My experience here was fantastic. Theo helped me switch from Sprint to Verizon and he was extremely accommodating and answered all of my questions. I requested a phone that they did not have in stock so he called the New Windsor location in which they had it available. He gave me the option of waiting for someone to drop the phone to me, but I suggested I will go to the other Verizon store and pick it up. In the other location I dealt with Jean, who was also a pleasure to do business with and very helpful. The team work and communication between the two stores and the precautions they took due to Covid 19 were truly impressive! Thank you so much!

After calling technical support for an issue I was having with my Note 9 technical support had me factory reset my phone to which I lost a lot of apps and of course trying to remember passwords. I went into Verizon and Theo was more than willing to help me try and figure out the problem. He trouble shot the phone and found that it was an app causing the problem, he also restored my phone to the state it was before technical support wiped it clean. Theo was very professional and courteous as he has always been with myself as well as other customers who patron the store. I would definitely recommend this store to others.

I recently bought the Samsung note8 at this store. I was greeted by a man named Patrick Messineo, and I asked his last name just so I could do an accurate rating for the help I received. He was very polite, very helpful, and explained everything about the phone I was looking at and even others I was looking into. He explained all the prices in detail, all of the pros and cons of all the phones, and all the details of the plans Verizon offers. He made it very easy to understand everything. I am very pleased with the help I received and with my purchase. I am looking forward to going back of I have any questions, or want to buy anything in the future.

Actually, I have had great experiences here on numerous occassions. Obviously the 3 other comments are based on poor experiences of customers that probably came into the store upset. The short little lady one described actually fixed an issue 3 other Verizon stores couldnt fix for me.Look, everyone has a right to post their own experience.
