Such a nice family owned business. The staff is so nice and helpful. They always help ne find what Im looking for and they dont just point! They actually walk you to the item. Wow! A concept that is lost on this current generation! Being nice isnt that hard.

Tucker Hardware is a smaller store so they dont have as big a selection as those big box places. However, the staff is very helpful, its easy to get to, and they often have some harder to find items than the big stores. I recommend Tuckers.

Ruined my front yard, obviously dont know what they are doing. Complete inconvenience to me and Scott Tucker was not apologetic about this situation what so ever. All I was trying to do is get my septic tank pumped out because I have family coming in for the holidays. Ruined my entire day and Im missing my doctors appointments because of this. Their trucks ruined my yard because they got stuck when I told them I didnt want them going in my yard to begin with. They had plenty of hose to reach the septic tank but they were to lazy to do that cause it takes to much time. As a business owner myself, this is not how you run a company. Didnt even offer any kind of compensation what so ever. Easily hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my property. If youre local, dont bother with these people. Call elsewhere. Just spent 3 hours cleaning my driveway cleaning all the mud tracks they left (that they didn’t offer to help with either).

I like using them as opposed to the big box stores. no matter what youre do it yourself project is there is someone there that knows how to do it and will help you get the right parts. My only reservation is the staff does not wear masks and they are not really paying much attention to covid safety. They have better customer service than the big box stores. Their prices are higher than big box, but I figure thats the price of their knowledge and customer service.

It is local. The ladies are friendly and helpful. You are greeted when you enter and asked if you need help.My only gripe is I wish they carried more soldering and electrical repair items.

I live way on the other side of town and I shop at this Hardware store because of the excellent customer service they provide. They are always so happy to help you. You will never wander this store aimlessly looking for what you need.

Great staff and nice small town feel. I love going here. Not once have I come in that I was not greater and asked if I needed help finding something. Truly old school and wonderful.

Was really surprised by their prices. Usually going into a smaller hardware store leaves you paying almost double what youd pay at Home Depot or Lowes, but most everything was around the same price or a dollar or so more.

They had everything I needed to finish up my bathroom and the advise on how to do it wright.

Fantastic store for hardware items and more! Whatever you need, they most likely have it, and are always happy to assist you with anything. Stop in and look around, youll be amazed. Hunting, fishing and even gardening supplies!

Overpriced they wanted $19.00 for A 100 count box of screws. Went to home depot and caught the same box brand and count for less than $7.00 they also follow you around I think we know who the crook is here

Scott put in a new septic tank and drain line for us about 10 years ago, since then he’s been our go to man for septic pumping. Him and his guys are always so nice and do things in a professional and timely manner. I highly recommend them for all your septic needs.

Only place in town that had the hard to find parts I needed!

Great selection like an ace but actually open on the weekend when you need it. Family owned, fairly big and most of the serif youd ever need for home repairs. Prices ok for non franchised store. Only place to go unless you cross town and has things home depot and Lowes dont.

Had them dig and install a new drain field for my sewer. Did an excellent job and he followed up weeks later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Old style hardware store with great selection great people. They compete as well as they can against the big box stores. Sometimes they can even meet or beat the prices, but when they cant its still cheaper than taking a trip all the way across town to get what you need. they have a section in the back where they have bought out the inventory of things like screws and nuts and bolts from old hardware stores that went out of business with things you cant find anywhere else.

How do they stay in business?Every time you call them they immediately hang up the receiver. Why not just get rid of your phone? Rude isnt strong enough of a word.
