Brought my wife’s phone in based off Mikes reviews. Front screen was cracked causing her phone to have a mind of its own. Mike had it fixed within 10 minutes, didn’t charge us an arm & a leg (like most do), and even put a screen protector on for her. We were beyond pleased with his help. Just came back from having the battery replaced by Mike at Gorilla Fix at Newpark Mall by the Food Court. It was a walkup repair and Mike was free at the time. He didnt mind that I was watching him. because I was curious what the inside of my iPhone looked like. Mike was very efficient knowing exactly what to do. Within 5 minutes the new battery was replaced. He even made sure I knew about the battery settings. Excellent repair and I highly recommend his services.

They fixed my IPhone and it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. Fingerprint broke in a week and then touch screen. They said that the warranty does not cover that and that we would have to pay $100 to fix it.I contacted Apple and they said that there was no way that the touch screen would have stopped working unless you open up the screen. So ya pretty sure it was you.

My wifes iPhone 6 had shattered glass. I called Mike and he quoted me for glass repair. I then realized that the screen was flickering too. Mike saw it and said he will test it out first before committing to any repair. He tested it in 5 mins.He repaired the glass and lcd screen in 10 mins. His prices were reasonable. Fast and reliable. Gives a one year warranty!!

Dude said that it would take 20 minutes. Ended up taking one hour and thirty minutes. Bet I could have done it faster.

I dropped my Samsung Note 5 and a crack appeared on the LCD digitizer across the top part of the screen. After the drop, the screen was unresponsive and bled pink and purple until it blacked out completely by the end of the day.After searching and requesting quotes from multiple places around the Bay Area,Gorilla fix had the best deal. I spoke with Mike through yelp and he said it can be done. Samsung parts are pretty expensive to begin with so I was expecting a high price tag. For parts and labor, along with a 3-month warranty, the estimate was $230. I agreed and Mike ordered the part immediately. Turnaround time was about 4 days for the part to arrive but it took only an hour for the repair. Very professional work and friendly atmosphere and my phone works perfectly again.The store location is Newpark mall by the Food Court. By the time you have your Lunch the phone will be well and ready!

But Mike is the owner and decision maker.My iPad glass was broken and cracked into a million cracks. But the device was functional so decided to get glass fixed.After fixing the screen glass, the iPad stopped connecting to my home WIFI. I messaged Mike through Yelp messaging and got prompt replies. And when I took it to him, he personally opened it and fixed WiFi within 10 min. The device was able to recognize the Newpark Mall free WiFi and connect to it instantly. It was a small misplacement of the wifi antenna by the tech, which Mike solved it by taking full ownership.Five Stars to Gorilla Fix!!Tip: always check for your phone wifi connection, calling ability, sound (Bluetooth or 3.5 mm audio headphones), touch response, YouTube playing etc.. Before you leave the shop, so you can point the issue then and there and not as an after thought

After dropping my 6s for the 26th billionth time (🙄🙄🙄) it finally broke 😔 ... The glass was cracked and the screen went black... I searched phone repair in my area and Gorillafix had the highest ratings~ so I decided to give them a shot. Me and my cousin were on the phone with this employee named Michael. She was asking about the prices and if there was any cheaper prices because there was only a small crack and he ended almost immediately after we brought up cheaper price who does that ?!?

The dude did it well, or thats what I thought. The screen popped out from the left hand corner while it was in my pocket. Saw a review like this one, he said it does not cover the warranty. What how? I hope you go out of business.

I asked him how much it cost with a text and he said 80 bucks for a 6s replacement. Got there made us pay 120 dollars. Guys name was Michael.

I was on the phone with this employee name Michael. He was so rude, I asked him if there was a cheaper prices and he ended immediately after that ! I was just asking I cant believe him.

I paid $90 for my iphone screen and button to get fixed and when i use it the homebutton starts to pop off and the screen doesnt work in certain places

Me and my son went to this place to get my sons phone fixed again after he did not but the screen on properly. He said it does not apply for the warranty. Can you believe this place. Worst screen repair place ever.
