Veronica was amazing. I walked in with problems with my old phone and walked out with a new and better phone and more cost efficient than if I had fixed my old phone. She was trustworthy, honest, and reliable. As a busy working mom I appreciated all the help. Highly recommend.

Complete Scam of a company!!!!! Go get a Walmart prepaid phone before doing any business with sprint! I closed my account with sprint 3 times and they still send me bills for a tracker they put on my account for free of charge back when I had their service. I only will receive a statement of collections as I have received three times every time I call customer service pay it and they tell me my account has been closed but three months later I receive another collections notice and nothing even though I closed my account. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS SLEAZY ORGANIZATION!!!! Im currently with AT&T and 100% better prices and customer service.

The store was very busy and had to wait for 20 minutes but worth the wait.The manager(I can’t remember her name but she was very short with longer brown hair and long eyelashes) was making sure everyone was checked in and waited on and was on top of disinfecting and cleaning up after everyone.I was very impressed.she was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once I was able to be waited on I worked with Daiquann and he was awesome. Took some time but again worth it. He was very energetic and knowledgeable Highly recommend this store.
Could have used some direction to which section I needed to stand by especially since no associates greeted us but once (5-10mins) I was called it was fast and friendly service! Purchased a new phone and service connected with no issues.
So unorganized it took me literally 6 hours just to get a new phone had i not already ran my credit for it I would have said nevermind then once the phone was there and I had them transfer my info an hour later and it was still not completeUpdate: I went in today and got outstanding service from a young lady named Emmie she did everything to make sure my experience was corrected. I am very thankful.
This store was great. Didn’t think my phone could be fixed but Jeremiah was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone here was amazing. Sam was very sweet and energetic. Jeremiah made sure that phone that was stuck on reboot loop was fixed. The technicians were able to fix the problem and left very pleased.

I always deal with the stores manager there but she wasn’t there today and had the opportunity to work with a beautiful young lady by the name of Ida who had me work with a nice guy by the name of Jeremiah. Everyone was friendly, knew their products and were very clean. This shows how amazing the managers are here. I will never go to any other store. Love this place!

Customer service is lacking at this location! Associate had a bad attitude as if I was doing her a disservice by calling up and asking the status of an upgrade. All good I wound up calling customer service they helped me with my issues and got a new phone! Mind you I will NEVER do business w this store again!
Came in here twice trying to activate my phone. Both times everyone was really friendly and wanted to help. But it was over a week that it took to activate this phone. Although that was more of an issue with the sprint t-mobile merger but they wouldnt tell me that.

This store is awesome. I had an on going issue for 5 months, trying to get a refund back I was owed. It was finally resolved thanks to the awesome manager Shanee. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful, she deserves a raise.

The girls here today, can’t remember their names, a blonde girl, a super short girl, a very tall girl and the girl with green hair, kept cleaning and made everyone feel comfortable while maintaining a proper distance apart. As a nurse, people like these girls are highly appreciated.

Honestly I havent had better service in a store, they stayed even when the store closed just to help me out due to dealing with the on the phone version of Sprint that ruined everything and refused to help me. Ida went above and beyond just to help me the manager helped (which Im sorry I dont remember her name but she had blonde short hair) and everyone else was so kind in there and made us feel comfortable and not like a burden due to staying late and them having to fix the phone Sprints mistakes. I was back and fourth 3 times due to the on the phone sprint and the last time Ida said Nope this will be resolved today and she was not kidding, I left with a smile on my face. Ive dealt with a lot of people and not once did they have an attitude due to seeing me 3days in a row with constant issues they needed to fix due to those people on the phones mistake they have all helped me in there on previous days of me being there so I recommend them all theyve all helped me even Samantha helped a lot. Great place they are very kind and welcoming I couldnt recommend this place enough and I dont ever give reviews that says a lot for me

Was sent to this store from the Middletown location. I was in the Middletown location for over 4 hours to leave with phones that didn’t work,! We were so aggravated. Went back to store today to renturn as device doesn’t work. They charged me a restock fee. The manager called people to help cause he had no clue why he was doing. They sent me to drive 40 minutes to the Newburgh store. The manager at the Newburgh store fixed everything and even though there was so many peoplewaiting. I was taken care of quickly she got myPhone working. She took ownershipFor how I was treated in Middletown and we will now be staying. This store is busy but well worth the wait.

I have been to this Sprint store twice now. It is not the closest, or most convenient, but it is a repair center. Both visits were for repairs, two phones that needed new screens. Both were done quickly. Both phones looked, and worked like new when I got them back. Great job!
Ida the assistant manager is the only person with any knowledge. The only reason I would go to this store is for that girl. Make sure you all see her. She’s the only person that knows what she’s doing and she’s the only honest person. We love Ida. Best sprint employee ever. She’s the reason we stay with sprint.
I went into Sprint on 7/16/2020 and had the most pleasant experience I could ever ask for. The manager/ Godess Ashley took care of me with no problems. I told her how I’m not really tech savvy so I wanted to drop my phone off and I would come pick it up after work to make things easier. I gave her my passcode and she took care of me. I haven’t changed my phone due to my fear that I would loose everything. She made my experience with Sprint so Convenient and easy. I was searching and pricing around other cell carriers but decided to stay due to the way I was treated in this store. The customer service didn’t stop there though. I went into the store this morning because all my apps hadn’t uploaded yet. I arrived at store at 10am and was out of the store by 10:09 am with my problem fixed. The tech Willie and store manager helped me quick, so I could get to work on time. Each visit I came in they had the jams and classics playing on the speakers. I already own two and now I’m planning on going back to buy another speaker and tablet once they go on sale. What an amazing staff. Keep up the great work to the Sprint staff in Newburgh New York.
Lots of choices of phones to choose from. They also have a large selection of accessories for phones and tablets. Youll also find that they sell bluetooth speakers and headphones/earbuds. The service here was very good. Our salesperson was very helpful to try to get us a plan that was best for us. The Sprint rates and promotions were very reasonable. I will definitely go back and also recommend to my friends.

Decided to stop in the store just to look, had a Verizon prepaid plan with an iPhone 6. Ida was soooo incredibly helpful, she completely hooked me up. Assured me I’d have good service which is important especially with my work commute, upgraded me to the iPhone XR (without having to put a penny down) and best of all she matched my bill from Verizon!I had sprint long ago and switched to Verizon because sprint had really gone downhill.. but from what I can tell so far, they are really striving to make improvements needed to assure good service and more importantly, great customer service. If you plan on stopping in a sprint store in the area, I highly recommend the Route 300 location and ask for Ida If you want no headaches and great service.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. I this store called about the special going on to fixed cracked phone screens for any carrier. I called and asked if they could fix my s9 they said YES. I asked if I needed to make an appointment they said NO as long as I was there before 6pm. I drove over 2 HOURS to this to this store because it was the closest one to me and because of what they said and arrived at 230pm and was told they just ran out. I had sprint prior to switching to cricket and Im glad I switched to cricket now. Absolutely ridiculous.
Worse place I have ever had to deal with. Traded in My iPhone X for the xs, long story short they told me to wait two Billings to see my credit to be applied to my account.... 5 months later still nothing. Went into the store to fix it, they (manager and another employee) told me that it should be fixed now and wait two days to see it being applied. Well that never happened, so Called them multiple time to get this fixed and they (two other employee plus a manager) kept telling they will look at it and call back... never did.... called home office to find out this store never sent in my trade in, so where are we at!? Stole my trade in? Or what!!! Never recommend this store to anyone!!!! If I could rate this store a zero I would. Very disappointed

I would give it zero stars if i could. Not buying here again! I was getting a new phone here, they didnt give me the service plan i wanted, they also gave me the sprint protection plan without asking me first I didnt wanted it. they told me that there was a promotion going on that i would get $100 worth of accessories for free, sprint drive for free, it was not true i had to pay for everything. I found out about it the next day when l receive the bill in my email.I called sprint customer service they help me get what i wanted.

Scammers. Sprint as a whole is a huge scam. I went to this store to upgrade my phone early and was charged for things I never even know I was getting. The sales associate explained to me that a case was FREE with my upgrade and then I was charged for it. She then snuck two charging devices into my bag without telling me and charged me for those as well. She also added insurance to my phone which I specifically said no to, she proceeded to sign the document for me agreeing to insurance that I never agreed to. This is 100% ILLEGAL. She tricked me into signed two separate contracts for the extra items I was charged for by dropping the signature pad and telling me it didn’t go through and that I had to resign. I did not think anything of it because she had dropped the device I was signing on. This is incredibly wrong and illegal. Everyone make sure to read what you are signing for and check your receipts after.
I pay the insurance for my cell phone I have a damage Mr. tells me to leave my phone to repair but he returns in 15 days for my cell phone, so I pay for my insurance and my service for nothing 😒 bad service.
The workers that were there around 3:20 today were so horribly rude!!! I came to pick up a phone that was fixed and we got a text saying it was ready to pick up. So, I go so out of my way to come to this store and I don’t get asked if I needed help for like 10-15 minutes. A blonde worker just stared at me blowing her dirty nose and didn’t ask if I needed help. And one girl was talking to her friends when she should’ve been working. Finally some rude girl came up to me and asked what I needed and I told her I was there to pick up a repaired phone and return the replacement they lent us. She told us that the tech would see us and then given the phone. NOPE. They told us the phone was in storage and the ONE tech they had was seeing 5 other people. I was told the store closes at 4 and she told me I could wait an hour and a half but by then, I would be kicked out of the store after closing. Never coming to this store again. Maybe hire some nicer people who have better people skills.

My mom has been with sprint for years and this is our favorite store to go into with any issues we have. The reps there are go above and beyond to help you solve the issue in store. Very knowledgeable about policies.

I called today just to ask a question regarding one of my lines, l have 3 lines in my account, I had been a very loyal customers for more than 11 years with Sprint and Lina answered the phone and told me to hold for a moment and my answer was to please not to leave me on hold for ever and l wait for more than 15 minutes before she came back on the phone. She answered my question and I complained about the waiting time and she quickly hang up. I am very disappointed with the customer service but not surprised because some things will never change it has always been the same.
Abysmal customer service. Screen broken on phone, pay for the insurance program but was told in store that the insurance doesnt cover physical damage because it was not sold to me like that was then told to call Samsung to see what they would do. This is not the first unpleasant occasion I have had with this store and their staff,may have to switch providers. Can you hear me now?

The customer service within this location is HORRIBLE. Staff members would rather have a unrelated conversation with each other than with the customers. The way things are handle especially when your told things by multiple different associates. No form of good communication among staff and customer. I had to contact the store multiple times just to find out about my order and then have them change the price and then states that is how its in the system. This will be my last time doing business with this location as it was like playing cat and mouse just to communication with the sale representative who assisted as everyone states they werent allowed to help due to it wasnt there sale. Customer services should be key.
Last month I Stood on line for One hour and Ten minutes before being helped by one of Two employees. I just wanted to ask a few questions about renewing. Tonight, stopped at the store to spend hard earned money and this site said open Saturday 9am to 9pm, the door was locked with some idiot standing behind the counter holding up some of his fingers. Not only was every rep too busy to even acknowledge me for the first 45 mins I stood there waiting, but they werent even helping their customers anymore, they were chatting it up, one rep getting some girls number (literally, I swear!) one of the reps too busy looking at her own phone, and had the audacity to give me a nasty attitude when I asked her if she could answer a quick question for me. Im pissed. The rudeness was unacceptable.. Either re staff or shut down because this store sucks!!

My agent didnt seem too happy helping me with my phone buyback. I asked her multiple times about a credit that should be on my account and she didnt answer. She also complained about the online division of Sprint having misinformation in regards to promotions.

I moved up to Middletown, New York in July. My phone broke in April 2017 and I was talked into getting an LG 5 at a Sprint store in Queens, New York. The phone stopped working in December 2017. The off/on button and the volume control stopped working. I went to the two Sprint stores near Middletown and was told they couldnt fix it and would I like to buy the broken phone and buy a new one, even though I was paying insurance. I called Assurian and they told me I would have to go to Newburg NY to have that Sprint Store examine the phone. In the move I misplaced my receipt and when the store in Queens responded they said I would have to come 65 miles down to get the printout of my purchase. Luckily the store in Newburg contacted LG and arranged to send my phone to them for repairs. The young man was very helpful and calmed me down. I was so upset I was never going to buy a phone from Sprint again, but due to his grace under fire Im not going to hold Sprint responsible. LG couldnt fix the phone so they gave me a new one today. (February 8th 2018.) Thanks Sprint for your competent employees at your Newburg Store.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Put me on a back and forth mission between calling sprint and going back to the store. Lady was texting her friends while helping me, occasionally continuing work on my issue. Also tried to take phone to back when not necessary which seemed shady.
SPRINT HAS THE WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! Plugged my phone in to be charged on 11/3, woke up and It was frozen. Took the phone to the Sprint store on route 300 in Newburgh. Cant tell you the HORRENDOUS service I got. They couldnt get the phone to work and mailed it out to Asurion. They called me back on Thursday 11/9 to tell me they couldnt figured out what was wrong. And they would be mailing out a new phone at no cost to the Sprint store. I asked did they transfer all my contacts and pictures over? They said no, that is done by the Sprint store, that when they get phones, that they wipe them out clean. So I was pissed, but couldnt be mad at Asurion, that was on My Sprint store. So Monday 11;13 around 4;30pm I called sprint and they said that phone still hadnt come in. I called them back around 4;30pm on Tuesday the 14th. Chris said again that the phone had not come in yet. I called Asurion and they tracked the phone down. It was signed for on Monday the 13th at 2;00 pm by Tyler. I called Chris back and asked him to check again, he came back on the line and said sorry, still not here. I said that I had just spoken to Asurion and that Tyler had signed for the phone 11/13TH AT 2PM. He said to give them a few minutes and he would call back. He called back 15 minutes later and said that they phone was there. Instead of just apologizing, he said Asurion had sent it over in a weird box and they didnt know what it was. You cant make this tuff up, just say, hey we dropped the ball, but no lets keep lying to customers. To make this whole matter even worse. Yesterday the 15th, I couldnt make it down to Sprint, so I asked my son to come up to my job and get the loaner phone they gave me and to go pick up my new phone. He calls me a hour later and says Dad its a 100 dollars, I asked him to put Chris on the phone. I said Chris, Asurion says it was free, he said its a 100, I said to please give my son back the loaner and that I would call Asurion and figure it out. My son calls me awhile later and said dad I got the new phone and im leaving it on the counter. He was trying to help, and when I called him. I asked him did Chris not tell you, that I said not to pay for it? He said no. I called Chris and asked him. Did I not tell you, that I didnt want the phone and to give my son back the loaner and he said yes. I said then why did you charge him the 100 dollars and he said because he said he would pay for it. After 15yrs and over a 200 bill a month, you figure this company would have some respect for there customers. I am going to switch over Companys and ask all my friends and family to switch over and repost this. SPRINT DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOIMERS!!!!
This is the most corrupt department I have ever felt with. They have given me false information and promotions over the phone and taken and continued to hang the phone up as I attempted to speak with a supervisor. Disgraceful. I hope I can convince people to stay away from sprint. Horrible.
