOT the one I wanted. She kept saying that the colour will lighten over time and she kept saying tips are 15%.....I laughed due to despair, the tip I left was for the haircut ..... Very3 disappointed and WOULD NOT recommend

I got my hair cut here and I dont quite like the way it was cut. Some stylists were rude while the one that I had was not. Even so, she was not nice overall though. She did cut my hair shorter than I actually asked for it to be. This would have to be 1 (exactly one) full star as deserved.
