I am a regular customer at this store but for some known reason this fat Mexican who works the morning shift has singled me out as a thief because of the color of my skin. He should be very careful because he’s going to come against the right person whose going to put him in his place. This was an incident that happened at Walmart today which reminded me of this guy.This woman was in tears today because of an incident that occurred at the self-checkout. One of the Mexican workers thought it was acceptable to harass this one black woman by keeping a close eye on her. This occurs more frequently than you might expect. However, the same woman who had been staring at her opened her mouth and asked to inspect a flat childrens backpack she was buying. This may be their practice, but because she has been attacked by this one person on several occasions, it has created havoc. He failed to execute his job once the management arrived. I had to advise them to take the employee off the floor until the woman left the store to deescalate the situation.

I love the customer service here and the food selections are great! I had a huge grocery list and managed to get every single thing checked off. Check out lanes were quick and easy (even though it was crowded during the time I went). The cashier made sure to ask everyone how their shopping experience was and my bagger was quick to get everything in the bags

Dairy manager should be fired. Always out of basics with shelves bare. Other areas of store have similar issues. Staff not very helpful or care when you report these problems. Never gets better! I drive across town to shop at Pavilions now.

Great place with good customer service. A bit pricey but nice selection of gluten free and healthy food options. Plus, the bonus of precooked and heated foods.

Ty at the hot foods deli was so helpful and made sure I was getting fresh and quality food. I really appreciate his eye for detail.

Only one person working at checkout weekend evenings huge lines. The self checkout devices are slow and clunky. They wont let you scan alcohol so you have to wait even longer for the one scanner to do it

This place is great. It’s close to my house, they have pretty much everything I need, and a majority of their selections are organic. Best market to go to if you live in this area.

Gaby, one of the store managers, kept skipping us in line. We needed money orders before a passport appointment. She has a line of maybe 2 people, and of course we were fine to go after them. However, she continued to take more and more people even though we were in line. We asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. Oddly enough, another manager came out 10 minutes later to issue the money orders.

An employee abruptly grabbed all of my things from the self check out as I was scanning and did not say anything until she sat them down at her station. Then stated she had to check me out and I had to ask why, and she said because of my wine bottle. No problem but I was bothered by her lack of communication, abruptness, AND touching all of my things during a pandemic when I did not give her the go ahead to do. I showed her my ID and she grabbed it. I asked her to please not touch anything else (I have loved ones I am being cautious for). I told her I was already uncomfortable with her abruptness and touching all of my things. She said she is the manager. Her demeanor was not friendly at all, lacking consideration. She then told me she would not sell me my items and that I needed to leave, all because I asked her not to touch any more of my items. I requested another manager but they never came. Very disappointed in this experience at Ralph’s.

They have by far the most extensive selection of organic fruits in this Ralphs. The prices are great. Many times Ive seen that the organic fruits are not even pricier than their homorganic counterparts. Great place!

With a Ralphs card, you can buy milk cheaper than other grocery stores. I like the Kroger brand, so Im very comfortable paying less for the store brand at Ralphs because the quality is usually really good. This Ralphs doesnt have a pharmacy or a big selection of medicine and first aid products. The customer service has always been great!

Great selection of organic fruits and vegetables. They commonly carry large boxes of organic blueberries for around $5-8 depending on the day and the quality is good, many time better than the warehouse stores!

Good selection but its the customer service thats lacking. Both times, the cashiers didnt even bother to have eye contact, but did so plus a chirpy greeting for the customers ahead of me.I dont usually care about these things because it should be just a quick transaction, but when they are having an animated conversation smiles all around and then when it comes to my turn, the smiles disappear and silence comes. This has happened all of the three times Ive been there. Even my friend noticed. Pretty embarrassing. Guess I dont fit the newport demographic.

This is one of the nicest Kroger Foods (Ralph’s) I have ever been to. It is located in a little crescent sleeve off the back bay. Love it!

This is not a well run market. I have spoken to the manager more than three times, and yet the confusion remains. Few staff needs to be retrained. I just came from shopping at 6pm pst. ONLY ONE CASHIER OPEN, and that cashier needed help how to handle a transaction.

This is pretty nicely kept and very well organized Ralphs, but then again, most Ralphs locations are good.The produce is fresh and the aisles are wide and kept clean. Parking is ample and employees are friendly.Theres a Starbucks inside which is helpful to know since this tiny plaza doesnt have a cafe outside.Plenty of seating on the patio and if you want to go for a walk, go across the street the park and continue to the end where youll get dumped onto Back Bay Loop.Grab a coffee and get some fresh air while you move that C8H10N4O2 through your bloodstream.I dont understand all the negative reviews. But then again, I dont expect full service staff ready when I walk into a friggin grocery store.Its a Ralphs, people. Get over it (and yourselves).

Ralphs is a really awesome grocery market where you can buy all sorts of good stuff. You can buy anything you want in there also tables out front where you can eat your food for example there is one spot one dollars in chips do you have room cheap stuff. I bought a lot of stuff from ralphs in the past and it is the best and cheapest grocery store ever with the best deals! I recommend Ralphs for everyone

A little expensive, but it is really near from here and they have a good variety of stuff, I asked for different items to different workers and all were really nice, so was the cashier and the girl with the bags. I didnt have a card for Ralphs, but someone borrow me one and I was able to get the discount. Yay!

Has a wide selection of seafood and meats. The deli has a decent selection too. The store is a convenient size, making it easy to get from one end to the other in case you forgot an item. Its my go to grocery store.

Its a small Ralphs in a very wealthy neighborhood. You will never find a cleaner, more well stocked Ralphs with a better selection of olives and cheese anywhere. Everyone it nice. The produce is gorgeous. The prices are, well, its Ralphs.

7am. Two costumers in the store and at least 10 employees. None of them said Hello. None of them even looked me in the eyes. None. I am not really a chatty, Hello-saying-to-everybody person, but overall feeling in the store was unwelcoming. The stuff at this location has to be trained.

Friendly, clean, good deals. The produce is nice. Clean public bathrooms (womens has two stalls and two sinks).

From out town went here once and found it to be visually appealing and the products were off normal grocery store quality. The sea food section did smell fresh.

Really closed at 6pm for construction. Pathetic. Real businesses do construction at times they are not supposed to be open. Glad I don’t live here and have to deal with BS like that. Thanks for nothing.

Warm and friendly staff. This is a Fresh Fare, which means they carry more gourmet items than the usual Ralphs. A cheese and olive bar was recently added and their deli section upgraded. There is also a Starbucks inside.

Very friendly staff at this location with competitive pricing. One of the smaller stores in the chain with narrow aisles and limited selection. No self check-out registers. Very tight parking and careless drivers in the area.

Very unprofessional between the older manager and the young cashier. Also rude tone from both of them, while she slams my eggs across the stand! Never coming back unless she’s fired! I believe her name was Ashley, you won’t miss her if you get her that’s for sure!
