I accidentally ordered 4 chargers instead on just the one I needed. The cost was over $75 and I missed that, too. I’m elderly, disabled and my vision has sent the best.I asked for return authorization for 3. They offered me a partial refund if I kept them, citing return postage cost of approx. $12.They refunded just $15. I’m better off paying the postage.When I complained, Jacqueline said the cost of 1 is $24.99. They refunded the cost of 1 and she said that was enough.Very poor customer service. During these difficult financial times, it’s up there with toilet paper hoarding.AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Love this place. I bought a charger from them but it would not fit properly. The tech asked me to take a picture of my laptops DC jack receptacle hole. I did and he said the DC jack was slightly worn off. I said I would send the charger back for a refund and just purchase a new computer. They sent the refund before I mailed the charger. In the meantime, I took the laptop to a shop that replaced the jack cheaply. I contacted ChargerBuy to say I now wanted to keep the charger and could I just pay them again for it. They said dont bother paying just keep the charger!! Maybe they felt sorry for me but it certainly made my day. :) GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

While I received the order timely, Im not having any luck trying to return it. Their customer service agent responds and tells me it will cost more to return it so I should keep it. There is nothing posted on their website about restocking or return fees. Then I ask for an RMA number and instructions and they wont respond. I just want to return the item. Why is it so easy to purchase but so difficult to return? Then I call the customer help number on the website and they tell me they cant help me. I can only email them. I try to always reward excellent customer service so I don’t just complain but this company has ripped me off and has treated me horribly and I would never ever recommend it or shop there again. I have a tough time finding a replacement charger cord for my daughter’s chrome book I finally found one here that was 2499 and it cost me 699 to ship which I was not crazy about but because I had trouble finding one I want to head and paid it. She was so excited to finally get a charger and it did not work at all. I paid close attention when looking to find a charger that said that it was compatible to her specific model but yet this one did not charge at all the cord didn’t even seem to fit tightly which was probably part of the problem. I then sent an email to the Customer service asking to return it and wanting my money back and was pretty much called a liar and told that they test all of their chords and it was working when they sent it out. They went on to say that possibly I put it in the wrong port???? Really? So long story short they refused to send me a label told me I had to pay for shipping to send it back and then once they received it and tested it then they would give me my money back. I still had to contact them telling them I returned it and send them a copy of the receipt from the post office showing that I sent it back. Then when they gave me the refund they shorted me almost 4 dollars for what I could see is not here reason so my 2499 cord that did not work was refunded at $21.20 which is bizarre. Many many emails and almost $14 loss in shipping this was a disaster!!! At no time did they apologize or even be kind to me absolutely disgraceful!!!!!

Great service! For some odd reason the AC adapter for my HP printer was not the standard recommended by HP or initially sent by ChargerBuy. They stuck with me though and after exchanging a few emails (with timely responses) and pictures they were able to send me out an adapter that worked! I bought a charger for my pretty old laptop who hasnt been in service since last year. I recently decided to try and get a charger so I can use it as a backup. So I bought it, arrived within a week. I bought the first charger but it didnt work. It might have been the buyers fault because I dont know how to look up which charger to use. So I emailed them and Person by name of Daisy helped me. Chargerbuy had the laptop charger I needed at a lower price than other sites. Shipping was quick. Upon receipt, the charger was intermittent. Ordered a charger with specs that matched my broken one. They sent something with a different output (not what was on the webpage) which does not fit on my laptop jack. There was no e-mail confirmation of the purchase or receipt or return info with the charger that arrived (just a charger in an envelope). I e-mailed the website but did not hear back from them... The charger they sent will not fit on my laptop...The one redeeming factor is that the charger arrived within 48 hours of the purchase, although again... I cant use the charger.

Most ridiculous customer service experience I have ever had!I ordered a backup charger for my work computer as I have two offices and often leave my laptop charger at one office. I still have my original charger and it works well, I just needed a backup. Ease of order and speed of shipping were fine.Upon receiving the charger, I noticed that it had a small issue. I plug it in, it doesnt immediately charge, and I have to wiggle it around in the port to get it to start charging. Sometimes it will stop charging and I will have to wiggle it around again. Ive had similar problems with phone chargers, etc. Simple problem, so I contacted customer service.Customer service is the worst I have experienced, point blank. I often shop online for professional and personal items, and this is so beyond what I have ever heard of. About this simple issue, the customer service representative and I have emailed back and forth ELEVEN TIMES! She has told me that they have never had a defective charger reported to them before (!!!) and that she spoke to their engineers, and they find it impossible that my problem could be real. The customers always wrong, right? :)First, they requested a picture of the jack on my computer so their engineer could determine if this was a problem with my computer (note that my original charger still works great), which I thought was silly but complied.At this point, this representative is requiring me to upload a YOUTUBE video of the charger not working, which is honestly really hilarious to me. Theres no way thats part of any official exchange policy! I have asked to have my case referred to a manager or supervisor three times, and have yet to had that request fulfilled.Bottom line: buying from this company is a gamble. Theyll send you a product, but if its defective, dont expect them to even believe you, much less offer any actual customer service.

USPS lost the package. After waiting a full week from the expected arrival date, I submitted an inquiry to USPS. USPS never even acknowledged my inquiry request. After another week, I contacted Charger Buy. They confirmed the device I needed a charger for, and I received a charger via express mail within 3 days at no additional cost. When I bought my chromebook at Best buy I probably should have returned it because the charger was a pain; it kept falling out of the socket in the laptop. It was illfitting. I ordered one online and when it arrived it sparked and the battery got REALLY hot. It burned up in 5 months. I ordered one from ChargerBuy and its the best! It is a quality charger (Im ordering an extra) that fits properly and does not spark or overheat. Its actually better than the one that came with the chrome book. Not helpful whatsoever if you need to return. They make you email back and forth (took me over a week and over 20 emails) to get a number that will allow you to return the item for a refund, but they do not refund shipping charges, nor do they pay for return shipping.

Ordered a charger in October. Still not here in December. I had to fight with the email service team for a month to get a resolution. No option to call and speak to someone about my order, as the number on their website goes to their warehouse. When their Admin finally came back, the agreed to replace the charger that never came. The explanation that I got was that the admin confirmed i was not a competitor hired customer and that they had competitors saying that a charger never arrived, and the address exposed the ruse. Absolutley ridiculous how much trouble I have gone through trying to get the charger that was paid for in OCTOBER. Will no tbe buying from them again, and would caution others against this company. Suggesting that paying customers are being hired by a competitor is terrible customer service.

I received an intocircuit Power Bank P Castle 26000 as a birthday gift from my son. ChargerBuy was not the supplier. The connector set provided with the intocircuit Power Bank did not include a connector compatible with my HP Pavilion 17t laptop. ChargerBuys phone number was on the Power Bank User Manual. I e-mailed ChargerBuy Service my problem.Daisy responded. ChargerBuy did not carry a compatible connector. However, Daisy provided a link to an ebay seller, that I would not have otherwise found, that did at a very reasonable price.
