I ship pkgs frequently at the 606 w49 st location. I use this location for personal & business shipments. My last visit was very good, i had an issue with my shipment. This matter was handled in no time, this was possible due to the CS rep named April. She goes above and beyond the call of duty. Let me say that Fedex is lucky to have her.

September 23 was a hiring event.So I went and yes I passed both screenings drug and background screening.Got an offer letter.....jus to be told there is a waiting list. Number one very unprofessional and definitely not appealing to someone whose tryna pay they rent.If I apply to a shift give me the hours I asked for and if you cant let the applicant know. Thats 3-4 hours of my life I cant get back Thank U fedex express located in Newark Airport.

Stay away they are thieves at this location they will open your package and steal your goods. I filed a claim with Cooperate. I have proof they were the ones who illegally opened my package and stole stuff out of it be aware and stay away!! I will come to the bottom of this and get video footage!

They are horrible I paid for overnight delivery and when I called to pick up my package because it’s going to be late they were very rude they didnt let me pick it up from the fedex location even I paid 40$ to receive it next day the took 8 days this is not a professional

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on a lot of businesses and public places since a consumers mindset to buy anything outside of essentials or to visit a public place like a park or beach, has crippled down significantly. Now by living with what has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses and public places continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. It is now all the more important that we as customers, support these heroes during these dark hours to mankind.We had few things purchased to be sent to India and I used ParcelMonkey service to get the best deal based on the weight of the item and the dimension of box required and then picked Fedex from the list of services. First I had to go there in person to visually check on the different sizes of boxes they offered in order to plan the packing. This location being close to home, it wasnt difficult to quickly get there just for a box checking.The staff was quite nice and she asked me to just take home a medium and large box for free when I was in a fix. I got back home, packed the stuff, printed the shipping label and customs forms and got back here the next day. They honored the ParcelMonkey offer and the checkout was as smooth as a silk and I had to just drop off the parcel.

I had an expensive package on a vehicle for delivery from this facility, and it never showed up. I guess the delivery person found it leftover at the bottom of their truck at the end of the day and, just for fun, threw it onto a random conveyer. Or maybe he stole it. The next day, it had somehow made it to the other side of the country.It’s been sitting in a California FedEx facility for five days, and no one will look for it or return my calls.Thanks, FedEx!

Got there at 9.48. I had about 10 packages all 2 days. The guy kept me standing outside. At 10 they locked the door even tho was there 10 mins ahead. The dark skin lady seen me while locking the Door and ignored. Like she doesnt give a sh*t. Just cost me 700$ for over night shipping.

NEXT TIME IM GOING WITH UPS!!This past week I had the unfortunate experience of a FedEx package taking five days longer to receive then it’s original promise shipping date. Because it was a TV and target does not have the option of signing for this package the recipient had to sit home all week hoping it would come. When I escalated this issue to FedEx they literally have no accountability for its late delivery! What was the most frustrating is two people on a higher level from fed ex didn’t catch blatant mistakes of the package being shipped back-and-forth from New Jersey to Maryland and back, (which I could clearly see on the customer tracking device.) I say these companies have no accountability because ultimately the person paying for the product can potential be accountable for it’s financial loss. Very frustrating experience overall!

One of the worst FedEx location I have ever been we wanted to send some important documents at last moment drove 1 hr went at 9:45 and were sorting and writing lebels got over 10pm very rude lady around 30s denied to take the package, we were requesting and explaining how important those to ship for next day delivery, she said do you want to leave or want me to call the security? She took the phone to call the security. Excuse me mam you are getting bread and butter because of us who want to ship the packages at the last moment other wise you dont need that center you can close and go home, today you turned away your food plate hope you realize that, I have never seen any facility who denies the service even after making on time into the facility. Hope this review catches somebody, wants to make FedEx better

My package got lost, every time that I called them to keep up with what’s going on with my package they always said that they will give me a call back in couple of hours but they DO NOT CARE about calling back. It’s ridiculous how they do this. They tell me that my package is “empty”, first off, how do you know that it’s empty?! so you guys open the packages or something? It’s unbelievable how they do not care about following up to people and just giving random answers on the phone and making up stuff so they don’t have to deal with people. It’s been 2 weeks now and still haven’t heard anything about my package. Do not trust sending stuff from this place. Shame!!!!

I hade a package that was shipped Priority Overnight made its way from the shipper to Indianapolis IN and from there to the Newark NJ hub, for whatever reason got sent from Newark NJ back to Indianapolis IN instead of making its way to Moonachie NJ where it was suppose to go and then onto the truck and out for delivered by 10:30am. So basically I paid for an overnight priority service and because somebody at the Newark NJ hub didnt take the time to read the label correctly. Now Im getting screwed with a ground service instead the original Priority Overnight service and wont see my package until Monday according to the tracking number. My package eventually made its way back to the Newark NJ hub for its second time and is now just sitting there until Monday. Even though my package is labeled Priority Overnight with delivery date of Friday nobody seems to care - FedEx screwed up and they still wont make any attempt to make it right and send my package out on Saturday. This is poor customer service!

Horrible not professional service. I can’t get my order just because delivery man is too lazy to call my door. If it’s was once, I would decide that it’s was some kind of mistake, but this is happens every time when I have something delivered by this company. 3 times for past 6 months I was supposed to go to office in Newark for my package.

Went to return an item I bought online and was wrongly shipped . Forgot to tape the box. Lady at the counter insulated I buy a roll of table to rave a 12 by 12 box. Company policy! Mind you I laid shipping on the original order and I am sure fedex is charging the seller for the return. Will never use them for my own needs. If a company has to resort to these tactics to make money then they don’t deserve my business

Fed ex delivered my package to the wrong door thank God for an honest neighbor. Then they NEVER delivered one of my packages and marked that it was delivered outside of my door. Um I dont think so! I live in an apartment complex so who in their right mind would leave a package outside like this is a personal home when its not? Only Fed Ex. Truly horrible service Fed Ex. I am going to call the companies I ordered from and see if they can retrieve the other item and also to inform them of the shotty service of Fed Ex.
