Quick and easy

Shawn at The UPS Store was so helpful and great to work with. At the last minute, we realized that we needed 20 more workbooks for a training session starting in just a few hours. I emailed the document to Shawn and he got everything printed in time for the session! And to top it off, Shawn realized after theyd been picked up that 3 of the workbooks got left behind. He called me and then drove the workbooks himself to the hotel where the session was being held. Talk about customer service! I highly recommend!

They lost the envelop then investigated to find it after three weeks in Bedford Park, IL. This important document to renew my passport never made it to Canada. Its been a month and I still havent seen the envelop which is suppose to be returned to me. Wont make it to my sisters wedding because of this. Worst experience.

Cool place with nice staff. Staff is helpful with prices and recommendations. Clean, too.
