My second time going there after the first experience I said I would never return. Staff is horrible rude and have absolutely no customer service. I asked for an espresso over ice... 10 minutes later received the espresso and asked for more ice and there was very little and the staff said “you can go over to the coke machine and get more ice”. I proceeded to say, I’d like just a little more, can you just add it to my cup and he said straight out “no”. What a joke. Miserable crew, they need so much training.
Worst customer service. Staff with ugly attitude. So rude, too bad because the coffee was good.
Take a seemingly large espresso machine that should really do the hard work for even the simplest ‘barista’. Then steam that milk so hard it’s burnt, thin, and too hot to drink without burning all the taste buds off your tongue. And that is how you murder a latte.
Barista was rude, gave me regular coffee instead of decaf which made my flight horrible. Coffee was not good either. Hire better help folks and get some decent beans.
The barista was literally looking at her phone texting, leaning on the counter, and asking me my order. No eye contact, no presence with the customer, no hospitality at all! I was younger than her and I know that that’s the worst customer service you can give. Completely unprofessional.
Convenient service - do it yourself cabinet for baked goods and a delicious hot chocolate!
The worst customer service. I was checked out by two very rude baristas, and before getting my coffee I had to walk to a self-checkout kiosk to pay for it.
Plastic straws wrapped in... plastic.
