Wrote my first book! Kalei and Jonathan helped me get it printed and beautiful! Then Julie, Kira and Gabby packed it up carefully to send to my daughter in Denver! So nice! So helpful and caring! Thanks guys!

I have worked with all the employees here multiple times and always have a great experience!

I called this location after being totally unable to design and price what I needed. I thought it would be helpful to talk to someone.Spoke to a manager ... he told me that he was busy and that it would be easier for him if I submit a request online. I said Id rather talk to someone on the phone. He repeated that he and EVERYONE in the store was busy and that it would be easier to do it online. It isnt easier for me and I thought I was the customer!? I asked if I can talk to someone at another location and he said no, each store is different. I asked when I could speak to a human being, he said he was a human being but has no time. He finally said I could try calling back in 10 minutes.In the meantime I will call Staples ... better copy & print customer service.

Some of the employees look like they hate working and so that reflects on the service. Other than that, there is not much to say. They never messed up with any of my packages. Usually not crowded.

Asked for help for a very little simple job and got an attitude instead. She was too busy helping other customers and she just left me there standing. At least she could have ask another employee to help me but no.

I need a rush print done in a couple hours and they got it done sooner that I had requested. Great service and nice people.

Used the computer for 3.03 and when I checked my account fedex/kinkos NB charged me a 10.00 hold and 6.91 for services. When I told them there had been a mistake, they are making me drive down to fedex to fix this. I completely forgot that fedex Costa Mesa had done the same thing to me, but for more money, and I couldnt contest it bc I was in Europe on assignment for work. HEY FEDEX! I WILL NEVER EVER USE YOUR BS SERVICE AGAIN JUST ON PRINCIPLE ALONE !!!!

Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed when I needed it. Yay for FedEx print services.

Plenty of employees standing around doing nothing but long line to ship. Even though my packages already have postage I was told to wait in line. Terrible service.

FedEx is just horrible. dont know left to right a d customer service is inadequate

I am not sure but I went in to ship something and they would not break a 100.00 for a charge of 26.00 the girl told me to go to the bank, I just feel that this is just bad customer service all around if they do not take large bills they should post it at the door

This place is not great. Went in and the there was only one person there. She didnt even acknowledge me what so ever after 10 minutes of waiting. Worst place to come.

You can ship anything.
