Brought in a wide 27 monitor with no idea how to pack it and send it back to the manufacturer. All the employees were very kind, and they worked with me for about half an hour, trying out different box sizes to cut my cost down as much as possible while still packaging the monitor safely. I appreciate them being patient and friendly with me, as this was my first time having to ship such a large item. I would recommend coming to this location if you need packing assistance; I will definitely be back!

This office has the best people I know for shipping. Manager Rich, Charlotte and Jeff are amazing people, they are so professional, they know all the details from when the pickup will happen to how to handle a vaguely self printed label. I never need to wait when dropping off a package, I appreciate their professionalism as well as how friendly they are to me and my kids. This office also has the best staff, Eric is so considerate and funny, Arlyn has beautiful smiles, everyone is so kind to me, I choose this fedex office mostly because how friendly everyone is, it is a great pleasure to get to know them, I drop package everyday and it is my happy time to talk to someone in the office each day. Great work Fedex! You should be so proud of such great employees!

Probably the worst customer service in a world of poor quality customerservice. Ship it by pony express if the option is available.

Brought a box of my own to ship an item. They stuffed it with the recycled brown stuffing paper and charged me 4.99 for a brown box. I questioned the charge and got shrugs. The whole point of bringing the box was so that i didnt have to pay for theirs. Some 3-4ft of Recycled paper probably costing them 10 cents or less is very dishonest. I will stick to UPS from now on and will not be back.

Erics the best there IMO. Great knowledge and work. Everyone else I cant speak for but its hard to find good people who can help you beyond basic skills in print centers.

They drop off packages and dont bother knocking on the door nor ringing the doorbell. This is not the first time its happened. Little things go a long way with customers. Its too bad most of FedExs employees dont see that.

Super unhelpful. Needed some stuff printed and the guy said they were using ALL but one of their machines for an order that had to be filled that day. They had one self service machine and the guy basically just told me to figure it out. I didnt work so I just left. If you need ANYTHING printed I suggest Shamrock Printing at the beginning of mainstreet. I usually go there for large quantities, and I should have started there this time, even though I only needed one sheet.

This location offers convenient hours but staff is not always helpful. We dropped 3 prepaid packages, staff person helped in taping one of them but that specific one never delivered nor even scanned. Two others packages were delivered but were showing origin Commons Blvd. We forgot to ask for receipt and here $100 dollar worth of Saw Blade is gone in the black hole. We opened a case with Fedex customer service, lets see what happens.My advice is that always ask for receipt, even if you have to wait. In Newark Post Office 19711 we always drop prepaid package, never a package was lost and it is even cheaper than Fedex. We thought same will happen in Fedex, but We were wrong.I hope that I will not be targeted for Special Treatment because I am reviewing them.

The FedEx office in Newark De is horrible!!!! The staff is not helpful at all. There system is out of date and the Wi-Fi was so slow i ending up leaving without getting anything i needed done.

I personally prefer the FedEx World Service Center on Commons Boulevard, but this locations is okay for shipping packages. Ive never had any problems with them in that regard.
