I got my license back in February and I’ve been through two cars, I’m on my third, since then. All three times I came to Thruway. Patrick helped me initially but the last time I had Daniela walk me through the process and she was wonderful. Don’t get me wrong Patrick’s great but she went above and beyond and helped me so much. I’m 21 so quiet a few of my friends are in the market for cars and so are a couple of my family members, I recommend not only thruway to them but Daniela, I make sure my family and friends are taken care of and I wouldn’t send them to someone who wouldn’t do the same. Had one interaction with this dealership and wont go back nor recommend. I called them after I saw they had the car I wanted in stock in the lot. I got Daniella and actually went to meet with her same day, even test drove the car. When it came down to we were interested in the car- she told us that the price I have been told at another dealership wasnt correct because the scarcity of cars coming in they are up pricing the vehicle and that she wanted to be up front and honest. Umm... excuse me! My husband walked away immediately. I have been going through the purchasing process for a month now and this is the only dealership that told me this. Its a shame but do your research people- what the car actually sells for and what the dealership is up charging you DUE TO COVID! She offered us to speak with the GM as he was in that day and maybe a price could be worked out. But no, We consumers should not have to pay more due to COVID or deal with this nonsense. Glad to say, my new car will be coming in on the 26th at another dealership and there was no up pricing of the vehicle.

My lease was up in 2 months so I said let me stop in I went in and drove out with the 2022 Nissan Frontier new model tan color fully loaded everyone I come across makes comments how nice it is . My sales agent Steve Fernandez was on top of his game not pushy laid out all the facts and the deal out he was the best I highly recommend him and the finance manager was also very fast and efficient they got me the best deal and rate . Vehicles are very hard to find theses days so I was very happy to get one even though Steve said he would have ordered me anyone I wanted that wasnt on the lot.

Receptionist keep me waiting for 15 minutes to see someone in finances department and later told that they are busy can’t meet today. When they sold the car it’s take minutes to reach department but now they told make appointment for next week.😡

One of my worst experiences buying vehicles. When these staff are going to sell you a vehicle, they treat you as the maximum. but after you call the dealer requesting a service they are not there to solve you. I honestly dont know what kind of customer service they offer in this regard. I bought a used vehicle there they sold it to me at a fairly high price, they also sold me a guarantee that has not been of any use to me and expensive and I also raise the cost of the documents above the cost price, when I get my vehicle. deliver 100%.

My time at Nissan has always been pleasant. Each time I’m there for a service I am greeted and met with such friendly and attentive associates. They also take the time to discuss any additional work that may or may not be needed for my vehicle, without trying to coerce or harass me into shelling out more money. Perhaps my only issues are the amount of money they charge for their services, and their ability or lack therefore to answer calls. Otherwise, Nissan will work to take care of you.

Then the issue became the cost and time it would take - whereas we had a long road trip coming up we needed the car for. I bought my first car here, a 2018 Nissan Murano with 12,000 miles. Now, two months after buying the car, I was having tire troubles. I took the car to another Nissan for servicing and they told me I needed to replace my tires. I was surprised given the car’s mileage. I feel completely deceived by the person who sold me the car, in that I was not aware that the tires of the car I purchased had plugs or were worn out. It was nowhere indicated on the car fax, and I also did not think a car with 12,000 miles would need new tires so quickly. I called to ask why I wasn’t aware of these problems when I purchased the car, and was told that plugging up tires still meant they were “good as new” and they wouldn’t have any problems, so therefore the salesperson didn’t tell me upfront. I feel like I was taken advantage of as a new car owner for not being given this information.

Ive bought a lot of cars from a lot of different dealerships over the years and Ive had mixed experiences in the past... but my experience at Thruway Nissan was a refreshing change of pace! I had a great experience at Thruway Nissan. I arrived at the main desk with no appointment and I was taken right away. My sales rep Steve Fernandez was super helpful and knowledgable. I scheduled a regular oil change and service. Service manager is very nice and let me know other issues that will need attention soon (new tires needed in near future), replaced battery. Wire brush was left under the hood but no big deal these things happen, husband went back to drop it off and I was given credit for next oil change.

Went to get my car appraised. After turning down the appraisal, I get back into my car and it’s smells like cigarette smoke. Very unprofessional that someone doing appraisal should be smoking in or around a vehicle that doesn’t belong to them.

I waited over 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, but the staff was amazing. So the fact I get a oil change once a yr. It was bearable. Again the staff was was great but definitely appts was over booked.

Although I was a few minutes late, I was waited on immediately upon arrival. The service manager went out of his way to surpass my expectations in a timely and affordable manner. The waiting room was clean and cozy. The employees and customers were wearing masks and practicing social distancing.

Not to happy bottom part of the car was left open after some work was done. When I returned the car the fromt tire had a nail stuck in the front tire . I had to take my chance and drive to work The customer service is good they are pleasant ! But I’m nervous about what take place in the mechanic shop .
