Excellent customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and their selection of fittings and supply lines is superior to the big box stores.

Friendly salesmen that were able to get the parts I need in a timely manner. Their drivers were the best. Especially the older one.handeled my parts with care and were very courteous.

I did not receive the help I needed on my project and I did not get a call back on prices.

I gave it a 3 as the parts side was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the showroom side was a different story. I felt like J Roberts walking into the dress shop on Rodeo Drive in Pretty Women. The younger lady working there was very rude!!!! I wouldnt say racist as the other post above, I think she was just one rude individual and definitely does not to be in sales.

Very racist. They didnt even attempt to help me when I just walked in there and looked at me with disgust. All they kept saying was no, no, no we dont, we dont have anything like that. Really? I needed a sink! smh.
