Ronnie at the Christiana mall is absolutely freaking amazing. It’s extremely rare these days to come across people who work for companies and actually care. She genuinely makes you feel appreciated and j appreciate her greatly for that and going out of her way to make something happen for me personally!

My engagement ring, and wedding band were bought here with their protection plan. Every 6 months I take them for inspection. It seems as though everyone there is happy to help until I say I just need an inspection. Since covid, I had noticed my engagement ring was missing a diamond. I waited patiently for them to reopen to have them sent out for repair. They were supposed to be in on 11/28, which they are not! I have called multiple times to check and it seems as though the second I ask for a status on the pieces and when they should return, the tone of voice changes immediately! I am not happy with the customer service I have been receiving especially since covid! I will not be recommending this jeweler to anyone again!

Rebecca is an outstanding asset to the Christiana Mall Zales. She is patient, full of education and seems to have a sixth sense when it comes to helping/suggesting items. This was the second time she has assisted me, and both times were great experiences.
Was going to get my jewelry cleaned (mind you I was with my children and husband). We walked in and heard Zales employees gossiping about mall employees. Over heard one employee trash talking baristas at the Starbucks near Macy SO UNPROFESSIONAL! (Not to mention they didn’t even move or try to help us!) My kid even said something!! Long story short we walked out in disgust. Manager really needs to talk to employees...

I stopped in to have my jewelry cleaned and inspected today for my warranty. The older lady with blondish brown hair took my jewelry, instead of taking care of my jewelry she waited on someone else. She cleaned and returned their product to them before proceeding to finish with mine, which she had first. When I said something she gave no Apology and informed me that I was fine! Horrible customer service. I will not be coming back here.
James at the Christiana Mall Zales is absolutely amazing. His personality, memory and bed side manor are just out of this world. He made me feel extremely comfortable with everything and I was a little over the top due to I just got engaged and I was not giving my engagement ring up to be shipped out but he assured me we wouldnt have to and sure enough he kept true to his word and gave excellent customer service. My fiance and I even returned following day to make additional purchase only because James was going to be there and he went over and beyond for us throughout all our experiences at Zales. Thank you James . We will continue to return to Zales as long as we have our #1 customer service rep. there :)
I received an email stating it was time for inspection on earrings I bought from this location(Christiana Mall, De). Cool beans, figure get my earrings inspected and cleaned and get my wedding ring cleaned too(just got back month ago) after they had it for repair since December. Also get $50 off, cause its my birthday!! Approached young caucasian woman behind the counter and told her Im here to get semi annual inspection on earrings. And asked her to clean ring as well. Young lady took the jewelry and cleaned it and gave it back on display pad. I tell her again earrings need to be inspected. She asked if I had my paperwork, told her no. And continue to expain that i was told in January that i would no longer need it when i picked up my ring its all in ststem. The young lady stated we wouldnt say anything like that. I continue to explain to her i know what was said because of the fact i missed a inspection on my ring and my warranty was invalid because of missing last inspection. The young lady tgen tells me theres no transaction history for earrings. (Brought from this location). Now Im getting frustrated. Then the girl says i need to keep up with my paperwork. I lost it, who are you to tell me what i need to do,. Then i try to expain to her that i was just here last month and what was told to me. The girl said she remembered because i hadnt been in the store for 2yrs prior to that. Wrong girl none of the jewelry i have on is older than 1.5 yrs. Brought ring in Columbus Ohio, Sept2018. Long story short i have over 5k in jewelry from this brand and felt like she thought she was dealing with someone from her trailer park. Mind you its my birthday. Well things escalated and the other sales rep intervened, by now my husband is ushering me out the store, yet the girl still talking very unprofessionally now her and my husband exchanging words. The other sales rep are now begging me to come back in store. I declined because i was not going to jail on my birthday. WORST SERVICE EVER! I will be back probably not this location. Columbus Ohio Easton mall location the best.Went to Helzberg spent 1.5k on necklace and pendant. Zales lost out on that Customer service is key!
So disappointed. I bought my wife a earring/necklace set years ago and need to bring it in every year for the cleaning & inspection. We stopped in yesterday (Sunday) for the yearly checkup. We weren’t greeted by any of the associates in the store, so we stood there for 5 minutes waiting, not a big deal if the employees were actually busy helping customers. Finally we got someone’s attention and told them why were there. The lady took my wife’s jewelry & cleaned them. We browsed for a few minutes and got our jewelry back after the lady just dropped them on the counter in front of us and left. I’ve encountered this problem for the last 3 years, once the store thinks weren’t not there to buy anything, just our cleaning/inspection we are completely dismissed. It’s a shame really, they have some nice jewelry pieces/sets that I’d like to get my wife but I’ll take my business to Jared’s where we’re respectably treated whether it’s cleaning/inspections, a purchase, or just browsing.
I did my online research. I had everything planned out. When I walked into the store, That all fell apart. Thankfully, Brandon was there to help me out. He saw that I was stressed and out of my element. He went above and beyond to talk with me and find the perfect item. He could have easily have helped 3 or 4 customers in the time it took to help me, but he devoted his attention to helping me instead of racking up more sales. That, to me, makes me want to give them more business.
Everyone working at Zales is extremely professional and helpful whenever anyone walks into the store. I’d definitely recommend Zales to anyone looking for a great experience!
Terrible customer service. Takes forever to get jewelry inspected and the store never opens on time.
Michael was great. I needed rings that day, and he was able to get it sized on the spot.
VERY pushy!!! I went to look at wedding bands and all they tried to do was sell me something without even letting me look around. As soon as i left the store they started to blow up my phone! Not very good customer service and i felt way to pressured.

Sold me a diamond for 5k and it has horrible black spots in it you can see standing 2 feet away. They wont replace it. Says it a natural birth mark but its huge. Trying to make me buy another. I have insurance too
