My Associate was excellent. Easy to find in the mall. The others associates were personal and friendly.

Such a cute place. Great jewelry. I wanted just about everything but unfortunately walked out empty handed. I havent been there in a long time & was surprised how expensive their pieces are now. The bracelets didnt surprise me but the ring prices sure did. They are only CZ stones so I think they are a little overpriced. However, the staff was really nice & fun to talk to.

Drove an hour plus for charms ordered online that was supposedly in stock on May 18th.Received email that items were ready for pick-up. By arrival at the store items were not even looked for and the main one that was the reason for drive not in store stock. Associate kept saying that inventory was not updated in system and she could order online. THAT WAS DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. Made sure that one store had both items to be ordered instead of two. Husband purchased the other item again online.No accommodation given. Ordered item online again PLUS another item for the free shipping.Expected Friday. Also, keep receiving special order emails at 3am and after for feedback....when checked to respond to feedback message always says offer expired.

Thank you Laura, she was working the entrance of the store at the Christiana Mall the day before Mother’s Day. Very hectic, very busy. She was able to assist me and others that just needed to pick up our online orders while handling the long line leading into the store. Very professional, very kind.

I bought my rings on Black Friday 2019, by May 2020 they tarnished and got spotty, like wth am I paying so much for trash jewelry. Sterling silver from amazon would be better and also better for my pocket. My bracelet broke twice, luckily they did replace it however this happens all Since last May, So you decide with all the back and forth if Pandora is worth it. Should have never listened to my materialistic friend who recommended it. trash.

Wonderful sales staff. I love their selection of jewelry ( UPDATE 2021 ) Im totally addicted to this store. I find myself saving more and more just to buy the products. And tell friend and family I will only accepts gifts from Pandora for any occasion. LOVE IT.

Pandora is a great company. Customer service and gift wrapping is far above competitors.Suggestion for Improvement:- The Christiana Mall location is routinely out of stock of limited edition items. Perhaps stocking this popular store a little better would be helpul to customers. Otherwise, great company overall.

Great employees and easy on the eyes

I visited Pandora for the first time and my experience was very pleasant. When I walked in I was greeted within 90 seconds. I got the sense the staff worked well together by the way they interacted together. The sales associate who helped me was knowledgeable and didn’t hover while I made a purchase decision. I will more than likely be visiting again.

Excellent Service. The young lady who help me choose a great gift and was not pushy nor she try to upsale me.

I went into this store looking for a certain charm when I couldnt find it on display I had a very hard time getting somebody to help me look for it then we realized that it was not in stock at that store and the girl at the counter never once offered to get them shipped into her store so I could purchase them! She basically looked at me like I dont know what to tell you to do go somewhere else they are Pandora so I went to Jared Jewelers and got my Pandora charms from them they were exceptionally nice great help and treated the way youre supposed to be treated

Purchased my sister a Bracelet and charm for her Birthday tomorrow & picked up a charm for myself!

Employees were very rude and unprofessional. To be specific 2 African Americans one short and the other taller. They spoke to me so disrespectfully and had no interest to sell. I will never go back there to buy. I’ll order online or go to a different location next time.

My daughter went into this store today 6/21 around 5pm looking for matching rings. They were in there maybe 15 minutes and I was going to meet them in the store to purchase the rings. Well in those 15 minutes none of the 3 woman who were in the store greeted them, asked if they could assist or offered them any service whatsoever. She said she felt uncomfortable and discriminated against (they’re teenagers). Shame on this staff. Names she made out amongst chatter of 2 of the 3 women were Dallie and Serena.

They people that work there are so nice!! I really love the manager she is so sweet the atmosphere is just super pleasant.

Got great deals at this Pandora store

I went on vacations to Delaware and we were by the Mall on my birthday so I both two charms and the sales lady suggest that si should buy a security chain for my bracelets in case this open so I won’t loose my charms so I did it and I left my bracelets to be clean and 45 mins later when si came to pick it up she told me she broke my bracelet. The manager agree to replace it and after other 45 mins waiting for her to gave me the bracelet si left. The next day my bracelet open and all the charms spill in the ground and I did not know what that could happened since I had bought the security chain so I call the store and told them that something was wrong with it but I don’t live there so they told me to any Pandora where I live and the will take care of the problem. Well.... I went to the store and the sales woman explain to me that they gave me a different bracelet than the one I had for that reason the security chain doesn’t do nothing.m and if I want to secure the charms on this bracelet I was given I have to change the security chain for the correct one but I have to put $45.00 more becsuse they are $90.00.Very dissspoi nted they knew what they were doing when they gave me a different bracelet and they knew the security chain wouldn’t work but stay quiet. They just want to get rid of their problem quickly.I am filling a complaint to the corporate. That is not how you treat a costumer!Be careful with that store inside the mall the sales woman and the manager are are dishonest and snikies.

I always go to the store and I have a lot of rings, bracelets, and charms. Obviously,when ever I want to exchange or return, with a receipt I should see the employee doing their work, no! They always complain and mad at me for no reason. Even when I go buy something, they still have a horrible look even though I will still give money and leave with a bag in my hand. They stand next to me as I look for rings and distract me with their mad faces. I love Pandora but I will still go but I wish they could stop. I go home upset because of this problem. My message to pandora, keep doing what you are doing just end the mad faces of your employees.

Employees not trained to handle customers proffesionally. I left with a really bad taste and more likely that I will never return. I was assisted by the General Manager for a return, which it did not happened because ‘they don’t really have time to deal with these situations’. Very dissapointed and a bad experience overall!
