The only ones willing to fix my husbands cruise control and even though he showed up a week early for his appointment 🙄 they accommodated him. We had to leave it overnight but who cares its a pandemic lol. Clean bathrooms...but its a bit weird I can lock the 2 stall bathroom from the inside. reminds me of when I would change for choir concert...why didnt I just change at home?? Dont bother using the handle on the paper towel dispenser. Use the loose towels on top...that thing is empty. Would pee here again.
Toyota has been nothing but a great experience. My service advisor John Stinson has been a great help in explaining what I needed help with. He answered all my questions with his expertise but making sure I understood what he was saying. I would definitely recommend this place for any of your needs. I leased a 2021 Avalon hybrid in August of this year. The five star rating is directed for the professional service of Eduardo Ortiz, a product specialist who has been with Newburgh Toyota for 10 years. I had received an email notification of a Toyota sale and was curious to see what hybrids were in their inventory. I found the Avalon and using their online app ran some numbers for an estimate of what might be expected. This included a determination of a trade in value for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. Well, I liked what I saw with respect to what the monthly payment might be and the rest is history. I was very much impressed with Eduardo and his no pressure approach to arranging a deal very close to what I had calculated on line. I thank him for that and recommend that you ask for him if you are looking to buy or lease a Toyota vehicle at Newburgh Toyota. Hopefully their service dept. can perform at the same high level as Eduardo did. Time will tell.

I went to Toyota in hopes of getting a 2021 rave 4 but they didn’t have any there and I wasn’t really wanting to wait so Janice gave me all my options and she showed me what they had available so I looked at the 2019 and it had all the features I wanted and more she made every step of the process soo easy for me she didn’t push me to buy a car that i didn’t want ! I was already nervous that I didn’t have my husband with me and that they were going to take advantage of me becuz I don’t know much bout cars but none of them did that !!! Recently my 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, which has been the most reliable car I have ever owned, broke down on the NY State Thruway near Newburgh. I called Newburgh Toyota and they said bring it right over, so I had the tow driver take me there. They were courteous and accommodating, assuring me their technicians would look at the car the next day (it was 4:30PM). I waited in their pleasant customer area for my daughter to pick me up. The next day, they called me and said the problem was due to an open recall on a hybrid system component, and they would replace this $3000.00 part for FREE! I went to pick up the car, for no charge, also finding that they had washed my old Toyota! Thanks to Newburgh Toyota for keeping my road warrior alive, and to Toyota for standing behind their products! At 220K miles, this has been the best car I have ever owner. A new Toyota may be in my near future, and I know where I will get it! Also, if you are considering a new car, and whats most important to you is reliability and durability, you have to consider a Toyota!
I walked the entire showroom and the lot including their back lot. Not a single salesman stopped me to see if I need anything. I even passed two in the back lot. There was no activity in the showroom.
Salesman told me he gave me a better deal by offering $750 rebate with special financing offer. Those were already a combo promotion. Deceitful and lying. This is why dealerships are not trusted. I would not do business again with Newburgh Toyota after my warranty is up.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Over the past week I have been speaking with a sales representative to purchase a new vehicle. This morning I provided my credit card information to the sales associate to secure a down payment. Soon after I received a call back stating Tommy the sales mng has decided to add on an extra $3000 market adjustment cost. Throughout this process I was told there would be no market adjustment on this vehicle.. This is a slimy sales tactic to have somebody go through the entire process decide they want a vehicle and then after giving information for the deposit to then adjust the vehicles price. After speaking directly with the sales manager he made it very clear that they do not stand behind the information given by their sales associates. In addition Tommy gave off a combative attitude during our conversation. Is customer service completely lost?These are unique times for the auto industry however that does not justify unethical behavior.Look for honesty elsewhere.
Eduardo Ortiz who works here is extremely helpful and informative and has excellent customer service.I have already bought two cars with him and I will be coming back for my third car with him. Don’t hesitate to ask for him especially if you need someone who speaks Spanish he will help the best he can. He is very specific and detailed when explaining new things and cars . The worst experience, I was there for 2 hrs, first time at this Toyota location. I came up to the counter to found out how much more time until the oil change was done. The guy said “we haven’t even started” we don’t have you in the system. Didn’t offer a solution and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. No apologies.. nothing.Toyota kingston is a much better costumer service.
I always enjoy having my service done here theyre quick, theyre efficient, and they lie to you about checking the air cabin filters lol just like every other dealership. How do I know that they do this? Because I always put a piece of tape on my air cabin filter access door. And that tape is never ever moved

Very positive experience with their service department. This was 1st visit to this dealership. We were on our way home from Maryland, had just gotten into NY when we hit an object in the road that tore a hole in the front left tire. Got to put our run flat tires to the test. With 150 miles to go to get home, called Newburgh Toyota, explained our need, they put us on the schedule for 45 min later. Took us an hour to get there driving back roads to avoid I87. Received a very personable greeting as we pulled in, service manager had us set up in a few min, less than an hour later we had a new tire and were back on the road. Plenty of space for the family of four to wait while repair was made. Very appreciative of speed and quality of service.

Routine MaintenanceI reported for my service maintenance 30 minutes early and told this to the attendant. He told me it was no problem, drive right in. As soon as I reached the service counter I was greeted with a smile and an upbeat representative. When my car was finished, the representative came and reviewed all of the work, costs and potential work for the future of repairs that would need to be completed.The staff was exceptional. They know me as a person and are always happy to see me when I come in.In all the years I have owned cars, I have never used a car dealership for my regular service and repairs. Since buying my car at Newburgh Toyota I refuse to have anyone else take care of my car.Thank you Kelsey, Alex, Matt, Rich, Nelson, Frank and the rest of the wonderful staff! Michael and the other people in the Service Department get 5 Stars. But the Cashier, plain nasty. I go to pick up my job vehicle, not my personal vehicle meaning, any work done to the job vehicle is paid for by a fleet management company. I receive a call from Michael telling me the work on the vehicle has been completed and the authorization for the work on vehicle has been approved. Michael had told me, when I come to pick the vehicle up, just go straight to the cashiers desk where the paperwork will be waiting. The woman / cashier huffing & puffing, tells me, I shouldnt get the car because the work hasnt been paid for. Well obviously it must have been approved or I wouldnt be there picking up the car now would I? Plain rude & Nasty!!! This all happened on Friday, Sept. 17, 2021 at approx. 2:30pm.

For my first solo dealership experience 5 star for service, hospitality, and professionalism. Being a female going to a dealership can be intimidating, and a bit nerve wracking. Let me say, the team here was nothing but considerate, and friendly. They took their time with my long list of questions and if I didnt understand something they were happy to take the time to explain. From my sales rep Dorian who was honest and friendly with helping me balance out all questions. To Randy the financial rep who answered my questions and helped me get all available discounts, I couldnt have hada better experience. Highly recommend this location and the staff goes above and beyond. Youre in good hands!
Dont waste your time, because they will waste and take advantage of yours! I did a Tacoma build beginning of July with a salesman with a deposit and price lock in. 1.5 months went by and no call or updates from anyone, so I had to call to get an update only to find out that the salesman was no longer working there (which I can see why at this point). Was told another salesman would reach out to me with details which happened a couple days later.3 months later after the build date, I get a call from them that Toyota is no longer manufacturing tacomas and they will be returning my deposit. Later find out it was to get out of the price lock so they could charge me 3k more than what the original cost. Theyre unprofessional and liars, with no customer service eticate. Find a dealer that serves you, not their own agenda!

Made an appointment to get a replacement key and had to wait a week just for the appointment. My boyfriend brought the car in and upon arrival or during the phone call I made for the appointment they did not ask us if we had the chip to old key. They then told us that the car will no longer start with the old key, which luckily for us it did and they just wanted us to pay for a master key which would have cost us $400 more than they key they said they had in stock for us. I was confused because what happens if someone loses their keys? They can never use their car again? They tried to lie just to get extra money out of us and even one of the employees stated he would never bring his car there even though he works for them. Toyota has never had good service and I thought they would be better than the Middletown location, but I definitely thought wrong. Steer clear of this location. I would rather drive to another town or state even, rather than deal with them again for something that was not that hard to do. I thought they get hourly pay, but they must get paid extra to lie and scam people and in times like this where people are tight on money they should be ashamed of themselves. So we still have a broken key and will be taking it to the Middletown location who said they can program the new key.

My 2010 Toyota Corolla had a recall out for a spiral cable. I called, scheduled an appointment for 2:30 a week in advance, and was told it should be quick, 20-30 minutes, but at most wouldnt take more than an hour for the faulty part to be replaced. I arrived at 2:20 and, while checking in, told the person at the desk that Id also like to program a key if we could. I told them I only had a valet key, I didnt have a master key, and so I needed a master key to be made. They told me itd be $125 to make a master key and my appointment would take 1.25 to 1.75 hours. I agreed to wait that time at that cost. At 3:30 a person said I need to speak with a technician, so I go back into the desk room and spoke with someone who told me they cant program my key because the only working key I have is a valet key... yes! I know! Thats what I said when I first walked in. They said they needed to charge me more to make me a master key and it might not work. I declined because they told me itd be $125 to make the master key. At this point, Im assuming I can leave since an hour has passed and the request for the key didnt work out... nope! The person told me they had only tried to get the key working for 40 minutes after an hour had passed!! For 40 minutes they tried to make another key out of a valet key. Youd think a Toyota dealer would know how their own keys work and that you cant make a new key from a valet key -- they shouldve told me right at the start the cost of making a real master key and they shouldve known the difference between a valet key and a master key. Due to their incompentence they wasted their time and mine! Instead of getting out of there at 3:30 the latest with the recalled part replaced, I ended up leaving at 4:00. They refused to compensate me for my lost time from their own mistake.The knowledge of the employees are lacking and theyll waste your time with no compensation to you!Edit: Per the review reply, spoke with Matt. Matt told me the service agent didnt hear me say it was a valet key. This doesnt make sense because I explicitly said it was a valet key multiple times while checking in. Even if we assume the service agent didnt hear me say that, they wouldve been able to tell it was a valet key as soon as they put the key in the vehicle because the security light stays on for 2-3 seconds for a valet key after insertion and doesnt stay on for a master key -- dead giveaway its a valet key. So, again, the issue was the Toyota technicians own lack of knowledge of the vehicle they were servicing -- a Toyota! Matt wanted to make it up to me but I wasnt interested in returning to his location and Ive spent enough time on this, so I ended the call. +1 star for this interaction, even if it was absurd for Matt to suggest the agent not hearing I said it was a valet key made a difference in the 40 minutes of wasted time (because, again, as soon as the key is in the ignition you can tell its a valet key).
I had a good friend working there. She retired. The coordinator of repairs did not do all I asked. Because I wouldnt agree to a $1000 repair. And forgone all other issues I requested

Seriously huge kudos to the crew at Newburgh Toyota. After months of researching what would be the best car to replace our leased Nissan Frontier we landed on a Highlander. During a totally unscheduled stop into Toyota of Newburgh I was greeted by Stephen Gill. I had a ton of questions for him and without blinking an eye he stopped what he was doing and walked with me for 45 minutes outlining the differences between the various trim levels of not only the Highlander but the 4Runner and the Rav4. I was blown away by how informative, attentive and friendly he was. I wasnt ready to commit at the time and he gave me zero pressure. Two days later I returned and saw Stephen again. Together with Rich, the finance manager, they worked up an amazing deal that got us into our new car. We are thrilled and both Stephen and Rich have our immense gratitude. If you need a car, do yourself a favor, make an appointment with Steve and ask Rich to help work out the numbers. You are in great hands.

I went here for the first time to get my vehicle serviced; it took over 2 hours for a lube, oil, filter, & tire rotation (they also washed the vehicle upon completion of the work). They didnt even set the correct tire pressure which is right inside the drivers door sill. I personally cant recommend them for service. I also checked on some parts prices & they were more than double what I found in an on-line search for the same item.

Terrible experience! They work off of commission and therefore are extremely pushy and use questionable sales tactics. If you show up flaunting a bag of money, youre the one that the managers will flock to. Find a dealership that is busy and has a great reputation. After our experience at Newburgh Toyota, we found a great dealership that treated us with respect and we got an awesome deal on a beautiful Toyota 4runner. I would never recommend Newburgh Toyota. Im sure their view of what they did to us that day we were there will be completely different. I really dont care!

I have tried for 2 days throughout the day to schedule a routine oil change for my 2021 RAV4 vehicle and discuss my vehicle with a “scheduler” Apparently there seems to be only one scheduler..I was on hold for Marlana and left a message..called back again several times to no answer. I finally decided to opt for “operator” just to be put on hold for an additional 10 minutes..holding for Leslie. I won’t be returning to this location and looking else where in the Orange County/Rockland area. It cannot be this hard to get a hold of someone to schedule an oil change and discuss the maintenance that was performed on your vehicle.
We bought a CAMRY Hybrid ON THE SPOT from NewburghToyota as it just came in off the truck during our conversation with our sales person, Eduardo Ortiz. He was exceptionally helpful in making things happen and facilitating our learning about the new technology, make that the myriad of technologies, that form a new car. We were also pleased with our working relationship with Randall Holt w.r.t. final arrangements on payment and plates and stuff. We had purchased our 2008 PRIUS from them and will go back again if we are ever in the market for a car again.

2019 Tacoma TRD - woke up to a dead battery that would not hold a charge. Jump started and drove to dealership without a service appointment. Even though they were booked up for the day, my truck was jump started and brought into the shop for problem diagnosis. 1 hour later I was back on the road with a new warranty replacement battery. Very satisfied customer. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Go to a Toyota dealer elsewhere. My best friend was given the run-around and a repair that should have taken 1-2 days took a week (we were stranded away from home), with AAA and Geico having to intercede on his behalf. Unhelpful staff.Re: Response below. Dave said he spoke with you and let you know about all of this. I was unaware he had already as he can be very shy and forgiving.
I just got a new 2021 Toyota Corolla from Newburgh Toyota and Im so happy. Everything from filling out the paperwork to transferring everything from my old car to my new car was taken care of with a smile. I received an introduction to my new car which included all the new features being explained to me thoroughly. One of the reasons I went to Newburgh Toyota for my new car is because they have been taking care if my cars for years and they have an efficient and professional service department that makes sure my car is road ready. Worst Toyota service in Newburgh, nasty, rude people. They never answer the phone. They just sitting in there doing nothing. The girl at the front desk very unprofessional. They don’t make feel people welcome. WORST TOYOTA IN NEWBURGH
BF took car in oil change, inspection, tire rotation. He came back saying you were great and we should review you. Trust me, that’s not his MO, so you guys really impressed him. We took car for drive after, I asked him if he cleaned windshield because it was immaculate, and he noted you guys rinsed off car. Thank you! I have to say we had reservations using a dealer service dept but we came away feeling we got sage advice, skilled service and a smile. You earned our trust. Thankyou.

Best dealer in the Hudson Valley. Salesperson, Edwardo Ortiz, was an excellent, courteous, respectful, and closed the sale on a 2020 Camry without pushing or the use of aggressive sales tactics. Both Edwardo and Randy (finance manager) were helpful and made sure that the sale went smoothly and without issues. Just a point of fact, Newburgh Toyota had the best deal on the car. I have been shopping for the Camry for a few months, from PA to the Hudson Valley in NY to Conn. The best price I got at Newburgh Toyota!!!

I Was here on Sunday afternoon with my mother shopping for a new car for her. We arrived here about 4pm and walked into the show room. No one greeted us at all but I didnt think much of it. We just walked around until we found something my mother said she liked. She sat in the car and not one person/salesman approached or even Acknowledged we were there. So she got out after 15min or so and we began to exit the showroom and no even so much as a good bye from receptionist...Nothing. I then saw Dennis a salesmen and asked if he had seen us in the showroom. He replied yes but hes busy. I told my mother, they must not want business or our business here and we left. I was surprised to see how potential customers are treated, the receptionist didnt even say hello. My mother is ready to buy a car within the next 2weeks but after this experience, I would not recommend or spend time here again.Update - Thanks for the response Frank, I do appreciate your follow up. I ended up Purchasing a new car for my Mother at the Buick Dealership. Perhaps in the future, when Im ready to purchase again Ill contact you directly. Best Dawn

I bought my car here a few years ago, and I’ve had a few not so great experiences with the staff, but today, I had an amazing customer service rep. I think her name was Celsey or Kelsey she was super friendly, quick and polite! I also love my Prius!

After a trip to another dealership where we were ignored for the first ten minutes after our arrival, we took a ride to Newburgh Toyota. We were warmly greeted by the staff at the desk. Dorian Torres, our salesman introduced himself and took us to view the car we were interested in. Dorian’s knowledge of the cars was amazing. He answered every single question we had. He went above and beyond guiding us through the process of buying the car. Randy in the finance department was also a gem. Phone calls were returned very quickly and concerns were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend visiting Newburgh Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I am leaving the other dealership -where I previously had purchased 3 cars and had all the services done. I am happy to say I am a very satisfied customer of Newburgh Toyota! Ask for Dorian Torres !!
Bought a 2017 86 and they told me i had a 15000 mile warranty where i would get an oil change every 5000 miles. I drive a lot (hence why i got a sports car duh) so i was coming up on 5000 miles much sooner than they expected. i tried to call to reschedule and they just hung up on me. Great customer service, keep up the terrible work! :)Update: they called back and it all got worked out but whoever answers the calls is a terrible worker cause they still just hung up on me.
Joshua has been an absolute blessing with helping me learn about the 4runner. He went above and beyond to help research all my questions and made sure to answer every question in detail of the different trim levels. He truly is a master at customer service and should be a field trainer for sales associates across the globe.
