Theyve been doing a great job for Spirit Wear for our sports team. I love the graphics that they mock up with our logo so the youth and parents can better visualize the end result. And they deliver when promised!

This place is absolutely terrible. If there was an option for 0-stars thats what Id give them. Their staff put on the design wrong and the store owner says well we make mistakes. She went into her office to hide and refused to make me 100% whole for THEIR MISTAKE!!!! I do NOT recommend them to anyone.

Call for an estimate on a job on a Monday morning. Never received a call back from the representative. Call 3 consecutive days, and no call back. When I finally got a hold of the manager,(on the 3rd call back) the bid for the job I needed done was 66.6% higher than their competition.Remember, the customer comes first !!

UPDATE: Unique Impressions continues to be my go-to vendor for quality custom merch, both for professional and personal use. They understand that we succeed together and fail together in every choice that we make for our clients, and consistently deliver what they promise even when that means going the extra mile to make up for a manufacturer or other middle mans mistake. Reading some of these other reviews, I can only conclude some are mistakenly referencing another local company that uses unique in their name. Dont be like them; use Unique Impressions.
