Chris at Christiana was fantastic! We went in with a Sac in mind and left with something completely different! He was very knowledgeable and personable. Love the Bronze Wombat Fur choice we made with his help! Great experience and cant wait for movie night!

It took me a three visits to make the best personal decision. During each visit I was met w courtesy, patience and information about delivery/ availability. Such good service.

We visited the showroom twice at the Christiana Mall location. The first time we were there Yvette and Shelbi offered us lots of information. They both worked with processing what we were looking to get, answered our 100+ questions and were not “pushy sales people”, there is nothing worse! We were coming up on Labor Day and wanted to wait to see if there was going to be a better sale than what the current offer was. Yvette made sure to get my phone number and let us know she would text us as soon as she heard. I honestly was surprised they were true to their word. I even text a couple of time with more questions and got a response! When I went back to the showroom to place my order Shelbi was the only one working. The store was super busy but she remained cool, calm and collected. She broke down numbers for me of what our payments would be and even made a changes to our order with and without a couple of pieces to see the price difference. I truly hope our experience with our new Lovesac is just as good as our experience at the Lovesac showroom!! Thank you Shelbi and Yvette for waking us through finding our new furniture, making it easy, and being so nice, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience with the LoveSac store in the Christiana Mall. Yvette was excellent. She listened to what we wanted, what we needed, put everything together to visually show us how it would look in our room using their blocks to scale. She explained the different fillings and fabrics and recommended different ones based on our needs (children and durability)! Highly recommend working with Yvette.

Yvette at the Christiana Mall Lovesac showroom was absolutely fabulous to work with. We initially went to actually just sit in a Sactional to see if we thought it was comfortable. (We are on the shorter side and really dont like the trend of deep oversized sofas.) Our intent was to sit and try out one in the showroom and then purchase one online through a deal Costco was running. Yvette was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We ended up going back the next day and purchasing directly through Lovesac with Yvette. We have not received it yet, but I am not only confident that we will love it...I am confident that if anything goes wrong, Yvette will do whatever she can to ensure that we are happy customers.

This was my 3rd time in this location and everytime the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. To say the least I walk out with something everytime.

There was a problem processing my order because the local branch incorporated tax incorrectly to the sale. It took 2 months and 8 representatives from love sac care team to get this resolved in theory. I still dont have my couch.

I love the love sacs I bought here. There is only one down side on the furniture here. My son has gone in a few time when he is in town to price furniture. Everytime he goes in to purchase the furniture it has jumped in price substantially. He got a price and 1.5 years later it jumped in price by 1,000

Had to order a new cover for my Super Sac.Was told special orders take a little bit longer.It arrived early looks awesome easy shopping love the products!!

We have many pieces from Love Sac, from different sized sacs, footrests, blankets, and even the (now discontinued) dog beds! We love every product we have gotten and simply can’t recommend this company enough.All the staff we have worked with over the years are very knowledgeable, especially Hillary T. at Christiana, DE, and are very friendly and super helpful.These products are worth the money and the warranty is unbeatable! With the chaos of kids, our large family, pets, and everyday wear and tear, the ability to replace individual pieces and/or their covers is a huge bonus. We also love to be able to get a new color to get a brand new feel in a room when redecorating!Always excited to see what new products Love Sac has in store.

I had a great experience at the Christiana Mall Lovesac store. The sales associate I worked with was Yvette. She was fantastic! She explained everything that I needed to know about the sactionals and gave demonstrations of how everything worked. She was able to effectively answer every question asked, and that was a very big factor in my decision to make a purchase.

We decided to check out Love Sac in person by going to Christiana mall. Our in-store experience was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, informative and knowledgeable. A week later we decided to order our sactional over the internet but had an issue with the payment options. We wanted to put some on our love sac credit card and the rest on our bank card. There was no option to do this online so we called the love sac store in Christiana mall. The sales associate was able to help us right away over the phone, she also double checked my choices to make sure I wasnt ordering anything that wouldnt work. We were able to have everything ordered and payed for the way we wanted within 30min. My sactional is set to be delivered today within a week of ordering them!!!

I ordered a 5000$ sanctional from the Towson store in Nov 2020. One of the sections had a broken foot anchor, which I ordered a replacement for immediately. The product was never shipped after calling for a status check for 4 straight weeks (and being told it was backordered) and it was reordered again in Feb 2021. I received the new anchor within a week of the 2nd order and it is the wrong size for my couch. It is near impossible to get anyone from customer service on the phone or to call you back. After asking for the opportunity to simply return the broken section it was denied. I do not recommend supporting this company.And as far as an actual product review...comfort is okay, nothing to write home about. Durability seems decent but I haven’t had it that long.

Hilary sold us our couch, she is and has been the most down to earth, professional customer service sales person we’ve ever worked with. She was insanely knowledgeable about the product she was selling, she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. She was informative about the instructions we needed to watch, and basically followed us through to the end and even after.Despite some small issues with my delivery (fedex problem - not lovesac) Hilary went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of which gave us so much relief after a stressful situation.Just really grateful and appreciative of the awesome customer service, will forever be a lovesac customer now.

Celeste was absolutely fantastic. She patiently worked with us over and over (and over!) again quoting prices and suggesting alternatives. Even after we left without deciding she reached out to us and gave us some additional information that helped us finally decide right over the phone from the comfort of our house. If you want great customer service (which is so very rare these days) find Celeste in the Christiana store!

Fantastic experience! Knowledgeable staff, very patient. Well informed about the product. Only downside to the purchasing experience was the use of a 3rd party company for delivery/set-up. We ended up choosing the free option of using FedEx for delivery and will assemble everything when it arrives.

My wife and I both visited the Christiana Mall location on Friday because of the 20% off sale. We were going to purchase our first sactional 7 bases and 8 sides, the manager was kind enough to tell us that we would save more by waiting til the following day for a better sale. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase experience and I highly recommend it to anyone.

Stopped into the Christiana DE store twice and both times was pleased with the information & customer service I was given. My second visit I actually ordered my pieces. Damaris was extremely helpful with design, fabric choices and discussing financing options. I am eagerly waiting to receive my order!!

They have always been very helpful at this Lovesac. They help me decide what I need and are always very friendly. Yeah, its expensive, no doubt. But I love my lovesac couch and they have a lot of interest free financing events.

I just purchased my second sactional with lovesac and this sofa is extremely comfortable and versatile. My wife and I basically have lived on this sofa for the past 6 years. It’s a sofa, bed, and adjustable seating for when we have a party. We can arrange the sactional during a party so our quests can have there space when they want to sit down. We also own a sac and a pillow sac which the kids love to use...👀 and the adults too 😅! Thank you lovesac and I look forward to enjoying our new sactional!

Super unorganized. I dealt with 3 reps total. 2 were new and werent knowledgeable at all. Processed my payment wrong and after waiting 45 minutes I left and they said they would call me later to clear it up and fix it. Needless to say the problem wasnt fixed and I had to wait an extra day to place my order. Also the first wrong payment shouldve been left there becuase it was apporved and thats what i wanted to do anyway but the associate INSISTED it be cancelled. Seems she didmt understand how a credit card works either. Just a very unprofessional slow process. Most likely will be doing any further shopping elsewhere
