Their goal is truly customer satisfaction. Airport Auto Repair is a family based business, which reminds me of the kindness of the family based business Prince Family Paper in the TV series The Office. Highly recommended!
Gave me low estimate that they kept too. Mechanic explained what I needed on my 2008 bmw 328i. And funny they did a few things extra on that estimate like wipers head light. I was impressed will go back and my brother dropped of car with me has switched from his shop for his m6 bmw....
My check engine light is on for evaporative emissions, and my vehicle wont pass a smog check until this is resolved. Ken looked at my fault codes right away, proposed that the most likely solution is a simple gas cap replacement, and sent me on my way without charging me. So Kens honesty saved me time and money, thanks Ken!
This shop is trustworthy. initially reluctant to take it my car to an independent shop. however, once I went there, it was easy to get the job done at a reasonable price.
Great Service Ken helped me out in my time of need. Will definitely come back.
Very pleased with everything! I trust their work - Mr. Song left me impressed. The work, the customer service, and especially the price were all better than I expected. For brakes & rotors on my BMW, I was quoted several hundred dollars less than everyone else I had called, and the quote was down to the dollar but when I came to pick up the car, my bill was even less. Mr. Song under-promises and over-delivers and these guys are now my go-to shop!
Very helpful and honest work! :)
This is one of those services that you hope youll never need...collision repair...but if you do, (in the words of Paul Simon) just drop off the key (with) Kevin, and set yourself free.Kevin is incredible. Besides being a super nice guy you could just chat with all day, he knows his stuff and most importantly, he treats your car like its his car...no, that doesnt mean he leaves fast food wrappers in there or litters the floor with Cheerios...
Mr. Song was very honest, and he did a lot of work on my car for a very fair price. Gave me updates periodically as to when it would be ready and was friendly and helpful throughout the process. Pointed out what needed to be replaced now and what could wait if I wanted. Absolutely would go back.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND this auto repair shop!Exceptional customer service, trustworthy & highly knowledgeable and accommodating.I cannot say enough great things about this shop and the owner, Mr. Song.I recently moved from the east coast and was looking for an honest shop after being scammed at another shady repair shop. Based on the raving reviews on google and yelp, I decided to give Airport Auto Service a try to get a second opinion.Mr. Song was very kind and patiently and thoroughly answered all the questions I had regarding check engine light on my dashboard. He was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose what the issue was. He gave me suggestions on what to do with the repair etc. and didnt try to upsell or suggest other unneeded repairs like many unethical and dishonest repair shops do. Im SO glad I found this shop and will most definitely be back for car maintenance/repairs in the future!
This is the best and most honest mechanic Ive ever found. Always cheaper than everyone else because hes not trying to upsell things or do more work than you need. Great at explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. Got my head gasket done for half of what I was quoted elsewhere, highly recommended.
I picked this shop at random and I believe I now have a new mechanic. Mr. Song explained everything in detail, including the cost and my options. He is great at what he does and is genuinely a nice man.
Great service and fair prices. Have been going here for almost 3 years and Mr. Song is the best mechanic I have found
Mr. Song is very insightful and has a genuine care when it comes to auto work. Even though I went for a simple oil change, I can tell he is the kind of person I want to return to for all future car maintenance.
Great service at Airport Auto, make sure you talk to Mr. Song. Even though the shop was full, he went out of his way to get my car in for a quick oil change. Pricing was good, and it felt better having it done by a trained mechanic instead of an hourly wage dude at one of those quick oil change places, totally worth the extra 10 minutes. No upsell, no waving around a dirty air filter in my face, and Mr. Song is totally the nicest mechanic Ive ever met. He even turned on the heater so I wouldnt be cold in the office while I waited. My sister has also been by several times and reported much of the same. Cant go wrong with Airport Auto, although its not the biggest shop so its possible to catch them at a busy moment like I did and need to wait a few minutes.
If you need an honest mechanic who wont try to rip you off, this is the place!
Very nice and friendly.Service was exceptional.Very informative. They are better than Jiffy Lube.I loved not getting out of the car, also the fact that they were speedy.
Im somewhat handy, but have started taking my old Toyota pickup in more often since Ive started my career at a desk job. I know my way around a mechanic shop, and feel that Song is the most honest mechanic Ive known. He called once to tell me the part I wanted changed was not broken, and he didnt want to charge me for changing a perfectly fine part. He also has the guts to say ya, it could be repaired, but it isnt urgent, and not necessary. Hats off to such a guy. He could be taking money in from all sorts of unsuspecting people, but doesnt. When people ask whos your mechanic? I tell them where to go, and that I trust Song 100%. His accent is thick, but be patient and youll find a good man.
We use Song at Airport Auto Repair, too. He was $400 less expensive than a quote I got from Chevron on a break repair. Very honest guy. He is my mechanic going forward, even though it is bit farther drive for me to use him.
I have taken my car to Song for oil changes and bigger things, and he runs a professional operation.Once, I asked for a repair that would have cost more than the car is worth, and he didnt speculate a price. He simply said Well keep the car running as long as you need, but that work would cost too much for this car.
Guys knew what they were doing, and even gave me a discount. Great job!
Honest, inexpensive and fast. If thats what you want look no further.
$400 to replace a mass airflow sensor? This place is just like all the other mechanic shops trying everything they can to rip off the customer.
