Liked Mike Tomsic a lot he was nice and knew a lot about the recliner I purchased. The only down part was I paid 1/2 on 10/27/21 but will not get it until April 2022. I loved the recliner and bought it anyway. I told Mike if it came in early I would love that.

Was looking for a specific recliner as I researched what I wanted online. Called store, was told they had what I wanted in stock, made appointment to go get it when they reopened from remodel, went to store and was then told no, they didnt have in stock and tried to up sell me. Ended getting exactly what I wanted, with exception of color, at Boscovs for a better price and it was delivered in less than 7 days.

Despite the fact that there were four employees in the store and only one couple browsing for furniture, no one greeted me at the door and I actually had to go and ask for help. The first person that I did connect with a text extremely disinterested and almost cost me to leave the store without making a purchase. Luckily, later on in leaving the store I saw a chair I was interested in and a young sales clerk came to the front of the store and helped me. If it weren’t for her I would not have gone through with the purchase.Thank goodness for the good quality of the La-Z-Boy name too!

Sales people were helpful; nice selection of styles on the floor. Unfortunately, the time for a new piece of furniture (sofa or recliner) to be delivered is quoted (in some cases) as 4 to 7 months. Not La-Z-Boys fault as I understand it.

If you need quality furniture with a real guarantee this is great place to go to. We worked with Neha to order a couch and purchase a recliner chair. Even though we waited about 6 months for the couch to be made, there werent any delays and the product turned out phenomenal. I am impressed by the service they provided and wouldnt blink to return for more furniture. Trust me. Stop wasting time at other stores, budget ones or more expensive ones and just go to lazyboy first. Itll save you time and probably money. Plus the delivery men were super professional and moved the old couch out and placed the new one in its place. Truly a exceptional experience.I wanted to add to that our couch was custom made and had particular measurements/fabrics and it turned out perfect. They also have a computer program that lets you build your living room to see how all the furniture will look / first etc.

My wife and I recently had the opportunity to visit a renovation sale at the La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Newark, Delaware. We were interested in replacing an existing piece of furniture and to explore their selection of recliner seats. We previously had looked at other furniture retailers but were not satisfied with what was currently available.We were greeted by a very personable and courteous salesman, Michael Tomsic, who explained their pricing policy and their current mark-downs as well as other pertinent information concerning the sale. He then allowed us proceed at our own pace without any pressure or high pitch sales tactics! He was very helpful and took whatever time was necessary to answer any questions we had.It was a very positive and pleasant experience and, after narrowing down our selections, ended up ordering two new items from them! The wait was crazy ! I was told my Recliner would be in at the end of Augusta. Stop in around the 12th to make last payment. The salesperson said the chair I order would not be done until November some time . She looked at other chairs that was being made sooner then the one I order. So my color and chair I feel was changed . Not very happy! Not a good time to order furniture!!!

I would like to commend and thank Tony, the salesman who helped me with my purchase. He met me at the door and immediately asked how he could help me. He was very kind, polite, knowledgeable, and helpful, without pressuring me into anything. He went out of his way to try to get me the chair I wanted, in the color and fabric I wanted, with the features I wanted (and didnt want). I wanted a power chair that rocked, but didnt really want the adjustable headrest or lumbar features; however, he couldnt find a chair in stock anywhere with the exact features I wanted, so he talked to the manager to see if he could offer me the chair with the extra features that I didnt want, at a further discounted price. Im a 73 yr. old widow with back and knee problems, so I told Tony I needed the chair as soon as possible. Luckily he was able to offer me the chair at a discount, and it was in stock!! Luckily Im getting me new chair delivered the beginning of June, instead of having to wait 4 months! Thanks, Tony!!!

We went in to browse, and were met by a great salesman named Mike. He wasnt aggressive or pushy, he answered all our questions (even my husbands silly ones) and helped us to find the perfect recliners for us. We were very happy with the experience and expertise. We will be going back to find a couch soon.

I am very happy to recommend Lazy Boy. I am turning one of my bedrooms into a nautical reading nook. With the help of a wonderful sales associate and a talented designer, I found the perfect furniture. The designer came to my home and measured prior to developing the computerized picture board. It was fun and a real pleasure to work with these people. The store is very clean and everyone wore masks.

Easy to locate from highway, plenty of parking, friendly staff and very informative. This was an excellent shopping experience. I hope the manufacturing and delivery are just as good. I would recommend this business for furniture needs.

Ordered a sectional based off a floor model that was gray, but it arrived in a completely different color (who orders white furniture these days?? Why would that be the standard color?) Emailed customer service but they told me to figure it out with the store. Im injured and my boyfriend is disabled so were not making an extra trip back to the store, only to likely be told they wont do anything. We essentially just wasted almost $3,000 on a couch that doesnt match our house and will be dingy with stains within a couple of years. Extremely disappointed, will obviously not buy from them in the future. Its a shame because the couch is really decent quality, but this mistake and customer service response werent acceptable.

The showroom was very clean and well laid out, and our sales rep was outstanding. We’ve bought furniture here three times and the sales people have always been helpful in finding chairs that fit us and our lifestyle. Deliveries have been on time and communication of pending deliveries has been good.

I bought this recliner after owning two recliners just like it for years. The first two recliners were great and lasted a long time but this new one after a couple years started pilling in the arms of the chairs really bad. So bad that it will be just threads soon. I emailed lazyboy about it twice and got no response from them. This chair cost $1100 and should not be pilling at all but after just a couple years it is terrible and no customer support. I will never buy another lazy boy product.

Super friendly staff and we found just what we were looking for. It’s always a little intimidating to have a salesperson immediately approach you as you walk in expecting to browse but this was a pleasant experience. She gave us space and time to narrow down what we wanted and then helped pick out fabrics. No hard sell and the furniture is so good it sells itself.

We like our furniture, the sales team was great, delivery guys were good, but the furniture came damaged. Three separate issues!!. At this point I only had two options. Accept it as is and schedule a home repair or refuse the three broken pieces. Since it’s a sectional and we ditched our old furniture we opted for repair. Two problems;1- 6 weeks before we can have an on-site tech, btw, we bought is September and delivery was March.2- our new furniture is now technically a second. You would think a company like this would understand the lengthy wait for a delivery and be embarrassed by sending out damaged goods after all that time, and offer some compensation. Even a simple little attempt for a company to reach out to make you happy would have gone a long way to make us loyal customers.As it is, they same more interested in asking me to review my experience.Here’s hoping someone actually reads these.

Enjoyed shopping at this showroom. Our experience with lazy boy furniture is the reason we go back there to shop for furniture. We had a rocker recliner that lasted over 25 years. We upgraded because of the style. We had tried another manufacturer for a rocker recliner but it broke within 3 months of purchase. We went back this time to purchase a matching loveseat or chair. It’s so nice to go back 2 years later and find an item that coordinates. Thank you Bill for your assistance.

Power reclining couch didnt even last 4 years. Started to show signs of problems a little after a year of ownership, called and asked about warranty, was told only had a 1 year warranty and they could send someone out for service. Thanks, but I shouldnt need service on my couch after a year, people usually have couches with no problems for 10 years. Here we are 3ish years later and Im heading to Raymond and flannigan for a new couch. Lay z boy junk.

Had to wait 6 months for our couch to be delivered and it came broken. One recliner doesnt work and the back of another is broken and doesnt line up with the rest. Delivery people were no help and when I called to see about getting the issue resolved, was told it would be 6 weeks before someone could look at it to determine what, if anything, can be done. I thought that by buying an almost $7000 couch it would be good quality but thanks Lay-Z-boy for proving me wrong. Save yourself the aggrevation and excessive cost by shopping elsewhere.

Erica helped my husband and me find the perfect recliner even though we arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing. My husband is 65 so he needed an extra-tall chair. We also looked at 2 matching cocktail tables to replace an old coffee table. Erica wrote down our choices and the prices. We came back the next afternoon not long before her quitting time, but she stayed a little late to help us finalize our sale. We bought the tables, ordered the recliner, and we even added a floor lamp to our order. No one hurried us and they were all so helpful and friendly.

Great team beginning to end. Between Priscilla on the sales side and Whitney on the design side, I couldn’t be happier with how the furniture turned out.

Loveseat comfy. Makes wood knocking sound when footrest is put down, also a squeaky sound. Delivery men were very quick. They didnt show us how to use power buttons, or ask if we have any questions or concerns. Set up took about 10-15 minutes, had us sign papers and then they were gone!

While I like the quality of the furniture, my experience with their communication was not good. I bought my loveseat on 8/2, and was told it would not be ready to deliver until 9/22. I agreed. But they missed that date, and the next 2 dates given. I understand this year has been out of the ordinary, but my issue is that I had to call them to get updates. If you know they are going to miss a date that you have given to a customer, then update your customer proactively. I finally got it on 10/30.
