Quickly able to find some beautiful things quickly easily and even inexpensively. The cashier asked me where I found two or 3 items that were priced SO WELL.

Excellent Store Excellent staff! Manager on duty 4/25 Sunday afternoon was amazing! She needs to be recognized for a job well done. I was on the market for some patio furniture and she went out of her way to locate for me. Customer service at its BEST. I will definitely be returning!

Its nothing to laugh at, but the staff here is compliant and a part of the Newburgh community for sure. Big lots in general isnt meant to be a place to brose, but you can get lost in one like this four hours. Watch out for the snacks and treats. They have a lot to pull you back in. Definitely a quick run wouldnt hurt, so why not say hello? Take to smaller storefronts and their dutiful staff. Youll be glad you made their day.

Big Lots: You can find Value here! I shop here from time to time, usually without a goal item. Today I wanted to locate a bookcase to put in my apartment as the old one was rickety. I located 2 with the Right dimensions and Im home checking dimensions. Looks like Ill be assembling tomorrow! I also bought some vegan egg replacer, so I can make a batch of Gluten Free waffles for a friend. Take a look!

This store was dirty, the floors were filthy. It is not well stocked. I will say that the employees are pleasant and helpful.

The big lot in newburgh is great they have everything in stock and they are short out of help . the one in middletown dont have nothing in stock and the have enough worker there some is wrong here . but I do love this store and prices are great.

I had never been to a big lots in my life until I came here last week. Didnt plan on getting anything but ended up leaving with a bunch of gardening items.

I live near the Middletown big lots But I travel to the newburgh big lots, They recently Moved the summer displays near the beginning of the store and they really moved everything around where it is so much better you can see the furniture,you can see the displays, Whoever reorganised the store did a great job you can see everything when you enter the store...

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. We purchased a sectional from the Newburgh, NY store and picked it up since this was the only store anywhere close that had it in stock. My husband and father carried the wrapped couch inside, took off the plastic, and found that the store gave us two of the same half of the sectional. After over a day of trying to get this rectified, we were forced to haul the one half of the couch back into our truck and back to the store (a 1.5 hour ordeal) in order to get the correct piece. They never once apologized for THEIR mistake and did not even offer a discount for us going out of our way while moving to return a COUCH! Terrible customer service.

Changed the layout of the store but descent savings the clearance items still in the rear of the store

Great bargains when I search the clearance and have an extra 20% off w/the rewards card!! Can be a little messy or shelves kinda empty since covid- still great for buying lots of stuff you want but not need 😂😂

Always like going there because they seem to have a little of everything you might need. Seasonal items are always there if you need them and if you need to pick up something in grocery they might have that too! Been a member for so long I get notices when and what is on sale.

Tried to apply here, I got an interview but the manager had a dentist appointment so I got hired on the spot, i was disappointed I wanted a real Interview, he was in a rush so I didn’t wanna ask any more questions, I called a few days later n the manager I was speaking to was very rude, clearly the place is not managed well I just called to ask what’s the hourly pay n if it’s part time and she kept asking questions like if I was stupid like”you couldn’t have asked him here” like just do your job instead of commenting on my questions. Big lots Newburgh is a big no get your things together

Extremely helpful staff. I had an issue with my online order pick up and they were very patient and helpful so that I could comple the purchase keep my discount and getting everything to my car(twice). I have always had a good experience at this store but today they were even more helpful then usual despite being very busy. I couldnt be more grateful to them especially during this time with covid(we all maintained our distance). They definitely deserve raises! Cristina and her staff are amazing people.

Love Big Lots. The one cashier I believe her name is Fatima is great. I was greeted by one employee and another asked if I needed help. It is much cleaner and more organized then it once was.

Needed some plastic bins for basement reorganization, found very large ones that were perfect. Went to the 20% off sale, only to find theyd raised their prices before the 20% off sale. Hummmmm!🤔 Id still shop at Big Lots, but Ill certainly be more aware!

Online it said that Garden Hoses were available, but the store didnt have any & when asked an employee she said We dont sell Hoses here.

The manager there was HORRIBLE. I spoke to her in a friendly way, and she just stood there STONEFACE and never said a word. She is always like that. A SHAME.
