Definitely not worth $40. There are several scratches on my paint after the wash. Water spots everywhere, even on windows. Same value as the $6 auto car wash.

Cleaners with too much attitude, they treat u like s... paid tip twice back to back for my 2 cars but they did worst job, i am never gonna come back here. 😞

Honestly, this is one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had here. I have been coming here, and today it was just all bad. First off they didn’t even clean my car properly, I showed them the spots that weren’t even touched (which was multiple places). The guy got so annoyed he told me to move, pulled my car to a parking spot and walked away??? Like okay?? As I’m sitting here, a girl with purple hair comes annoyed looking at the car huffing and puffing giving me so much attitude? She didn’t even clean the car snd we had soo much stuff left on it. Im honestly so annoyed and will never be coming back here again. This is by far the worse service I’ve experience. Not to mention, the ppl who work here are so rude

This morning they did a terrible job. My wife took our SUV to be cleaned. They failed to vaccume and wipe down the back inside. And took her reciept.

I really like coming to this autopia wash because they do good work and clean the mats well for a good price. My car is not the fanciest but they treat me well and make sure the job is done right.

I stopped to get my F150 cleaned on my way back to Reno and when I got home my Apple AirPod pros were gone. They were attached to my workout bag which I just put in the car prior to heading to the car wash and when I got home they were gone, nobody else was in my truck.I’m very disappointed and feel violated. Hopefully nothing else is missing!

I’m not sure exactly what I paid for but I asked for the best service they offered and paid $73.00 plus I tipped the girls who cleaned the car $20 each. They didn’t touch the dashboard, there was dirt along the door jamb and the seats weren’t more than quickly vacuumed over. I know I paid extra for the seats to be cleaned. I don’t have a lot of experience with car detailing services but I guess I expected more than what I can get at the Shell station for $19.99

I couldnt even vacuum out my car because their machine only takes quarters, and they did not have a quarter machine on the property.

Their machine leaves soap on the car, been telling them for 3 months and no one does anything, I’ve tried contacting manager too.

They declined servicing my model 3 because apparently some cars would automatically shift to park on the conveyer belt or something. I offered some potential solutions but didnt even get an eye contact... While I can appreciate that they dont feel comfortable servicing a model they dont know how to handle, this is just not a good way to treat customers.

After getting to my car I noticed someone went through my gum packs and took almost 15 sticks. I just bought that 😞 When I talked to them, none of them even apologized for what they did! So disappointed with their service, so DISAPPOINTEDgum is nothing but you could at least ask for it

Quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Car was cleaned and wiped down in 30 minutes. They did a good job with the rims but shouldve used the air blower for the side mirrors. Bought the package deal so dont understand why the last carwash will need to be supplemented. It should cover the last carwash.

One of the worst car wash I have seen in the area. The charges starts from $28. After the car wash, there were lot of places where it was not cleaned big patches of dirt still visible inside and outside. When I asked the manager, they say I should take higher value service for complete clean. Also, there were lot of scratches on the hood. When I talked to the manager, they said I had not washed my car thats why there were lot of swirl marks and scratches while washing 😂. Never going back to this. There are lot better ones for such price

Service is very poor. Got my car scratched twice by their machine. if you tell them that they left some spots they will start arguing with you. Not recommended

I went here for my first time. And watched them to make sure they got all the areas I needed attention. When I pointed them out to clean more he said no problem. They 3 guys did a great job and were all rewarded with a good tip. 😎

The worst car wash Ive ever had. Starting with the outside the car came out really streaky and still had dirt marks over it. Then with the inside it was still very dirty, I could have done a better job with a half broken vacuum. When mentioning it to the cleaners they very reluctantly did a little bit more cleaning but the car was still not fully clean. I also told them that the wheels were still dirty and he just gave me a cloth to clean them.Better car washes in the area which far better customer service here the staff are just rude.

Little upset with the car wash, the wheel rims were not cleaned properly and inside most of the stuff they did not vacuum properly. My suggestion would goto any auto carwash for less than $10 and use vacuum there for $2 more. It helps you to save some $$.

I had a VIP membership and it was good for a while then they started messing up my car with scratches and other stuff went missing, Im not sure if they forget or they are rushing to finish.
