Okay so I bought chaise lounge couch and big stuffed chair. It was delivered and I signed saying I was happy. I after delivery left, sat on couch was looking At chair and noticed a slash in it.. So me knowing I just signed everything was good, just knew I would have a problem with getting a new one ( must have been burned in past) so I get myself all worked up getting ready to go 5150 but when I went in they told me no problem and my new chair will be here in a week. This is a furniture store that I will go to next time I need furniture and will tell everyone that they are not out to just get your cash without you being happy .

Brandon helped my grandmother with everything she needed. He made her shopping experience wonderful and made it easy for her to not only buy everything she wanted but also have it delivered and set up in a timely manner. She highly recommends going here if you are looking to purchase furniture.

CHRIS is one of the best salesman/ customer service representative i have met in a long time. Ive shopped for furniture many times and this guy was the best. This store is MASSIVE. I mean it is HUGE. I was also told NO PRESSURE in shopping and to take my time. Their selection is second to none. I am happy with their deals and how Chris treated me and my family. I would definitely go back again. To anyone who had a bad experience im not sure how that is possible. Please give this place a try when Chris is there or ask for him to help you. I will definetly return again and also tell everyone i know to shop there.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME TO GO THIS PLACE. THE OWNER IS SO RUDE.I should have noticed something wrong and turned back when I arrived at their parking lot and found I was the only one there. The entire large parking lot is empty. I spent quite some time there to look around on their selections and realized no more customers came in. It was quite unusual since I was searching for furniture in recent months and never seen a store like this.And soon I knew why. I asked the owner for the price of one furniture Im interested in, he asked me if Im going to pay today. I said no because I havent moved in my new home yet and Im just creating a shopping list for myself. And then he got mad and started to yell at me!!! Isnt that normal you give customer some time to think about it before buying especially for a large purchase like furniture? I dont know why he thinks he can talk to customer like that and still survive in the market.He totally ruined my day. When I got out of the store, there was such a bad taste in my mouth. But after thinking it through, I think the guy may have an anger management problem and shouldnt be at a position that needs to interact with customer directly. Im not sure if he is the owner. If he is, he definitely needs to hire someone else to help take care his business because hes sending his customers away! To be honest, I really like the furniture they have, but the customer service is so bad. Because of this, I decided not to buy from them at all no matter how much I like the furniture.They dont care about you when you are just a potential customer, think about how they will treat you once your money is already in their pocket. I saw similar review post below who has delivery or quality issues.Think twice before you buy from them.

The sales person is unbelievably rude. The moment he heard us saying we havent decided, we want to shop around first he slammed his calculator on the desk, raised his voice to a yelling level, and then turned his back against us. We walked out immediately, obviously. Im not even angry, Im more baffled: how is this place still in business??? The furniture quality looks just meh, and the sales person behaves like a 12 year old. Save yourself some time, go any other furniture store.

It was so easy to apply for a credit line of course keep it in mind if you’re able to pay it off within the three months otherwise you have to go with the your plan they do have a second option to pay off early at half price of the remainder balance due. The staff was excellent in assisting us to choose the best option with our budget without having to settle for less. The process was quick and easy we were in and out once we had made our selection. Delivery people were more than friendly quick and eat at what they did during the installation of our bedroom set. We love the quality of our set.

This store has one of the best collection of furniture and mattress in the area. We purchased a bed, mattress and couch from the store and are very happy with the price, delivery and the products. Ask for Chris while youre there, hes very patient in showing around based on customer needs without being pushy.

I was having a housewarming party and the only room that was not complete in my house was the guest room. I went into this store 5 days before my party and picked out office furniture/futon etc. They delivered in in 2 days! set up and everything :) made my life so easy thank you!

This place has lots of selection and a big inventory. If you know what you want, this place will help you get it. We bought a bed that fits perfectly in our bedroom.

I drove by and saw their sign that the store was closing and everything must go. The prices werent bad and I was interested in a table and chairs. The only problem was that the gliders were missing from the chairs legs. That wasnt so bad and I figured that I could get them later or the store could knock a few dollars off, but instead I found out the level of dishonesty from the salesman.The legs had holes where the gliders would go, and the salesman insisted that thats part of the process of making chairs. For anybody not familiar with woodworking, thats total nonsense. The chairs were wobbly and he turned one over and pointed to the assembly screws. He told me that they were adjustment screws in case the floor wasnt level. Again, it was complete nonsense. Furthermore such adjustments might make sense for a table if a floor isnt level because the table stays in one place. With something like a chair, people move them. In reality turning those screws cant change the height of the legs but would merely make them loose. I picked up a chair from a different set that had the gliders on the bottom of the legs and the salesman insisted that those are there for shipping, and you are supposed to take them off and put on felt pads. Again, thats nonsense. Why would a manufacturer choose to protect the bottom of the chair legs when the chair would be packed for shipment, and why would it be done that way instead of taping a piece of cardboard around it to protect the actual visible wood on the legs? Everything but the bottom of the legs that a person cant see might need protection, and nobody would put a round slippery piece in the center to protect anything. Aside from the fact that Ive seen the bottom of chair legs before and knew it was complete nonsense, no manufacturer would do that if putting felt were better, since it would be cheaper.When I went to write this review, I looked up the store on Google Maps. I found a picture from April, (its now September) and it had the same sign about the store closing and that everything must go. The store was well stocked and its clear they hadnt been liquidating for five months or longer, unless they didnt have a single sale.

It is a great place to shop for furniture they have everything you need for your house, the sale staffs are every professional, they give you all the questions that you need Im very happy with them i will be back to get more furniture

Not a good place to buy furniture. The product they deliver has issues. I bought a dinning table last month and the legs of chairs and table are not of same size. Customer service is very bad.

Horrible Place to visit ! I met one guy around 11-12 pm (sept 08/2018) who was working there (he told me he is boss of this location). He was giving all questions answers rudely. I told him that I did not like his attitude towards me but he did not really care. I think that guy didnt have sense to deal with customer. I am giving 1 star because 0 is not an option.

Kinda small, not a huge floor selection but had quality items and a ton of online and catalog possibilities. People were nice
